Excellent clean, comfy hotel in historic building

This is a fabulous family run hotel in a great location, minutes from the lake & railway station. Comfortable, helpful staff, delicious varied breakfast, good hot shower, spotlessly clean. Our room was huge with a lovely view across a pedestrianised square. Very quiet apart from Saturday evening, but doubleglazing & a/c so no problem. Bregenz is a delightful place, & beautiful Lindau is a short boat trip away. Perfect for cyclists & walkers.

Perfectly situated, nice personnel. Great accommodation.

We had half-pension, the dinner was special. One day very good, the other day they proposed us some kind of risotto with chicken, called paella? Very far from the original 🥘. It was over spiced, although one portion was supposed to be kids menu for 2 children, so they were quite misbehaving in this respect.

Best location, everything is so close. Breakfast is great, inside the hotel nice, they have a terrace and nice bar next to the lobby. All the staff are friendly and helpful. At the entrance there is a nice square. Highly recommended.

The bathroom and the toilet ventilation lamella was full with dust, nothing else negative.

Exceptional breakfast in a modern, design interior of the dinning area. Location in heart of the city with beautiful view. Extremely clean room. Helpful and polite personnel.
