The room was comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly, the breakfast is excellent, and the hotel is nearby to all that Bregenz has to offer The only negative is the lack of parking. Only 4 spots are available for patrons and the option is to park in the street. which costs just under 8 Euros. While it is a simple process with many self-serve pay stations, doing this at midnight is a pain.

Quite a basic and really old fashioned (80s) hotel but our room (top floor) was quite modern and had a lovely balcony with partial view of lake. Friendly service, decent enough continental breakfast and central location. No on site parking available but public parking garage across the road ok.

We had a very nice, albeit brief, time staying at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, professional and considerate. The hotel is also very conveniently located. We would highly recommend it

Great little room. A bit small, but that is fitting since I was out solo. Only complaint would be the lack of aircon and maybe fridge. Instead of aircpn, there was a large ceiling mounted fan that clicked loudly as it wobbled with the spinning. Aside from that, I liked it. I would gladly return given the chance, especially if aircon got implemented.

Property was ok, not ok was my booking with Travelocity, I was very clear on the booking,, 1 room with 2 extra beds, and for my surprise no extra beds available, I had to book a new room.

Good location. Large and clean rooms. Bathroom is large and clean. Furniture seems old but beds are comfortable. Floors are squeaky though. Breakfast is small but sufficient. Patking can be an issue.

Reception was unmanned, but the phone was not set accordingly, ie when I expected a call, the person who called turned out to be in a long phone wait (listening to recording of "busy helping others, will be right with you") which obviously was untrue as reception was unmanned. That was very annoying, as I expected that call and we had to sort out what happened later!!
