All good except comment below

Winter stay but the room was actually too warm and could not seem to adkjustb heating and so had to open the window. We arrived late and so did not go to reception. Minor aspect.

I loved it

I LOVED this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. It is situated a little way out of the town centre but we enjoyed the walk, even at night. Lovely breakfast and lovely hotel bar, which stays open late to accommodate opera goers. Super stay.

Lovely stay, recommended..

Lovely hotel,clean, comfortable. Staff were very helpful and kind. We were able to eat on the terrace as the weather was superb. Very good food . The breakfast buffet was excellent, an enormous selection and beautifully presented. We will certainly go again.

Absolutely perfect — a 10++++.

The best staff ever! It genuinely felt like they were sad to see us check out and are expecting us back next year. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and there’s a lovely terrace for sunny days. Although the hotel isn’t huge, the spa is surprisingly good. Special mention to Andrey at the bar and Sofia at the front desk - both deserve to be commended.

The hotel is well maintained. Kudos to the house-keeping team. Breakfast was good but have to go very early otherwise you wouldn’t find a table. The e-charging station worked with Swiss Charge App. Very straight forward.

No laundry bag for dirty clothes. No amenities (shower cap, cotton buds/pads). No lotion. No coffee machine. No kettle. No complimentary coffee or tea or even bottled water. I booked 2 rooms and wanted our rooms to be next to each other or the nearest. I made a remark upon making my booking but very obvious it was overlooked. However, the check-in staff was kind enough to arrange 2 rooms next to each other for us. I received only a reply after checked in. Upon check out, I told and showed the staff that we had consumed 1 pack of chips and 1 pack of waffle from mini bar. We only realised he had wrongly charged us for other item (4.80€ vs 2.50€). Didn’t go back as we were short of time.
