We enjoyed our stay, but could have enjoyed it more, the Cost (value) may have impacted?

Staff were pleasant and helpful, despite no real common language. Breakfast was extensive and very nice. However, breakfast was very busy, so both days we were in the overspill bar area, which is the main walk way. Junior suite was nice, great view, generous bathroom plus bath, excellent hair dryer, nice organic liquid products. I liked the bed, husbands didn´t, so lucky we had separate mattresses!!

A welcome drink was undrinkable, too sweet. Every add on, be it a meal, drinks, or spa treatments seemed expensive and everyone prompted you for a tip! The art work was either dreadful (room 120), in the wrong place (goldfish in a narrow corridor) or completely lacking. So the feel of the hotel could be much warmer, particularly in the bedroom corridors, with wierd flooring. We brought some red wine for my husbands Birthday and were told the corkage would be at least 35Euro! Spa was nice when you worked it out, but it lacked staff, occasional therapists were at the reception taking bookings, but not designated spa reception, meet and greet, guide, which it needed and they should be down at the entrance not midway. A spa on different levels being on 3 floors isnt ideal. Great massage, but pricey, especially after the tip! Junior suite needed a kettle not just Nexpresso machine to make tea, as hot water was stained with coffee. Two parts of kids toys (toy mouse and lego piece) fell of one of our beds on day two, we didnt use those games, nor have young kids, so that felt a bit like perhaps they fell out the bed or bedding? Probably sounds like a lot of negatives, but we enjoyed the stay.

Right on Lake Konstanz. Great wellness. Easy access to community via walking into Bregenz or Lindau as well as taking train as local trains stop about 100 meters from hotel.

A very relaxing spot on the shores of Lake Constance

We loved our visit to Lake Constance and our stay at the Seehotel am Kaiserstrand. The bath house out in the lake was a wonderful place to relax, sunbathe, eat, drink and swim. We also loved walking, running and cycling along the lakeside path to Lindau which was a beautiful spot to visit

Wonderful views and terrible beds

Good breakfast, very nice location, lovely views, easy to access public transport, pretty good parking garage, nice little swimming pool, very good sauna, really liked the bar on the jetty

Not only was the double bed really small, it was possibly the hardest bed I've ever slept on in my life. I might as well sleep on the floor next time, it'll be more spacious and equally comfortable. Bring an air mattress, you'll thank me

The best place to stay on the Bodensee

This is a true gem on the Bodensee. Staff is excellent and very nice, helpful - it felt like "coming home". Hotel and facilities are 5 stars + and breakfast a true joy as was dinners and amenities. But staff was the best I have experienced (and I tyravel alot).

Itb was a little bit hard to drive to since you had to turn sharply over a railroad - but besides that there wasnt really anything that felt less good.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Gute Lage, der Seeblick ist fantastisch, wir hatten ein Standard Zimmer gebucht und ein kostenloses Upgrade zum Comfort Zimmer mit Seeblick bekommen. Zum Geburtstag bekommt man ein kleines Törtchen, was sehr nett ist. Alle Einrichtungen sind modern und sauber, Personal freundlich, auch Wellness Bereich ist gepflegt und modern. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Die Jahreszeit :) Im Februar ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit hoch, dass es die ganze Zeit regnet. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts. Die Gegend ist sehr schön im Sommer, im Winter würden wir nicht nochmal hierher fahren, dafür war es sehr ruhig.

Schöne Lage am See. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und modern eingerichtet, die Betten sehr bequem.

Der Service ist für diese Kategorie mittelmässig. Sehr lange Wartezeiten. Für einen Drink an der Bar haben wir fast eine Stunde gewartet. Der Badebereich ist sehr klein und viel zu wenig Liegen und Kästchen in der Garderobe, keine einzelnen Umkleidekabinen.

je recommande sans souci ce bel hotel

très bel hotel, parfaitement situé malgrè la voie ferrée. Prendre chambre côté lac. au pied du lac, d'une piste cyclable et d'un circuit pédestre qui va jusqu'à Lindau en Allemagne. Accueil parfait du personnel, aussi bien à la reception qu'au bar ou au restaurant. Le cocktail de bienvenu offert est un joli geste.

Parking un peu cher par rapport au reste. Exemple comparatif pour la même durée dans un autre hotel 4*, 3 nuits en Allemagne payé 42€, ici nous avons payé 51€. soit 3€ par jour en plus, au vu du séjour c'est rien, mais c'est symbolique

Tres decevant

Cet hotel est un bel hôtel mais qui n'est pas au niveau du prix payé surtout en basse saison. Je m'explique: nous arrivons et personne à l'accueil. Un serveur passe, nous voit attendre et aucune question sur " je peux vous aider ?". Je lui demande de l'aide et il me réponds: " quelqu'un va arriver". Il est à peine 20°° et on nous presse pour aller diner car le " restaurant va fermer"...

La nourriture au restaurant était simplement catastrophique pour 100 Euros à deux personnes: les an,it pastis étaient trop sucrés, le wiener schnitzel était sans aucun assaisonnent de cuisson et les pommes de terres sautées étaient molles et sans goût. Le petit déjeuner était par contre très bien. La chambre: douche et baignoire très bas de gamme, pas de pompeur de douche " pluie" dans la douche, décoration vraiment froide et minimaliste mais sans goût particulier. Une grosse deception par rapport au prix absolument injustifié...

Tolle Lage aber wir kommen nicht wieder.

Lage war super direkt mit Blick auf den Bodensee. Massage ist sehr gut und mit tollem Personal und hilfreichen tipps über die Massage hinaus. Beim Abendessen sehr gutes Personal das aufmerksam und zuvorkommend ist.

Personal war sehr unterschiedlich. Wenn es um Reservierungen ging, hatte man das Gefühl man wurde nicht ernst genommen. Auch am 2. Tag mussten wir im Bar Bereich frühstücken, was nicht sehr für ein 4 Sterne Haus spricht. Nach Rücksprache meinerseits mit dem Personal wurde nur lapidar geantwortet. Komisch es wurde immer gesagt das zum Frühstück keine Tische reserviert werden können aber Egal es waren fast alle reserviert und das war echt schlecht. Für den Preis habe ich etwas anderes erwartet

Sehr schön!

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bodensee mit Seezugang und sollte das Wetter nicht passen gibt es einen Spa Bereich. WC und Badezimmer waren getrennt was ich wirklich großartig fand. Sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstücks Buffet und Omelette wird frisch auf Bestellung gemacht. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Eigentlich nichts, außer das im Badezimmer die Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen für die großen Badetücher zu klein ist, aber das ist ja leider in jedem Hotel so. Auch vorab schon Bademäntel für den Spa Bereich im Zimmer zu deponieren, ohne die benötigte Größe zu kennen, ist auch etwas unangenehm. Besser wäre vielleicht bei Ankunft die Tasche auszuhändigen um gleich die genaue Größe festlegen zu können.
