The whole idea is quite good but realisation is really poor. Not worth the price

Air conditioning was not workkng and we had like 30 degress in the room for the whole time. Personel was not able to help. Check-in machine was not working.

Definitely worth a stay. We were on a bike tour and was the perfect place to get some quality sleep!

The property was as described. Easy check in and check out. Good quality utensils along with a dishwasher made it easy for the stay. The backyard view in the morning was just great with some sunlight. Found some oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in the kitchen too, which was quite useful.

Didnt even get to stay, froze for 3 hours trying to get in.

So i stood 3 hours by the machine at 11 in the evening trying to check myself in - it wouldnt produce a key card. There was no help button on the machine, and i couldnt get through to the staff. I drove to a hotel near by, the receptionist there contacted the staff which advised him that i should go back and try again. Went back tried 3 more times, mind you it was -5 degrees in the middle of the night. Still got no key cars. Wrote 3 emails, which recieved very late and unhelpful replies, and after the 4th attempt i was advised through email that i should try again. Another issue - it didnt have Kosovo as an option as a country, so i had to write Serbia in order for it to accept my city. RACIST!!

Clean, space efficient house, location o.k.

Very clean, all the ammenities one needs, plenty of room for 2 Adults, 2 teenagers and 1 child. The town has several grocery stores, bakeries and a fantastic local "fast food" burger joint Wippel Burger that you have to try. Incredible.food. Also not far away is a Bowling Alley, old and small but decent evenings entertainment for those with kids Good Central location for seeing Luxemburg, Germany and Switzerland

It's in a residential area, very close to many things to do and see but the location of the house itself is nothing to write home about. So if you're looking for just a place to eat and sleep and otherwise be out and about, this may be for you. If you're looking for a vacation hotel to chill and relax, maybe not

Not comfortable

Cute place but I realized quickly large windows made place toasty! We booked for the A/C and quickly found out it wasn't working. Sat in dark so we could open doors to get some air at night, but mosquitoes were everywhere. We missed a good night sleep from being so darn hot and being told there was nothing they could do about it. Never staying here again! So disappointed

No working A/C as stated. No fans. No windows to open. Couldn't see self check in screen from all the sunlight and screen was extremely hot! Not helping make a paying customer feel comfortable during their stay for that price is unacceptable to me!

Lage ruhig! Check-in einfach!

Türen knarren extrem laut! Matratze im Hochbettbereich unbrauchbar! Duschablauf mit Haaren verstopft (kann niemand die Dusche geputzt haben)! Sehr dunkel - Beleuchtung schlecht! Speisereste und Haarbüschel am Boden!

Sehr schöne Location aber ausbaufähig

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und einladend, es gibt in der Küche alles was man braucht .

In der Dusche bzw. im Bad allgemein war es recht dreckig und Verschimmelt, siehe Fotos auf den Lampen war sehr viel Staub . Im allgemeinen könnte man mehr Wert auf Sauberkeit legen. Morgens um 9:00 Uhr hab ich mich unter die Dusche gestellt und wollte duschen , nachdem einseifen stelze ich fest das nur noch Eiskaltes Wasser aus der Dusche kam , weder in der Küche noch im Bad gab es Heißwasser nach einem Anruf beim Support hat sich das Problem auch nicht geklärt, eine richtige Entschuldigung gab es auch nicht . Ich musste mich mit dem Eiskalten Wasser abduschen.

Der Aufbau der Unterkunft ist sehr schön und die Einrichtung insgesamt wirklich gelungen. Auch die Lage ist angenehm und die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort sind ein großer Pluspunkt. Für zwei Personen ist die Unterkunft absolut ideal und insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. Sie ist sehr gemütlich und man fühlt sich willkommen.

Leider verlief der Check-in am Automaten zunächst nicht wie vorgesehen. Die Reservierung wurde mehrfach als „nicht vorhanden“ angezeigt, sodass ich telefonisch Kontakt aufnehmen musste. Das Problem wurde zwar innerhalb weniger Sekunden gelöst, dennoch war die Situation zunächst unnötig stressig. Deutlich problematischer war jedoch der Zustand der Sauberkeit. Die Unterkunft war hygienisch in einem sehr schlechten Zustand: Es war überall Staub – auf Regalen, Tischen, dem Herd und in den Schubladen sowie in den Schränken. Teilweise waren auch Flecken vorhanden. Insgesamt hatte man den Eindruck, dass hier nicht konsequent auf Sauberkeit geachtet wird. Man fragt sich, ob nach jedem Checkout tatsächlich gründlich gereinigt wird. Falls ja, sollte die Reinigungsfirma dringend überprüft werden. Besonders schade ist, dass dieses Problem in den Bewertungen offenbar häufiger erwähnt wird, ohne dass eine erkennbare Verbesserung erfolgt. Gerade bei diesem Preisniveau sollte Sauberkeit selbstverständlich sein. Zusätzlich war die Regulierung der Raumtemperatur sehr unpraktisch. Es gab keinerlei Anleitung zur Bedienung der Heizung, sodass man die Temperatur kaum sinnvoll einstellen konnte. Ein einfacher Hinweiszettel mit einer Erklärung der Funktionen würde hier bereits enorm helfen – auch dieses Thema wurde in den Bewertungen bereits mehrfach angesprochen.

Ruhig, erholsam, modern

Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet. Die Räume sind sehr schön eingeteilt. Man hat auch hinter dem Gebäude eine kleine Terrasse. Die Bodenheizung fand ich toll. Die Betten sind bequem. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Es war sauber.

Eigentlich kann ich nichts großes sagen. Ich kann einige Rezessionen nicht nachvollziehen. Das einzige ist das es etwas hellhörig ist aber das war’s eigentlich.

Appartamento accogliente, pulito, caldo, con tanto spazio, arredamento moderno, molto curato; letto molto comodo; ospitale la zona soggiorno cucina; parcheggio gratuito privato di fronte all' ingresso; disponibile macchina e cialde per il caffè; anche ciabatte a disposizione.

Molto bene per la doccia molto ampia con termostato, forse un po' piccolo il lavabo. Cucina funzionale con tanti accessori, il bollitore aveva però un po' di calcare ma non è un problema.

Schöne Lage, schlechte Unterkunft

Die Lage war super und der Balkon hatte einen sehr guten Ausblick. Saubere Bettwäsche und saubere Handtücher.

Es waren überall Spinnenweben und nur an den Stellen geputzt, die regelmäßig genutzt werden. Schon neben den frischen Handtüchern war das Regal total verstaubt. Dreckige Fenster. Keine Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen. Einchecken funktioniert nicht über den Automaten. Die entsprechende Hotline scheint die Automaten selber nicht zu kennen und hatte Schwierigkeiten uns zu helfen. Unser Container war in der ersten Etage und hat sehr gewackelt, da er auf nur 4 Stelzen steht. Das Bett war wie eine Wellenlandschaft, da das Gestänge die Matratze verformt

Mooie accommodatie, schoonmaak kan beter.

Ruime accommodatie voor één overnachting met alle faciliteiten. Locatie is perfect, je zit zo in Zwitserland, Duitsland en uiteraard verder Oostenrijk in.

Incheck procedure (hebben uiteindelijk moeten bellen, gezien we iedere keer foutmelding kregen bij inchecken) levert wat frustratie/irritatie op. Waar we eerder onze reis het opgelost hadden met hoofdletter gevoeligheid bleven we bij de melding krijgen dat onze boeking niet herkend werd. Schoonmaak kan zeker beter!! Het is echt een mooi appartement, maar de schoonmaak kan echt veel beter waardoor een verblijf nog fijner wordt!

Prima overnachtingsplek

De grootte van het appartement en goed aan te rijden. Voor ons een prima accommodatie voor één overnachting. Basis is in de keuken aanwezig. Handdoeken waren wij ons ruimschoots aanwezig. En parkeren kun je voor de deur.

Onvoldoende schoongemaakt. Self incheck balie is hoofdletter gevoelig, daar kwamen wij naar 10x proberen achter - wordt niet duidelijk aangegeven.

Leuk verblijf op een paar minpunten na

Heel leuk appartement/ chalet. Smaakvol ingericht. De keuken was ook erg fijn, ook al verbleven we maar een nachtje voor onze doorreis naar Italië. Lekkere bedden.

De check-in verliep helemaal niet soepel. We hadden zelfs alle gegevens van tevoren ingevuld via de app. Systeem kon onze boeking niet vinden waardoor we alsnog moesten bellen. Het appartement was erg stoffig, schoonmaak kan beter.

Mail con istruzioni per il self check in solo in tedesco. Difficoltà ad effettuare il check in alla macchinetta automatica posta fuori alla struttura. Pulizia scarsa, polvere ovunque, tende sporche. Lavandino del bagno minuscolo, abbiamo usato quello della cucina. Va bene giusto per fare una notte.

Leider kann ich nichts positives erwähnen

Der Check in Apparat hat nicht funktioniert- auch nicht bei 4 Gästen die nach uns kamen. Das Zimmer war 1,5 Std nach Checkin Beginn noch nicht fertig und dann nur halbherzig geputzt. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben allerdings: beim Gehen vibriert das ganze Appartement. Die Fotos mit dem Sicherungsgitter oben beim Hochbett sind wohl nur vereinzelt richtig. wir hatten es nicht- mein Mann ist groß, was wirklich „gefährlich“ ist, wenn man oben keine Wand oder Sicherung hat. Das Bad ist extrem klein und die Lüftung im Appartment wahnsinnig laut, man kann sie auch nicht abdrehen. Leider habe ich erst danach gesehen, dass es im Ort auch total nette Frühstückspensionen weitaus günstiger gibt- keine Empfehlung für dieses Haus!
