Quiet stay in Lustenau

This wonderful apartment was in a quiet area of the city and a perfect for the 2 of us plus our dog. We had an apartment on the second floor that was quiet with a kitchenette and a comfy bed. The patio was super nice as well. You're not far from grocery stores, and great food options! You can eat at the parent restaurant where you pick up your keys. The staff is friendly and they serve such great food. It's on a semi-busy road but we couldn't hear much. Easy parking and an elevator and stairs. While there, we didn't hear anyone at all. Our dog enjoyed the space.

The chairs at the kitchen table could be a bit more comfy. That's it.

Beautiful apartment with a very specious feel and a stinking garden. Lovely holistic feel and plenty of room to move around and a very convenient free parking!

The check in a different property wa extremely confusing and time consuming. The appointment was filled with insects and mosquitos so it will be necessary to install screens in the garden door to avoid it!

Small, functional room. The balcony could not be opened, so it was a bit boxed up and hot inside.

It was bit difficult to check in, but the the staff at the gasthoff helped. Had to move a bit of back and forth to figure out the checkin process. Also the account for checkin was not exactly enabled.

Checkin could have been made better, also I was a bit tired so may be it was more unpleasant for me than usual. The staff at the gasthoff were quite nice and cooperative. The Balcony door could not be opened so it was a bit boxed up and hot inside.

Very pleasant stay in modern apartment with just a few negative aspects

Really modern building and apartments. I really liked the easyness of the check in at the machine. Parking is super convenient. The apartments are very well soundproof so it’s super quiet. They are also very roomy and offer enough space, and the balcony is huge and comfortable. The location is nice, a supermarket right across the street and great starting point for hikes. Overall really pleasant stay!

I found that a few more kitchen appliances could be of use (microwave, toaster, and maybe some more stuff like oil, sugar … ) There is a big construction site next to the apartment building (as of June 2022) so keeping the window open wasn’t an option due to the constant noise. It’s also right on the main street so lots of traffic and cars. The bed was a bit too hard for my liking

Gemütlich Freundlich und Gut erreichbar

Die großzügigen Räumlichkeiten und die tollen Sauberen Zimmer + Balkon. Bei Fragen wurde uns per WhatsApp oder telefonisch sehr zuverlässig weiter geholfen. Für eine große Gruppe oder Familie genau dass richtige um alle unter ein Dach zu bringen und zum Beispiel abends sich zusammen hocken zu können in einen Zimmer da der Platz reicht.

Im großen und ganzen ,, Gut ''

Schönes großes Badezimmer, sehr ruhig wenn Türen geschlossen waren.

In den 14 Tagen hat sich Schimmel in der Küche ( Fußleiste ) gebildet, obwohl wir nie gekocht haben. Terrasse war groß, leider schauten wir nur auf eine Meterhohe Hecke und es war laut, weil direkt an der Straße.

Eigentlich okay, wenn nicht so viele "Mitbewohner" um mich gewesen wären

Freundlichkeit, Stil und intelligent eingerichtet

Hatte bei Ankunft Weberknecht über dem Bett hängen, eine Spinne auf dem Sofa und bei Regen bis zu 7 Nacktschnecken auf der Terrasse, Terrasse ist ziemlich bewandert mit Spinnweben und Spinnen. Der Ekel vor Nacktschnecken und Spinnen hat mich so gestresst, dass ich nicht gern dort war. Wollte im Urlaub eben keinen Stress, auch nicht solcher Natur.

Tolle FW mit Abstriche

Die Fw. ist sehr schön,geräumig und praktmatisch. Tolle Dusche, sehr neuwertig. Günstig, trotz Sommer Saison.

Im Sommer sehr heiß in der Wohnung. Abends kann man die Fenster nicht auf lassen, da die Durchgang Straße extrem laut ist. Einen Ventilator wäre nicht schlecht. Wir haben uns einen gekauft um wenigstens ein paar Std. schlafen zu können. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei. Es gab keinen Besen um zwischen durch mal die Haare zu entfernen. Den Besen mussten wir uns auch kaufen. Ein Bild an der Wand wäre schön.

Hochwertig und creativ ausgestattetes Apartment

Unser Apartment war sehr wertig und geschmackvoll mit viel Echtholz und einem sehr bequemen Bett ausgestattet. Es gab sehr viel Stauraum und einen um 180 Grad drehbaren Fernseher, so dass man vom Sofa oder vom Bett aus fernsehen konnte. Das fanden wir wirklich witzig! Ein Vorhang ums Bett sorgte für Behaglichkeit. Da hat sich jemand wirklich Gedanken gemacht bei der Einrichtung! Eigentlich viel zu schade, hier nur eine Nacht zu verbringen!

Die recht befahrene Straße, von der man aber bei geschlossenem Fenster rein gar nichts gehört hat.

Appartamento moderno e molto funzionale

Appartamento curatissimo e moderno, all'interno tutto ciò che serve, con giardino, zona cottura e forno, abbiamo trovato una caffettiera nespresso con 4 cialde, molte prese elettriche in casa ed anche una in giardino. Ricarica per auto elettriche nel parcheggio privato. Il personale gentilissimo ci ha aiutato nel check in che avevamo su loro richiesta già fatto anche on line, nessun problema a recarsi per il chech in alla pensione che si trova poco distante dagli appartamenti, tra l'altro alla pensione ci siamo fatti preparare una ottima cena da asporto. Posizione strategica a pochi km da Bregenz dove dovevamo recarci il giorno dopo, che dire davvero complimenti, le mie recensioni non sono mai così lunghe ma loro meritano davvero.

Non ho nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. Bravi.

Belles découvertes de cette région au confins de 3 pays depuis cette etape reposante

L'appartement est calme, spacieux, tres bien aménagé, confortable Cadre de vie contemporain très agréable. L'accès était facile à trouver et le parking pratique. L'appartement est dans une zone un peu en retrait du Lac mais facile à rejoindre en velo, voiture ou bus, et très proche de commerces alimentation. Petite ville attractive. L'hôte est disponible à nos demandes. Bonne localisation pour découvrir la région du Lac Bodensee.

Gut durchdachtes Wohnkonzept

Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Wohnung super sauber! Nettes freundliches Personal im Haupthaus. Bequemes Badezimmer. Gut durchdachtes Appartement mit grosser überdachter Terrasse. Küche einfach und ausreichend. Betten sehr bequem. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an Alle!!!
