Disaster
Beim Erstkontakt telefonisch war das Personal am Telefon noch nett und zuvorkommend.
Erstens wurde ich umgebucht, weil Zimmer angeblich von einem Gast zerstört wurde. Zu den gleichen Konditionen. Ich habe nachgesehen. Das gleiche Zimmer in Götzis kostete 30 Euro weniger. Man vertröstete mich damit, dass es das bessere Zimmer sei. Dann funktionierte der online Check in in Feldkirch nicht. Auskunft es geht erst ab 15:00 Aber es ging auch nicht ab 15:00!! Letztendlich standen 5! Gästeparteien vor dem Hotel und hatten keine Bezugsfertigen Zimmer. Man hörte auch im ganzen Haus keine Putzgeräusche, niemand war vor Ort ansprechbar. An der Hotline Feldkirch war niemand zu erreichen. Hotline Götzis schon, vertrösteten dass sie Feldkirch versuchen zu erreichen. Hotel Maier Kette...einmal und niemals wieder.

Schlecht organisiert !
Wir konnten das Gebucht Zimmer um 14 Uhr nicht beziehen weil es nicht geputzt war. Auch nicht im 15 Uhr. Die freundliche Dame am Telefon hat uns dann ein anders Zimmer gegeben. Das war auch nicht gereinigt. Erst nach dem dritten Zimmer hat es dann geklappt. Ich meine man sollte schon wissen welches Zimmer Gereinigt ist und welches nicht. Geht gar nicht !!!!

Ich werde dort nicht mehr buchen.
Die Größe des Zimmers und die Matratze war perfekt.
Es war nicht sauber. Auf dem Tisch waren Glasränder, in der Besteckschublade waren Haare und die Schublade an sich war nicht sauber. Die Töpfe waren fettig am Boden. Die Heizung im Bad hat auf zwei Seiten Spuren einer eingetrockneten Flüssigkeit. Hinter der Zimmertür lagen Münzen auf dem Boden. So wie es aussah, wurde nur das Bett frisch gemacht.
