Great breakfast.

My room was quite warm. I tried to keep it cooler by having a window open, but several smokers congregating outside my room meant that there was cigarette smoke drifting into my room in the evening and in the morning.

We were not allowed to stay, but they still took our money.

Nothing good, since we weren't admitted, but still charged. :-(

Since I had to drive from Sweden to Italy with my dog on short notice, I was very happy to find a hotel which accepted pets at a suitable location in booking.com. I saw in the morning that my booking, where I clearly wrote that I brought a dog and would arrive late, had been confirmed. During a driving pause I checked to see that they had provided the access code I needed to get in late, but instead found a message informing that I wasn't allowed to bring my dog into the room! They only accepted dogs in one room, and that wasn't available. How on earth could they claim that they had a room for us when the room they offered was clearly useless to us? I messaged them we couldn't use the room they wouldn't let us into, as soon as I saw their message. When I asked not to be billed for this, I was informed that I had to cancel 48h in advance! That was long before I made the booking! They never offered me anything I could use, and now it's all my fault and I have to pay full price! :-( I've tried to reason with them, but they won't budge...

Easy check in. Accomodating staff. Good location.

I did book a double bed and expected a couples bed and not two single beds on rails. It was ok, but a bit better disclamation would have been better.

Good stay for any type of traveller

I arrived and left while reception was closed but the check-in and check-out out of hours were simple. The bed was comfy and the desk was good - I didn't travel for work but if I did, I could work from the room. The hotel is close to the motorway and the town has good amenities.

The front door from the hallway to the staircase kept getting stuck open because the carpet on the floor got in the way which meant anyone could walk in during the night straight to the door of any room. I'm still giving a high ranking since everything else was great.

Fabulous

Very friendly staff and excellent location. The room is big and comfortable.

The check in is made via a computer. There is no reception and no one is present if need be. If you have an issue you will have to call someone that is not at the premises. Plus, one of our two reservations was cancelled and we waited for quite a long time before meeting the manager that helped us.

Gutes Frühstück, Obst, Gemüse, Käse, Süßes, alles da. Da in meinem Zimmer die Fernbedienung fehlte habe ich sofort ein Upgrade in ein anderes Zimmer bekommen ohne Aufpreis. Nette Frühstückskellnerin

Hätte gerne irgendwo meinen Koffer gelassen bis zum Einchecken, das wäre vielleicht eine Ergänzung.

3 fős szobát vettünk ki, 2 főnek volt csak előkészítve . Ágyneműt találtunk a szobában amit a harmadik személynek fel tudtunk húzni, viszont torolkozo csak kettő volt. Pohár 1 db.

Sehr pragmatisch

Das Frühstück ist einfach gehalten, aber sehr ansprechend. Die Bediehnung war freundlich und sehr nett.

Es war nur noch ein Zimmer buchbar - ein Einzelzimmer. Es erinnerte mehr an die Klassenfahrt in den 90gern als ein Hotelzimmer.

Kurzer Aufenthalt, wo alles gepasst hat !!

Wir waren bei einem Event im Schloss Hohenems .... eine bessere Location als dieses Hotel gibt es dafür nicht! Kurze Wege vom Bahnhof und zum Event. Da braucht man wirklich keinen PKW mehr.

Umgebung und Frühstück Top, Sauberkeit ein Flop

das Frühstück war lecker und ausrichend vorhanden. Das Zimmer war für eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern groß genug und gut ausgestattet. Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr schönen Umgebung mit netten Cafes, Restaurants und einem schönen Fluss zum Verweilen.

Das Zimmer war absolut nicht sauber. Bierdeckel und Kontaktlinsen im Schrank, alte Socke zwischen dem Sofa, unglaublich viele Haare im Abfluss der Dusche und alle Schränke und sonstigen Ablageflächen verstaubt

Frühstück war einigermaßen in Ordnung.

Brötchen waren teilweise noch gefroren und als wir um 9.00 Uhr zum Frühstück kamen waren zu wenige noch da.

De juiste prijs voor één weekend als tussenstop

Het zelf inchecken is niet ideaal maar snap de keuze . Wij hadden een kamer waar het bed letterlijk 3 meter van het stromende water lag in het begin lig je er lekker op te slapen tot dat je wakker wordt en elke keer moet plassen 😉

Es war sauber, Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es ist nicht hellhörig. Direkt im Zentrum.

Das gebuchte Doppelbett waren Einzelbetten die durch eine Schiene verbunden sind und sich zusammen schieben lassen. Der Abfluss im Waschbecken war verstopft. Leider kein Lüfter und auch keine Möglichkeit das Fenster vollständig zu öffnen. Auch keine Klimaanlage vorhanden.

Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen und den Rest von hohenems genießen.

Die Lage war wirklich fantastisch. Alles im umkreis von wenigen Minuten. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr angenehm.
