Services are excellent, and people are very nice. I like breakfast. The location is very nearby the office, where I go. If you are driving, I recommend to stay here. You do not need to worry about parking spaces.

The lighting in the room was very confusing (the controls were difficult to understand), But the overall experience was very pleasant. The staff were very nice and understanding. Also, nice to have free parking at the hotel and free Wifi. Windows can be opened and outer window shades can be lowered or opened for additional privacy and to block out morning light.

We had to cancel our stay at this hotel at the last minute due to an emergency. On the day of the reservation we drove past the Hotel, went in and told them in person. When we asked for any refund, maybe 10 or 20 % for not taking the breakfast the next morning, the manager dealt with us in the most rude and condescending manner. We then had a good look at this hotel. It is located on a major road, the rooms are pretty sparse and in our opinion certainly not a 4 star establishment.

The hotel/motel is really clean and the rooms are big and nicely furnished. The location is just a bit difficult unless you are driving there. The town center is just 5 mins away by car and there are a few nice restaurants and bars, but right next to the hotel there is nothing.

had tickets to the Bregernzer Festspiele and booked last minute, since it was one of the few hotels in the region which had rooms available. very clean. and the breakfast is awesome (definately worth EUR 10,00). if i am in this area again, i will definatly stay there again.

Ive stayed here twice now. Its a clean, modern hotel with terrific breakfast service. Very quiet and the view out the windows is of a huge, steep mountain range. Highly recommended.

The hotel is brand new and the staff was helpful. However, they are strict on their 2pm check-in, which was odd since we arrived at 1:30 and had to wait on the couches in the Lobby and watch the hotel staff sweep for 30 minutes before we could check in. Also, the hotel is more a business type hotel and is brand new, so there is not much to complain about except that they still allow you to smoke in the Lobby, so it already wreaks and I'm sure it will only get worse with time. I guess if you smoke, it's a great place to stay.

This minimalistic modern Hotel was built in 2007,specifically catering to business customers. My wife and I found this facility to be priced right, modern, roomie and well designed. The rooms were impecably clean with large bathrooms and spacious closets. The staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast had something for eveyones taste. I'm reluctant to let anyone know about this place, it will be hard to get a reservation once the liesure traveller finds out what a steal this place is!
