I loved the service of the people there. I think the owners received us and they treat us very nice and welcomed. They answered every questions we had and helped us a lot to explore the area, with suggestions on what to do. I was with my family and my dog and we had a great time and we felt the love they do everything there. They have free parking and a delicious breakfast included for the same price.

The location was not in the lake but it doesn't matter they have public transportation close by and we also had a car, so it was not a big deal.

Very friendly staff and owners, excellent breakfast, big room and all very clean. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant and it was ideal for our trip, because of the train connections. Lovely little village with pretty views.

the hotel personnel team is very friendly. we got an adapter and a hairdryer to use free of cost. the location for us was also good, because we had to go somewhere in Rheineck, but the city itself was quite deserted when we were there. the rooms are more than ok!

breakfast is ok, but could offer something more. we were there on the 1st of august (national holiday), and we were a bit disappointed in the buffet that day.

Aangenaam verblijf vooral dankzij het vriendelijk en behulpzame personeel.

Man aan de receptie was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij heeft onze zware valies naar de 2de verdieping gedragen. Hij gaf ons de contactgegevens van de fietsenmaker in het nabijgelegen dorp. Bediening in het restaurant was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Er was geen lift en geen koelkast in de kamer. De douche zeep en shampoo waren op, gelukkig hadden we die zelf ook bij.

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Personal.

In erster Linie das komplette Personal, das Restaurant, das Essen, das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und die Lage.

Die Matratzen waren sehr weich, sodass man fast wie in einer „Hängematte“ lag. Auch war es im Zimmer, auch zur späten Stunde, durch die Straßenlage noch recht laut.

Praktisch gelegenes, sehr nettes Hotel

Sehr nettes und sehr sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, gut gelegen, kostenlos Parken an der Hauptstraße, die Zimmer zum Hof oder zur Seitenstraße ruhig. Gutes Frühstücksbüffet, schöne und ruhige Terrasse. Problemloser und persönlicher check-in. Zum Naturschutzgebiet und der Marina an der Mündung des alten Rheins ca. 12 min.

Das Zimmer Nr. 26, mit separatem WC war gut! Das Bett etwas zu weich! Eine Holzblende oberhalb des Kopfteils ständig im Weg und die Chance den Kopf mehrmals anzustoßen ist sehr groß Das Bad, extrem klein, musste die Türe sehr zurück drücken, dann war der Heizkörper im Weg. Dusche selbst war gut. Das sehr, sehr kleine Waschbecken ist nichts zum Gesicht waschen . Händewaschen ist OK

Das Personal sehr freundlich, das Frühstück auch in Ordnung. Der Hammer war das Essen, das Dessert und überhaupt alles aus der Küche👍

Wegen der Bewertung habe ich das Hotel gewählt, jedoch kann ich diese Bewertung gar nicht bestätigen

Die Lage ist gut, zentral. Das personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, nichts Besonderes. Das Essen im Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet.

Zumindest in unserem Zimmer war die Möblierung aus den 80er Jahren und aus der Zeit waren auch die Matratzen (viel zu weich) und die Badeinrichtung. Für Rühr- oder Spiegelei beim Frühstück muss extra bezahlt werden, das ist für diesen Preis unerhört.
