Would defo stay again... Just a few tweaks need attention.

Location was awesome Good size property Would defo stay again

Could have done with more than two mugs - 1 X which was chipped. Other cups for a brew we like small tea cups. Kettle has seen better days... Get a new one. Whilst I understand you can't win with heating... Having it on before arrival in winter would have been a nice touch as it took ages to get warm. Assuming you may have just had a leak... As you could smell paint and ceiling looked like it needed attention.

Broken beds and poor sofa bed.

Location perfect.

The beds and sofa bed. Beds were broken and very sunken in. The double and single beds need replacing. The sofa bed was 2 little sofas/beds put together and kept separting throughout the night, resulting in my lad not sleeping well at all. The sofa bed is considerably smaller than a bed.

Terrible experience, dirty and unsafe for children

The location was nice What I did not like : However the apartment was not clean and there was a lot of damage to the walls, frayed furniture, the window would not lock and I have young children. The carpet near the door was damaged and I tripped over the damaged carpet which was dangerous. There was dirty underwear in the washing machine from previous tenants and the table to eat meals of was split and rotten - we could not stay in the apartment as it is was unsafe. I had to find alternative accommodations for the weekend. We vacated the apartment as soon as we arrived and expected a refund as the apartment was miss sold as a liveable apartment. I have taken photographs it was so bad - it has absolutely ruined our weekend.

6 flights of stairs and 67 steps. Very difficult to find parking. It felt like I was back in student accommodation, only cleaner. Basic, and with a very uncomfortable bed. Not a valid criticism, but it was very hot, and windows can't be left open because of the birds/seagulls, which are really noisy.

Lovely weekend stay

The apartment is awesome, everything was clean/spotless. The location is amazing, only a short walk to the beach & bus stop right outside, train station 15 minutes walk. Checking in was easy and all of the relevant information was provided in good time. We shall definitely return here 😀

Relative to the price, everything was excellent, so no complaints. The only issue i could see for some people is that there's a lot of steps to get to the apartment, so probably not the easiest to get to if you have mobility issues etc.

Perfect location

Spacious and clean apartment.Perfect location just a short walking distance to the pier and train station.Lots of shops and places to eat around .Comfy beds and good quality bedding.Plenty of towels provided. Host was very responsive and accommodating. We had a great stay.

There wasn't enough cups and glasses.Cutlery stained and worn out. Indian restaurant below the apartments fills the place with the smell of spices. It's quiet a climb to get to top floor so definitely not for the faint hearted.My son with additional needs managed it well though.We had a wheelchair buggy with us which we were leaving at te restaurant level with no problems

Decent apartment with flaws.

Great location. Very central. We would stay again.

Security doors to the apartments appeared to be left unlocked from street level all night. Visit from 3 police officers Sunday morning ref suspicion of prostitution undertaken from apartment 4 (our apartment) followed by a visit from an elderly gentleman 20 minutes later who left abruptly after apologizing for knocking on "the wrong door". Suspicious as it was up three or so flights of stairs, and at the far end of the apartments. Wife was alone at at the time of both visits but saw the funny side of it all. Crockery etc in short supply and mismatched.

There wasn’t anything to like

It had too many stairs there was about 4sets which should have been in the description of the advert . The place is so noisy we never got much sleep.. also the fridge is obviously breaking as the fan was really loud constantly. .and there was a party downstairs with loud music that went on till 5 am so not impressed.

Location was perfect, close to everything, bedroom bigger than expected and clean.

Window in bathroom didn’t close so was absolutely freezing. All the cups still had tea in them and chipped. Glasses were the same.

Nice apartment but owner needs to sort some issues.

We travelled by train so no need to find parking for a car. Ideal location very central to town and seafront / pier. Apartment well laid out, nice large bedroom (though low beams towards one end).

Normally I would not leave negative reviews as prefer to let owner/landlord know directly - but did not see anyone I could report to. Left a note for owners but as follows: - TV was faulty - came on but very dark screen. - Kitchen very basic number of utensils and plates, etc, provided. - Some ceiling lights not working. - Was a throbbing noise - more persistent at night. Found it was the cold water pipes making the noise, especially at night. This is mentioned on previous reviews so why not sorted? Very annoying at night - sounds like a mobile phone on vibrate. - Some windows would not close properly. Please note that this apartment is in the loft so many stairs to climb. For us this was OK.

The light was flickering and my friend had epilepsy which we then couldn’t turn that light on. She was meant to be using the sofa bed also so very disappointed in that , I also message 3 times about paying for a later check out which I never got a reply to

Convenient location, reasonable priced, good for a short stay over. recommended.

The location was spot on as it is close to the main beach and tourist attractions. It was a clean room and all guests were comfortable staying there. It was relatively easy to find and locate the apartment. The host/ manager answered any questions I had prior to visiting.

There is a lot of stairs to navigate which made it tricky with young children. There was a annoying buzzing generator that we all were aware of at night as it was located in the bedroom; this didn't make getting to sleep and keeping asleep easy. The bathroom/ toilet door needs a lock as it kept opening as it was a light door.

Notes for the Management!

We liked the location. We were well aware of the number of stairs required to climb to the apt which was 64 in total. However, this was not highlighted on the advert but found via the comments from others! It should be stated on the website description itself.

The kitchen was deprived of any cloths, sponges for washing-up. Luckily, there was a small amount of washing up liquid which was probably left from a previous occupant. I had to email the management to ask for a cloth to wipe down the surfaces etc. The apt lacked a dustpan and brush or a soft broom so, when we accidently dropped something on the floor, there was nothing at all to sweep it up with! There was no lock on the toilet/bathroom door! It swung open if the bathroom window was adjar, which it always did because the window didn't close properly. Either that or it banged all the time from the draft! The bathroom didn't have any hooks for hanging clothes or towels. There were four of us using it so where we're the towels to be put? One light in the living room didn't work. Although there were four of us we only had enough towels for three people. Again, the extra towels had to be requested. The fridge was about six inches thick with frost at the back. It wasn't working properly and, instead of keeping the food cold, it actually froze the produce even though the dial was on zero. We felt that the Management care re people staying in this apt could have had more consideration. However, It was a nice apt and reasonably clean. Just a tad tired looking, especially the dining chairs. I do hope the points we have pointed out will be attended to - they are all equally important.

Freezing cold bathroom with no heating, window still not fixed so gap in window, and this has been highlighted before, and obviously not fixed. Also step into kitchen when walking through front door not highlighted and caused family member to fall and injure themselves quite badly.

Okay but would not stay there again.

The apartment was lovely inside and it was clean on arrival.

we was not expecting so many steps. We have a toddler so as you can imagine all the luggage a 6&2 year old and a pram trying to get it all up 3 big flights of stairs was horrendous. We was aware there was some stairs but wasn’t expecting that. And people staying in the apartment next door was slamming doors and swearing at 3.30 in the morning woke my children up. That isn’t down to the owners though it’s just selfish people unfortunately. You also hear everything from down the street had a lot of people that had been drinking outside and you could hear everything and our windows were closed.

Bloody awful - we left after one night also due to excessive street noise until 4am

I didn’t the amount of stairs we had to climb to get to the top apartment with our luggage and children. There was a significant collection of dead bugs in the ceiling lightbulbs. The grill oven was dirty and had old food still on it and extractor hob filters had not been cleaned properly. I didn’t like the sofa bed or the wobbly kitchen table either and I didn’t like the fact my kids found a fuse box which had a gap in it!

Location and the apartment was nice. Everything very clean.

The radiators pre-programmed were useless and despite the weather was not cold, we would have liked to heat a little the apartment, however radiators were required not to be commanded.
