Amazing Place overlooking Vernazza and the Cinque Terre Mountain Landscape

An amazing, tidy, spotless place with everything one could need, including a washing machine and mosquito nets on windows. There is a private seating area for guests that offers a spectacular view and beautiful sunsets over the surrounding mountains, Vernazza, and the sea in the distance. The host and the welcoming couple were super friendly and even gave me fresh tomatoes from their garden, which was super kind and sweet of them. The location was perfect for exploring the Cinque Terre arriving by car without the stress of trying to stay in the villages, where parking is often impossible. Most villages have day visitor car parks, which worked really well. I would love to stay here again.

The apartment was a good size and had a beautiful view from the terrace.

Not anything about the property, but only the location meant we had to drive a bit to get to the towns.

Prachtig uitzicht, heerlijk bed, een heel schoon en fijn appartement. Hele lieve mensen die je een warm welkom geven.

Niets. Het was top👌🏻. Houd wel rekening met de steile nier verlichte bergwegen.. vooral in het donker kan dit soms een uitdaging zijn.

Uniek verblijf met een prachtig uitzicht

Unieke ervaring om hier te mogen verblijven. Het uitzicht is echt prachtig en het appartement heeft ook alles wat je nodig heb. De eigenaar is ook zeer vriendelijk. Kan dit appartement iedereen aanraden!

De locatie is heel lastig te bereiken. De enige manier is via een bus vanaf vernazza die maar 5x per dag gaat. En de laatste gaat om 7 uur. Wij kookte daarom savonds in het appartement. Heel dubbelop want wij als stel vonden het juist fijn om uit de drukte te ontsnappen en echt even samen te zijn. Kan mij voorstellen dat als je echt uit eten wilt, dit niet de beste accommodatie voor je zou zijn. Bij aankomst was dit een negatief punt maar achteraf zien wij dit als positief!

Comfort in the bossom of mother nature

Very comfortable appartment. Very clean. The hosts were very nice and hospitable. Excellent Wifi. Big fridge with whatever you need as kitchen. Wonderful view from the window and terrace.

Be aware that the place is in the middle of nowhere, 6 km above Vernazza. Now restaurants or food shops anywhere near. Virtually no public transportation.

Superb

Everything about this place was amazing. Amazing views. Amazing hosts. Amazing experience.

The only downside about the property was that the locations is about a 15-20 minute drive from the main town of Vernazza. We had to drive down and find parking everyday. This is the tradeoff, but the positives you gain are a quiet retreat from the crowds in Vernazza and amazing views of the Mediterranean.

Great quiet and homey place

The hosts were very friendly and kind. Met us at the right spot and made us feel at home. The house was very nice and clean. It was a nice quiet place to be after a full day of 'touristying'. Others mentioned the lack of Wifi but that was not a problem for us. Others who are constantly in front of a screen and online should look at that as a positive.

the winding roads to get to and from the towns..but this is not the fault of the place.
