Sophisticated property, finely decorated and SUPER equipped. It is the result of the combination of 2 two-bedroom properties and has been modified to 5 independent suites. Accommodates up to 14 people with two double suites. Fit with extreme comfort - 160m2 of private area. It is the largest unit in area and in number of guests in the entire Costabella. Included in the packages of this property is a maid who will daily clean the entire property including bedding, washing dishes and taking out all the trash. She will also prepare and serve breakfast on the balcony table. It is a very equipped property. A home away from home with everything you can imagine you would need in a full time home and is all finely decorated with nautical items from Pier22. The decoration is themed and dates back to the Captains' rooms in the old ships (caravels and schooners) ...
The single rooms are reminiscent of the sailors' accommodations on these wooden boats with bunks profiled side by side and a central corridor.

It has a 55 '3D SMARTV in the room. High-end digital home theater Marantz in Sala and in the master suite with Bose and Tannoy speakers. NetFlix, HD cable TV, Wi-Fi broadband in every room, DVD or Blu Ray player in every room with TV, surround sound on the balcony, RGB LED lighting, complete kitchen with ALL the utensils and appliances you can imagine (even bread machine).
American kitchen (GALEY) with dinette for up to 8 people sitting on swivel chairs, central water heating, bi-pressurized water, NATURAL latex pillows. All mattresses are spring loaded, bath towels and bedding are in Egyptian cotton and serve 14 people, have separate towels for the beach or pool and washer / dryer.

The two double suites have King Size beds and 55 and 47 inch LCD TVs and overhead showers plus a triple shower and one of the twin suites has a 40 inch LCD TV and DVD.

All bathrooms have Rainshower showers, panoramic mirrors and are covered in stone, with imported metals and Rosso di Verona marble countertops with built-in sinks. Large hand-carved Limestone panels were built into the walls of the living room, balcony and 2 bathrooms, completing the scenic aspect and giving a touch of “NAUTILUS” to the Lounge where the sofa and two oval jute armchairs are located next to the bar hidden in a ancient globe (exactly as it was used in captains' rooms in the 18th century) ... At Galey are the Side by Side Refrigerator with ice maker, the microwave combined with the 6th Sense electric oven and the 5-burner stove with smart oven and steam cooking / GOURMET line. On the veranda we have an extensible TEKA wooden table for 8 or 10 people, a mini fridge to cool the beers and the 12-service dishwasher, in addition to the command bridge, an outdoor living next to the Captain's cabin (suite 1). On the opposite side, at the other end of the balcony, next to the cabin of the first mate (suite 5) is the Laundry. All suites have split Hi-wall Air Conditioning and a cassette (on the living room ceiling) of 36. 000btus keeps the living and the galey always fresh ... It has two covered spaces in the Garage. Additional additional openings can be found around the resort. It is a home away from home and you only have to bring your body clothes and a makeup bag.
