If you are looking to escape the real world and submerge your family in raw nature without sacrificing soulful hospitality, this small, charming boutique hotel is it. We traveled as a family of four in August 2026, and the surrounding environment is nothing short of breathtaking—a lush, vibrant paradise where the jungle meets the crystal-clear water. We checked into the 4-person suite, and it was stunning. The highlight was undoubtedly our private terrace overlooking the pier, complete with a hammock. Spending afternoons swinging there with that view was pure bliss for everyone. The entire property has an intimate vibe that instantly makes you feel at home rather than just a guest in a hotel. One of the standout aspects of the service is their genuine care for safety and local knowledge. They provide complimentary snorkel gear, which is fantastic because the marine life right around the island is beautiful. However, if the weather takes a turn and conditions aren’t safe, the staff is proactive and advises you honestly against heading out. They also help seamlessly coordinate custom boat trips around the area whenever you want to explore. The Culinary Journey: A word of advice for future travelers: leave your rushing mindset at the mainland dock. The food here is completely homemade, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The true magic is that everything is cooked to order and takes its time. Embrace the slow-food philosophy. We enjoyed incredible fresh fruit, great drinks, superb shareable platters, fantastic cocktails, and authentic desserts that left us wanting more every single night The entire staff works tirelessly, but a few individuals deserve a special mention. Luana is an absolute powerhouse—she manages absolutely everything at the hotel with flawless grace and efficiency. This place is worth every single penny. A flawless 10/10 family stay that we will never forget.

This was such a good choice for us. It is on the quieter side of the island which suited us so well. It is actually closer to some of the beautiful bays and snorkeling lagoons such as Lagoa Verde and Lagoa Azul (this one is an easy kayak away that my 12 yo could do easily both mornings). It is also closer to the mainland for arrival. The staff were very helpful and accommodating - even meeting us at the jetty with a smile and help with the luggage. The food was exceptional- we ate 3 meals a day at the restaurant and can highly recommend . They offer massages and Yoga (need to book) in a beautiful room.

Honestly - nothing - it was fabulous.

It was a little slice of heaven. Waking up to the view every day was like nowhere else. We stayed in the Bungalow and it was just perfect. It was ultimate relaxation. I didn’t want to leave and would go back there in a heartbeat.

When the weather is bad (it rained the entire stay), there's nothing to do It rained heavily one night, it rained on us in our beds. When it was mentioned to the staff in charge we were met with a "Too bad". Considering all the above and the price paid, it's hard to give a good review.
