Nice stay but value-for-money is improbable

The staff/owners were really nice and the breakfast was good. The location is perfect

While we were staying for four nights, we had three long power outages. It’s definitely not the fault of the Pousada but they could’ve prepared better: most of the other hotels/hostels around had an electricity generator. I get that such a generator is expensive and consumes a lot of fuel but there are other options to make it a bit more comfortable (such as battery-powered lights, power banks, mosquito nets (without AC it got extremely hot, so we had a lot of mosquitoes in the room while the windows were open) etc). Sitting in a completely dark and hot room at night without being able to charge your phone while all others had electricity was a bit frustrating

1. Staff: Staff were incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming. Plus they ensured guest safety. 2. Breakfast: every morning breakfast was ready right on time and had plenty of options to choose from and never ran out for me.

1. Price: for the quality of stay, I felt the property was over-priced. But we went during peak holiday period so price was fairly normal for that period. 2. Location: there are no cars on the island, this location is tucked away a bit. If you have heavy luggage you may want to get help getting your luggage to the hotel. Otherwise you might be walking in mud and dragging your stuff up the hill.

Pousada Telhado Azul was lovely. A friend and I stayed here for a night while visiting Ilha Grande and it met all of our needs. The hosts were personable and allowed us a late check-out while we explored the island on the day of our departure.

De longe a atenção da Michele é o grande diferencial da hospedagem. Já me hospedei na ilha em outras ocasiões, em lugares até mais confortáveis, mas a atenção e hospitalidade da Michele, com certeza me farão buscar a pousada novamente em uma próxima estadia em Abraão.

Die Lage ist super da sie ruhig ist aber man trotzdem nur 5 Minuten laufen muss um beim Geschehen zu sein. Und die Mitarbeiter sind super lieb. Es ist recht sauber, aber natürlich auch sehr einfach.

No me gustó el ruido de la habitación por el aire acondiconado (tuvimos que insonorizar con una toalla), el colchón viejo y fino. Pague 206 dólares la noche, por las prestaciones es caro. Ni un velador tenía.

Die Lage war/ ist ok.

Allgemein scheint die Anlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Viele Zimmer zeigen in den Hof und sind sehr dunkel. Es gibt lediglich nur grelles Oberlicht in den Zimmern. Ablage-Möglichkeiten sucht man vergebens. Absolut lieblos eingerichtete Appartements. Gelbe Flecken am und im Kühlschrank. Knarzende Betten. Verrostete Ablagen im Bad. Klimaanlage laut wie ein Kraftwerk. Der „Freisitz“ im Hof ist mit einer Plane überdacht, nicht gemütlich. Die Dachrinne und Ablauf ist gebrochen, sodass das Regenwasser stundenlang in den Hof tropft. Im Allgemeinen hat die ganze Anlage einen schmuddeligen und ranzigen Eindruck. Zum schlafen reicht es, zum Verweilen weniger ansprechend. Eine Wertung von 9.0 ist völlig schlecht eingeordnet und vermittelt leider einen falschen Eindruck. 7.5 wäre die passende Bewertung für diese Unterkunft!

O valor da diária não condiz com o que a estadia proporciona.

O café da manhã tem poucas opções e variedades, mas apesar de ser simples, é muito bem feito e gostoso. Apesar de todos os problemas que enfrentamos, em geral, a acomodação estava limpa.

No quarto em que minha irmã e meu cunhado ficaram a água quente do chuveiro não estava funcionando. Como não havia ninguém na recepção para nos ajudar naquele momento, eles tiveram que tomar banho no meu quarto, visto que não foi resolvido de imediato. Depois de algumas horas a moça da recepção explicou que a água quente da placa solar não deve ter funcionado porque algum disjuntor estava desligado. Ela ligou o disjuntor, mas na manhã seguinte a água quente ainda não funcionou. Ela disse que a resistência do chuveiro elétrico deveria estar queimada e que iria pedir para alguém trocar. A porta do quarto deles também não destrancava por dentro, então eu e meu marido também tivemos que ajudá-los a sair do quarto na manhã seguinte. Devido a todos os problemas com o quarto, a moça da recepção trocou eles de quarto. Durante todos os problemas enfrentados nós tentamos contato com o WhatsApp da Pousada, que direcionou para um homem (talvez o dono). Ele não pareceu se importar muito com a situação, como se estivesse falando: "É isso o que temos para oferecer, se vocês não gostaram e não atingiu as suas expectativas, fiquem a vontade para se retirar.". Fora isso, em ambos os quartos as roupas de cama estavam com um péssimo odor de suor.

Michele und Bruno sind die besten Gastgeber. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. <3 Die Zimmer sind absolut sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (Klimaanlage, Ventilator, Kühlschrank, Wäscheständer etc.) Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und wird mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral.
