Room is too small . Neither they changed the towels nor they cleaned the room, but not a big deal since i was there for only 2 nights.

A place to be one with the island

I appreciate the hotels commitment to the nautical theme, the games were fun, and I liked the ping-pong table. The breakfast was a good quality, with plenty of options, including lots of sweet treats, which I appreciate it. The bed was soft and large, and the showers were always hot. The staff were helpful as well.

The television in our bedroom could’ve been better placed as it was very very high up in the air.

- Very complete breakfast with many food options and changing from day to day. - Super friendly and helpful staff, giving out great day-trip and overall advices that one cannot find elsewhere. - Clean rooms and responsive cleaning staff. - Mosquito net was very effective. - Comfortable bed and smart TV. We felt very welcomed and cared for during our stay.

great service, super helpful and super cute as well. my mum got sick and they provided tea and fruits for her and took care while we were on a pre arranged day trip.

The breakfast was really good, and there was a toilet with shower that you could use after check out

There was no safe place to store the suitcases if you wanted to enjoy the day after check out. You have to pay for air conditioning and the rooms didn't have shampoo or soap (although the latter was available if you asked for it).the person that was at the reception was paternalistic and not very helpful. The rest of the staff is good though

Great stay but breakfast needs improving

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and so were the staff on reception. We really like the rooms with a balcony and hammock and lovely views of the rainforest. Also had a good communal area with table tennis. Great location.

Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy the breakfast at all - the choices were very limited to cakes, hot dogs and pizza - none of which I would eat for breakfast. There was fresh fruit but none of this was covered so was covered in flies every day. The breakfast was the same every day ☹️ Also the staff making the breakfast and running the restaurant area were not friendly, they did not acknowledge or say good morning and made us feel unwelcome there. Lastly the room was only cleaned once during the week we stayed which we felt was not enough.

I was told twice that my room would be cleaned and 2 days in a row it didn’t happen. The quality of the stay for the price you pay isn’t up to par. No toiletries, no daily cleaning, etc.

The room was clean and organized. The breakfast was great and the staff was super helpful and accommodating. Michelle was especially nice and helped us with information and reservations for tours around the Island, making our stay perfect

Highly recommended! The place is beautiful, good location, the receptionist was extremely helpful and nice, all staff were very friendly! As a vegan I would appreciate some more options for breakfast, still was full of fruits and one morning had vegan cake.

Superbe séjour

La pousada est très charmante, très bien située et calme. Le personnel s'est montré très sympathique. La climatisation est en supplément mais les chambres sont bien aérées et il y a un ventilateur au plafond qui permet de se rafraîchir sans problème. Nous avons beaucoup apprecié notre séjour.
