I recently stayed in a 4-bed room at this establishment, and while it was on the smaller side, my friends and I managed to make it work. One downside was the unexpected power cut in the middle of the day, but thankfully, the generator kicked in at 5 pm, providing us with much-needed relief, particularly during the night when we relied on the air conditioning to combat the humidity and ensure a comfortable sleep.The breakfast selection unfortunately didn't quite meet my preferences. However, there were still plenty of options to choose from, catering to a variety of tastes. Despite the minor inconveniences, there were some highlights of our stay. The location of the hostel couldn't have been better, as it was right in the heart of the city center, making it convenient to explore all that the area had to offer. Additionally, the presence of a beautiful palm garden added a touch of tranquility to our surroundings.

the staff was very nice with us, helping with whatever needed and it was really fast for the check in (which they managed to do earlier) and also check out (they also offered us to store our lugagge and also have a bath after check out

the shower was good one day, but in the others there was not much water, but it didn’t change anything about our nice stay!

Location was good staff were friendly.

The rooms smelled bad. Everything was stained and run down. For the price we paid it was a very bad deal. If you are expecting a hotel or mote this is not it. It is more a hostel with some private rooms. We stayed in many Pousada’s in Brasil that were much nicer and cheaper than this one.

Good breakfast. Nice garden but rather cramped. Good location. Good price. Friendly staff.

Rooms are much smaller than expected: About 15 square meters instead 25 square meters as stated at booking.com room description. Since that was the reason why we chose this hotel we were rather disappointed. Moreover, the room was rather noisy since near reception on the ground floor We asked for a room on the first floor but only got a room on the ground floor although it seemed that there were free rooms.

Not flexible in uncertain times, not worth the money

They are absolutely not flexible at all in the uncertain times we’re living. I managed to fly to Brazil but my partner didn’t as they banned UK flights a couple of days before her flight so I asked them if they could either downgrade to a single room (which they said they didn’t have) or consider the fact that it was now a double room with single occupancy, so maybe a discounted fare, which also didn’t happen. They also charged for two breakfasts, which to me just shows how greedy they can be in coronavirus times. Also, when cleaning the rooms, it would be super slippery for a while and no safety warnings - I almost fell one day coming back to the room as the floor was still wet. Extremely old TV in the room Very poor wi-fi in the room Loud music played in the reception area most of the day (not at night though) No one told me before hand there were facilities to take shower after checking out if I wanted to go to the beach or something which could be of a HUGE help should I’ve known. When staff told me, it was already too late as the boat transfer would leave soon. I’d say it’s not worth the money, it’s fairly expensive compared to other options in the area and for what? Breakfast and AC only?

Não recomendo, apesar da boa localização. Precisei encerrar a hospedagem de forma antecipada, após apenas 1 diária, e não utilizei os dias restantes. Ainda assim, o hotel optou por cobrar o valor integral da estadia, sem oferecer qualquer alternativa, flexibilização ou solução intermediária. Além disso, a limpeza do banheiro estava abaixo do esperado, com sujeira no chuveiro inteiro e areia no chão, o que impactou negativamente o conforto e a sensação de cuidado durante a estadia. Relato os fatos para que outros hóspedes possam avaliar com clareza a postura do hotel em situações semelhantes e o padrão de limpeza oferecido.

Pousada muito bem localizada. Quarto com varandinha que permite secar parte das peças molhadas. Cama confortável e ar condicionado ótimo. Arrumação do quarto e troca de toalha funcionou perfeitamente. café da manhã no padrão das pousadas do Abraão. Equipe muito atenciosa.

Banheiro apertado, porém funcional. Único ponto realmente negativo é que os quartos do térreo, números 01 a 05 ficam do lado da pousada que faz parede com o mercado. Fiquei uma semana lá na pousada e teve um monte de baratas no corredor por conta de veneno que jogaram. Não entrou nada no quarto, mas é desagradável e a situação durou uns 2 dias. A equipe varria várias vezes mas a quantidade de baratas moribundas incomodou.

Super tranquila.

Localização ótima, não fica na rua principal mas é bem próximo dos principais pontos, tem muito comércio e restaurantes nas proximidades, mercado ao lado. Café da manhã é bom e os funcionários são muito educados e solicitos.

Apenas um ponto que meu lençol estava com um sujo e não trocaram, mas não era algo que atrapalharia a hospedagem.
