The beach is very beautiful! The hotel needs some updates in the rooms, the food somewhat repetitive but it was a good stay, hotel is located about 2 1/2 hours from Rio, but it’s definitely worth the visit

I did not realize this was primarily a family resort with lots of kids. The beach was lovely and there were lots of chairs--but there were no areas to escape all the kids. the food was marginal. we would not stay here again nor would I recommend to anyone other than a family.

This is not a hotel you want to stay at! It is not as it seems like on the pictures, some of the staff is quite rude and service is poor. The hotel seems way older than it actually is and most of the rooms smells rotten as the hotel has great issues of mildew. The pool-area is nice enough and the food at the restaurants is just fine, but nothing spectacular. Be aware that the WIFI is really slow and only works in some of the common areas in connection to the reception. There is no WiFi in the rooms! The cleaning of the rooms is poor. Usually it only includes making the beds and changing the towels, but several times we had to ask the housekeeping to bring us new towels (as they just took the used ones and did not replace them) and refill the minibar as they usually forgot to do that. It is nice that the hotel has a fitness centre, but it also seems quite old as the rest of the hotel. We did not try the spa as it had a very limited selection of treatments. Nothing like one would expect at a spa. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, which is fine if you are planning to stay there, but when you realize that this is not a place you want to spend too much time, it is far away from everything. There is not a great selection of fancy hotels in the area, but then I would rather recommend to find a cheaper and cosy place to spend your time and money.

Nice room and bathroom. Very nice beach! Beautiful view, nice swimming pool for Kids and for the Adults. Hotel facilities requires improvements, restaurant and breakfast could be more simple/regular food but with better taste and quality. Appetizers at “Fazendinha Restaurant” are very good, but requires more control on cleaning.

I was in Sao Paulo and decided to visit Angra dos Reis. Since I have 3 kids I was looking for something more familiar and could not make a better choice. This hotel has everything you need and great facilities. We had a great time in this hotel and will definitively plan to return once in Brazil again.

Pleasant stay, got a nice, comfortable and quiet room. Hotel facilities are very good, service as well although staff insufficient for the volume of work on very busy days. Food is good, drinks offered could be better. Only thing that bothered me was that water in the room is replaced only every second day. Little un-necessary and innefficient attempt to reduce costs, all guests were still getting bottles of water from one of the bars available in the hotel.

The water of the swimming pools are cold. They don't use any kind of heaters for the water. It was impossible to use the pools! We were on March 19 to 27 (autumn). The food was not bad, but almost everyday is the same food. They only change a couple of choices, but almost all is the same. They don't offer hamburgers. In 8 days, only 1 day we could eat a hamburger!

June - the place was empty. literally 30 people at the most. I don't know how they do it. Location is beautiful. Condition of the hotel is excellent. Great set up for kids. Nice gym, pool. Food was always good and the A La Carte restaurant was fantastic. Very clean and very friendly staff.
