Funky apartment, beautiful location, and very warm hospitality.

Very luxurious studio apartment with funky coloured lighting and tiles. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Their hospitality was exceptional. The balcony view of the lake is so beautiful. It is the perfect spot, as the walking path along the lake starts here. Perfect for a relaxing stroll in the evening. We were so impressed that the staff at the restaurant were like one big family, working hard together.

A little difficult to locate. Instructions should be given, prior to arriving, to go to the restaurant below including it’s name (as it is connected with the accommodation). However, once we were there, we were welcomed with true hospitality. We were lucky to get a public parking spot across the road but it can be very tricky to find.

Exceptional

The room was very well equipped, very spacious, everything is new. All rooms are completely differently decorated, but all of them have jacuzzi and a large shower that can be turned into a hammam. Check in/out is done at the restaurant downstairs, staff are super friendly and offer you water and coffee/tea. The location is great, right on the lake. The room doesn’t have a kitchen, but has a teapot with a selection of teas and instant coffee. They also gave us vouchers for 10% discount for the bakery nearby. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I was there during the Easter and they even put a box of pastries as a present in the room.

very expensive they are not in the pensión you must work over the restaurante we left the hotel at 9 am because we have the fly and nobody was there until 10 we left the key in the neighbour we call them to let they know we’re we left the key and they told me the don’t receive the money from booking so I must give them the numbers .dale expire and security code of my credit card something that it’s completely non regular they say credit card doesn’t work tomorrow I will transfer them via bank transference

Superb

Hôtel + Spa = Notre chambre !) Jacuzzi, hammam, lighting. Incredible view from the window: lake, mountains, moon, waves! Beautiful little town-village: almost every building has a unique design, quiet, private, nice. Maybe not luxury, but definitely above upper-middle level! Better to be Man + Woman, But thanks to accept us with 6 yo child. Swissminiatur Park and Train station are in 8-10 min by walking.

We expected to see Swiss Italian culture more smiling. In general people are not so smiling there as in touristic part of Italy (for example).

Nice but too hot with no A/C

Nice room with a lot of space. We didn't use the hammam and jaccuzzi, but they looked good. The people were nice too.

With no air conditionning, it was too hot to sleep well. Breakfast was possible only after 10 am.

Best Hotel experience ever

There is nothing more you could wish to have in this rooms. We have stayed in the upper easy side room, and it was just perfect. Jacuzzi and hammam in the hotel room, plus enormous bed is everything you could expect.

Good property but the location is a bit hard to get to.

The room very nice with jacuzzi and sauna. Very spacious and near the lake.

The breakfast was so so (only a croissant and coffee). Getting to and from the train station is a 10 mins walk and we had trouble getting to the station because it was raining and was difficult to get a ride. The train station has only stairs (no ramp like most other stations) so if you have big suitcase you have to carry it up and down the stairs at the station. So the location is not that convenient.
