Authentic tropical hotel

Excellent service and hospitable host. Free pickup and transfer to the harbour. Authentic tropical atmosphere and room style.

A little bit noisy at night because of rain season and frogs. A rooster can wake you ap in the morning. But ear picks solved the problem.

very calm yet everything is way to reach, nice pool and attentive friendly staff! Loved the many great restaurants that are only a few footsteps away or a minute on the scooter.

please beware there might be insects/ mosquitos in the huts since the doors do not close 100% - this might need some investment. transport and pickup options rather pricy for local standards,

Quiet, chilled vibes - friendly staff and super clean!

The room and pool were very clean and the staff clearly took great care maintaining the grounds. They were super friendly and looked after us very well. We had dinner in mushroom bay each night which had enough variety for the three nights. The breakfast was great! The staff arranged moped hire, laundry service and also a snorkelling trip to see the mantas. One of our sons was unfortunately ill on the day we were doing it so only two of us ended up going. The hotel provided a refund for the two that missed the trip which was very much appreciated. This place has a very quiet chilled vibe and the location feels quite secluded.

This would probably suit most families well but if we were to visit lembongan again, we would probably stay somewhere a bit busier as we prefer a bit more going on. It was a great experience though and we’re glad we had it on this occasion.

Perfect for what you pay and what you get!!

The best staff without a hesitation, even if their English wasn’t the best, they made everything for us to have the best stay, the breakfast was very good, eggs in all the presentations, banana pancakes, always with fruit, juice and coffee. The bed was comfortable, the pool was small but good enough. For what you pay / get it’s such a good deal, we have also restaurants, beaches, devils tears and a market by walking distance.

The villas need some maintenance, our door didn’t lock properly, and there was a gap between the glass door and the wood wall, which made that our villa was always full of mosquitoes inside, the bathroom is also an open space, so if you’re very sensitive about insects I’d say this is not the place for you, the WiFi connection was very unstable.

Lembongan + Radiance = Dream come true.

I have been travelling for over four months and this is my favourite place of the whole trip, and it will be difficult to beat. I have extended my stay until the 24th of October, I have fallen in love with Lembongan and this hotel too. Very friendly staff, very good service, laundry service included for a small fee. I love it.

The wifi could be stronger as having to use my personal hotspot from my room, but it is absolutley worth it. The only other thing I dont like is the fact that I have to go back to England in January meaning I can't stay forever :(

The cleanliness, breakfast included so super good value for money and the location is perfect, short walk to many beaches and finally the hosts (three brothers) were amazing! So friendly and helpful - they did a laundry run for us and recommended many good spots. We would come back here 100%

Lovey private villa room, in small complex.. Simple breakfast, but very nice banana pancake. Can rent scooter. Staff friendly.

Good 20-minute walk from mushroom beach. But like alot of accommodation it's isolated - so bring a torch for walk home in the dark. As the bathroom is open aired be ready for mosquito!

Peaceful villas in a great location near Dream Beach with kind hosts

Very pretty & shaded individual wooden villas with air con, fridge, lovely shower & extremely comfortable bed. The staff were attentive, kind & caring. They dropped me where I wanted to go & picked me up, always checked I was Ok & made sure my stay was perfect. They also accommodated my food intolerances for a beautiful & delicious breakfast every day & the pool was a welcome cool down after a day in the heat.

Relaxing, beautiful stay with the most wonderful team of staff.

Arik, Ketut, Rangga and Gede were amazing in every way! They took care of us when we were sick; helped us with everything; were so fun, friendly and kind. They made our stay at an already beautiful villa into an unforgettable experience. The amazing team are what made our experience so wonderful.

The wifi/service was a little slow at times, and some mosquitoes came in through the net around the bed at night. But neither of these issues were significant at all and our experience was so wonderful!

A horrible experience with 2 kids

Staff where lovely

The aircorn did not work in one room, there was no wifi it was down, the mosquito got in the room and attacked us.. we had to leave one night earlier… I would like a full refund on this property please

The matrass of the bed is not very comfortable. I got back pain... probably a little old. The room itself is pretty small but big enough and pretty dark, but this is ok

What a great find!

Had originally only booked 1 week at Radiance but after the 2nd night decided we wanted to stay an extra week. Radiance is the perfect place to relax, especially in the great pool (very clean & deep, no shallow end but has step to sit on), comfy sunbeds to use as well. Radiance is a small, quiet place. There's 9 bungalows in total, we had the one directly overlooking the pool. Good size balcony to sit on, room itself not huge but is big enough. Has hanging space for clothes, little built in seat, safe, kettle, coffee/tea/sugar provided plus water supplied each day. A/c worked very well, also has small fridge & TV (not Smart TV but still heaps of channels to choose from). Nice clean bathroom with great water pressure. The bed & pillows were amazingly comfortable ☺️ We had breakfast included each day, simple but more than sufficient - fresh fruit, juice, endless coffee, eggs any way you like with toast, or banana pancakes (didn't try those) but everything else was delicious! Radiance is within an easy walk to Warungs, spa's, Dream Beach, Sandy Bay & Sunset Point. Lots of little shops close as well for any essentials you need. Mushroom Bay & Tamarind Beach are close enough to walk to as well. It is absolutely fantastic value for the price! G'de and his small team of staff at Radiance are wonderful, very welcoming & will do anything to help you, always with a smile! Thank you for an absolutely amazing stay G'de, we'll be back ☺️

The people who take care of the place are so polite and caring. They made sure we were comfortable and they sorted out 2 amazing snorkeling trips for us. They picked us up and dropped us off at the port. The place is very quiet and it has everything for a comfortable stay. I definitely recommend it.

Good value for money family option in a quiet part of Nusa Lembongan

Very good service, very responsive staff who attended to all our needs. Very comfortable beds with Mozzie nets and good aircon in the rooms. Pool was nice and relaxing. Bathrooms were nice. Quiet area a short walk from Sandy Bay, Dream beach and Mushroom bay. Basic breakfast, Kids enjoyed pancakes. There was no bar or restaurant but again within walking distance of some nice places. On the down side, the rooms felt a bit cramped, wifi was a bit flakey at times, there was an issue with the water one morning so we couldn’t have a shower. Nothing that we couldn’t deal with and didn’t affect our stay.

Relaxed, beautiful area to explore and very helpful information from Gde.

Gde, our host was very friendly and was always there to help with a smile. Great staff and very hard working. Rooms were really clean and well maintained. The pool area is just like the photos, beautiful. This location is fantastic and close to Dream Beach.

A lovely stay

The owner kindly picked me up and dropped me off at the harbour. He also booked my fast boat on my behalf which helped me out. My room was ready early for when I arrived. It was clean and comfortable with a fridge and safety box. The other two guys there were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and the pool was nice. I had a lovely time

Lovely family run accommodation

We loved the friendly staff The great Aircon The beautifully decorated bathrooms The tranquil setting The comfy beds The location was great The staff organised us great tours and motorcycle We felt completely at peace here. We also had a medical emergency here as my daughter had an allergic reaction to calamari from a nearby restaurant and we were taken immediately to the hospital by the owner of the hotel. We couldn't have asked for a better service. The hospital staff were also fantastic.

The place to return

Absolutely loved our hotel! Received more than expected. Staff was really nice - nice, refreshing welcome drink on the arrival after all the boat ride. The room might seem small for a first sight but the layout was well thought through and was totally enough. Bathroom was a good surprise - large, big. All necessary things in there. Loved how everywhere were towels on a floor to clean sandy feet. Room was cleaned-up every day - which was awesome since we constantly brought sand in with us from the beach. Our room was located just in front of the pool, loved to have an early dip a pool or late evening since it’s just in front of the room. In terms of location. Loved the location - we walked to breakfast and dinner places, Dream beach and Devils Tear are just around the corner. We even walked to Mushroom beach (saving money on motorbikes) - it’s only 20-25 min walk. Taxis ordered from hotel are cheaper than on a street. On our way back from Nusa Pendida I messaged hotel if we can have a pick-up from the harbour and the car was just there the moment we arrived. Which was really nice. Really suggest to read emails the hotel sends you. I regret I was not careful. Hotel offers better price to organise a speed boat from Senura and the price includes also a pick-up service from the harbour. If I return to Nusa, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay on a beating island

Short walk to Mushroom beach which is gorgeous- also Dream Beach, Sunset Beach and Devils Tears. We could also rent a scooter for a great price direct from the property and it was great fun scooting around Lembongen to the Mangrove Forest where we rented a canoe and then around Nusa Ceningan. It was all very straight forward even though we had not ridden a scooter before. The property let us have a little test run to make sure we were comfortable and competent and the roads were fairly quite.

We thought the breakfast choice was limited with either eggs or banana pancakes, but actually the banana pancakes were fabulous

Breakfast was great! Staff were exceptional. Gde, family and workers were all Exceptional and always went above and beyond. They orangish everything if you want them to. Just just have to ask. The pool is great. Location is central. Great place!

Such a relaxing stay! The best!

We've been travelling around Bali for 10 weeks, and my best sleeps were at Radiance. Normally I need ear plugs and didn't use them at all during our stay. This is probably due to the comfy bed and pillows. What made our stay super special was due to the family who run it. Gede and Wayan are such lovely people and so caring and attentive. The team who work there are just the best, so friendly and enjoy a good laugh (thanks, you are all awesome). We also met some lovely fellow travellers who were also staying. You are close to some great restaurants, in particular G'Pan and a yummy bakery called MYE for coffee and something sweet. Yoga Dunia is sldo within walking distance. You won't regret staying here, and we hope to stay here again on our next trip to Bali.

Beautiful quiet and clean family run villas

This was a nice small, personal establishment. About 400metres easy walk to a beautiful place called Sandy Bay, maybe 600 metres to Dream Beach and a little further to Cloudland Each of those places have stunning vistas. Our stay extended as my wife was quite ill for 5 days. A doctor came in 15 minutes for treatment in house. Breakfast was beautiful and fresh. Most breakfasts had a choice of eggs scrambled or fried, banana pancakes, papaya and watermelon. Juice and tea or coffee. The room was small but clean, neat and tidy. The area is mostly quiet Scooter hire was convenient and inexpensive Staff extraordinarily helpful and friendly Family like environment

Somewhere nearby some not very musical religious music carried quite loudly (on one night only) through the air for hours but perhaps a one off. Otherwise all was good

The place is small, intimate and with wonderful owners. They care about your stay. We extended our stay for a week from 3 days and we will be back.

Very poor

The accomodation has a good location. There are lots of restaurants nearby, as well as the Devil's Tears and Dream Beach.

The wifi was extremely slow, and the connection was unreliable. We couldn't close the doors properly, leaving a significant gap. The bathroom was unclean. Even though it was an outdoor bathroom, that shouldn't be an excuse. We had stayed in accommodations with outdoor bathrooms before, and they were well-maintained. Additionally, we could hear mice scratching at night. The staff was kind, although some of them had a very low level of English proficiency. However, the main reason for the negative review is the owner and his attitude. We had booked a one-day trip to Penida through the accommodation, but it was canceled a few minutes before departure, claiming that the car was broken. Instead of providing an alternative car with a driver, they offered us two motorbikes for the same price, which wasn't a suitable option for us. Another suggestion was to start our day trip at 1 pm, again for the same price. This was simply unacceptable. We have a friend who is a driver on the main island, and he informed us that since it wasn't the peak season, arranging a car would have been quite easy. We also booked our boat tickets back to the main island through them. Due to the failure with the Penida trip, we tried to inquire about the departure time several times. The departure time from the accomodation to harbour was supposed to be 7:30 am. We requested breakfast around 6:45 am and returned to our room to finish packing. Suddenly, they anxiously called us, saying there was no time for breakfast, and that the transfer to the harbor was already here, with the boat departing at 7 am. Thankfully, we managed to catch the boat. All in all, their lack of reliability made our stay extremely stressful.
