Ok but would not rush back

Staff excellent . Nice complex , nice pools right on the beach . Nice bar and restaurant

I consider the accommodation was a bit on the expensive side for what was on offer and a bit isolated . There are superior options in Bali for less money The beach has a big litter problem and stray dogs on it which lets down its location

Would definatly stay again.

Staff and location are amazing. We love mushroom bay. Is a fair way from jungut which is where the main shops and restaurants are. But reasurants in complex are awesome and would definitely stay again.

To be honest there was only 1 thing. And I may sound like I am complaining about nothing. But a king size bed in a beachhut feels very tight. 450mm ish down bedsides feels very confined and even to the point there's not alot of room to change.

Wouldn’t do it again.

The beach is stunning. But it’s the only good thing that this place has to offer. I hated it here.

From outside, the “room” looked fantastic. Once inside, the bed took all the space. I couldn’t even open my luggage, which really p*ssed me off. The structure is in wood and looks a bit old. The bathroom was really ugly. Every morning around 5 am the dogs that are always on the beach start barking waking you up. If you decide to go get breakfast because you can’t sleep, they will all run towards you barking, which is a bit scary. The staff was okay, nice, but nothing out of the ordinary. I hated it here. Getting in bed with the sound of the ocean was fantastic, but waking up at 5 in the morning every day was awful.

Spectacularly beautiful location and resort

Location location location! What an amazing place! This is a very very beautiful resort in a spectacular location with many amenities.

The Lunbungs are very cool, but its nowhere near sound proof. We were listening the screaming toddlers next door and to people drinking just outside the resort. That’s a bit annoying.

Small but beautiful villa

Our garden view villa was set in beautiful gardens and a cute compact villa with bathroom and downstairs day beds to relax in the shade. The two pools were in beautiful settings with restaurants close by. A highlight for us was free boat drop off to a pontoon in the next bay, with staff helping with the free snorkel gear and life jackets and lockers to put your bag and towel in. There is an area marked with buoys to snorkel where there were plenty of fish to see. There’s also a slide into the water. This runs several times a day. The free breakfast had good choices from a menu.

We found the space very tight, you have to open suitcases on the bed and take out a few things that fit in 3 wicker drawers then push the bag under the bed. No hanging space at all. Just enough space for one person to walk around the bed, once you have this organised the stay is good!

A good mid-range hotel but average expereince overall.

The hotel is in a great location on a lovely sandy beach. The restaurant was always busy with a good atmpsphere. The activities included with your hotel stay (such as, use of kayaks/paddle boards and visit to the pontoon with free banana boat rides) were great.

We paid for the beach bungalow after seeing the photos online and reading the great reviews. We had high expectations for the property based on what we had read and the amount we had paid. Sadly, the accommodation didnt live up to expectations when we arrived to a ridiculously small room overlooking the restaurant. The curtains had to remain closed for the duration of the stay to avoid people looking in while enjoying their meal/drinks, which defeated the object of a beach bunaglow. This made the room feel even smaller (which was near impossible!). As the room was right next to the restaurant, we were woken at 6am each morning to the sound of pots and pans and the kitchen extractor, which persisted throughout the day. The hotel was full, so we were not able to change to one of the other beach bungalows. Luckily, we were only staying here for 2 nights. The price we paid for this stay certainly didn't reflect the quality. We visited 4 other areas while travelling around Bali over the course of the 3 week holiday. This was by far our least favourite and somehow, the most expensive despite selecting star hotels/top rated villas elsewhere.

The restaurant is lovely, with a great view for sunset

The rooms are incredibly small, and are huts, which would be completely fine if they were not so expensive. You can hear everything from next door neighbours as the huts are open on the outside. In addition, the beach is full of boats, definitely not good to swim (contrary to what the photos of the property show).

Everything I've been home now for a week and I miss the place and people already Life was so easy very little traffic and felt safe on the scooter. Swimming on the beach was relaxing with only small waves lapping the shore and the staff always helpful

One week was not enough such a great island to explore and hai tide is a beautiful place to finish the day

The rooms are much, much too small. There is not even place for your luggage, the room is filled with the bed. Atound the bed there is about 40cm space, thats it. Beside that we were in room #1 which is directly beside the Restaurant and has zero privacy, everyone can look into the room.

A truly fabulous stay for a 4 night R & R getaway from our business and children, we will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hai Tide Beach Resort. The location right in Mushroom Bay was fantastic, it was close enough to a few shops and restaurants and massage salons etc but just in the right spot to forget that was all there on the doorstep. When in the resort we felt like we were on our own little island. The staff were so friendly and overly accommodating to any request we had. The food was exceptionally presented and of the highest quality. The Rendang and Key Lime pie were to die for!!!! We will return if not just for them! We were celebrating our anniversary while we were there and I was able to order a bottle of wine as a surprise for my husband. When I ordered it, the hotel offered complimentary flowers and fruit to go with it, and it was an absolute surprise for him as the flowers were just beautiful. Staff also took the time during our stay to ask us if he liked the wine and flowers, the attention to us as guests was outstanding. Overall we had an absolutely wonderful 4 night stay at the Hai Tide. We were sad to leave.

The only thing we can honestly say is that there was nowhere to hang our clothes, but there was storage in the huts to put them. We had a problem with our air-conditioning on the first night, so they let us stay in another room and the next day ours was fixed, so we were very happy.

Good vibes

The resort is wonderfully set up in terms of facilities, activities and location. We were located on a beachfront villa and thoroughly enjoyed the location and set-up. The staff were all excellent throughout our stay.

We had a small issue which required us to move villas but it was dealt with quickly and with great support from the staff.
