Hai Tide Beach Resort

Second stay at this beautiful hotel. Excellent staff, wonderful location and fabulous pool and gardens. Food excellent.

Once again we really struggled without anywhere to hang your clothing. First stay was in a beach front room which was small. This time those were sadly fully booked so ended up in rooms 13 & 14 (2 rows behind) which were tiny. Barely enough room around the bed and poorly lit so you have to struggle with a torch to rummage through your suitcase to find your clothing. It really is like camping and very stressful.

Fantastic location and beautiful villas. Hear the ocean at night and fantastic pool. The pontoon is also great fun for everyone. The staff went above and beyond and the service was amazing. We will come back!! Cannot fault this place, amazing stay.

The scenery and the sea are super beautiful. The resort has a great location. It's very close if you're coming from Sanur harbor, where you can catch a direct boat to Mushroom bay.

I feel like the overall hygiene at this price point might not be up to par, especially with all the bugs. Even though the staff comes in every day to spray insecticide, I still keep getting bitten by mosquitoes and ants. The breakfast isn't a buffet; you have to order from a menu, and everyone is limited to a single main dish. Honestly, that portion size feels a bit small for an adult, but if you want to order extra, you have to pay for it separately.

I consider the accommodation was a bit on the expensive side for what was on offer and a bit isolated . There are superior options in Bali for less money The beach has a big litter problem and stray dogs on it which lets down its location
