The view is great, the staff is amazing and super nice and helpful, the rooms offer privacy and are very clean.

The tapwater is not drinkable, the reception offered to refill bottles of water unlimited any time. But I would prefer a refill station to refill clean water ourselves. The rest was perfect!

The rooms were large, super comfortable, and wonderful. The room we had originally booked (ocean view suite) was already great, but we received an upgrade and were moved to the Royal Pool Villa Ocean View, and then, words fail me, it was simply a dream suite with a private pool and jacuzzi with a sea view. This suite is also next to the restaurant, the spa, and the communal pool, which is convenient, as the hotel is on a hill with many stairs and steps, a real marathon. They have electric golf carts that help a little, but they only cover half the distance; to get the full ride, you need to have a mobility issue, which I do because of my knee, but I wasn't informed that I needed to mention this at check-in to get an "access bracelet for the cart," I only found out about it on the last day. I also found the pool area to have insufficient chairs for all the rooms; people woke up early to reserve the sun loungers with towels. But overall, my stay was a 10/10, and the staff was super attentive and welcoming.

Location - only accessible by car or pre-booked transfer/taxi - it's not possible to get around on foot, everything is very far away on the island.

Great place to stay. Rooms were perfect with a spectacular view. All the staff very friendly and happy to help. Our driver didn't turn up on the day we were leaving and without no time at all the front desk were able to find a replacement.

We had a perfect stay. The room is amazing especially the view from the balcony and from the bathroom. The staff was very nice and helped us kindly with everything. We had dinner there every night and it was very good.

The view is stunning, so are the rooms, which are large and very nicely designed. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

The stunning view comes at a cost, with the hotel being little accessible (30+ min ride, ~ 10 eur / way for a car ride). This means going to the main town/street quickly is not an option and you might feel a little stuck at the hotel, which only has a pool, one restaurant and a spa. Restaurant area seems to have been blown away in a storm so everything is now served in the nearby pool restaurant which is a little less of a nice cadre, compared to the pictures advertised. Food in general was decent but quite pricey. Due to the remote location, people staying in for the day all gather at the pool, which has very limited sunbed capacity, and you might be stuck sitting at a regular table.

This is, by far, the best hotel I’ve stayed in while traveling Indonesia and at a reasonable price. Rooms are a dreamy, very taken care off with good views and very clean. Staff is very very nice and they will help you with everything you might need. The restaurant is good quality, very nice with different kinds of food at an avg high price. The infinity pool is otherworldly. Very amazing with a view to Bali with its sunset.

If you’re in the high end of the hotel you will put some effort going up and down the hill. If you don’t do reservation for the restaurant you might end up with no room to eat.

The room was superb: spacious, clean and confortable. We liked the outdoor balcony with a great sunset view. The bathroom (bathtub) was amazing. All the products (shampoo, shower gel et ) smelt divine. The views from the property were incredible. The infinity pool was beautiful. Food was delicious and they even made a take away breakfast so we could go on an early snorkelling trip. Loved the fact they are very sustainable. Staff were all so friendly ans helpful. Our fast boat got cancelled and they helped us sort an alternative.

The taxi fares to/from the harbour are quite pricey. Would be lovely to offer a latte for the afternoon tea.

We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel – we would come back in a heartbeat! From the moment we arrived, every single staff member was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. No matter what we needed, they were always happy to help – you can call the reception at any time and even have food from the restaurant delivered straight to your room. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and offer stunning views! A special mention goes to the amazing women working at the restaurant and by the pool. By the second day, they already knew our room number and even remembered our food preferences – such attentive, heartfelt service! I’m vegan and every special request was met with genuine friendliness and care. I never once felt like I was being a burden – quite the opposite. The kindness and attention to detail were deeply felt. Tasya, in particular, made us feel so welcome from the very beginning. Her warmth and the way she shared insights about the local culture really touched us – she was a highlight of our stay. We also want to thank Ryan, who drove us around the hotel grounds with the buggy. He was cheerful and helpful, and even recommended a fantastic local snorkelling provider – such a thoughtful touch! Even the manager personally came to say goodbye and asked for honest feedback, which showed true commitment to hospitality and growth.

The service, the rooms, and the cleanliness were flawless. However, it’s good to know that this hotel is located in a more secluded area – perfect for rest and relaxation, but not ideal if you’re looking for a busy town vibe right outside your door. As a vegan guest, I would have loved a bit more variety in the breakfast – especially a good plant-based protein option like a tofu. You can always request it separately, and the kitchen is more than happy to prepare it, but you have to pay it extra.

A Perfect Stay, absolutely recommendable! We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and can wholeheartedly recommend it. From check-in to check-out, everything was exceptionally well organized. The service was consistently friendly, helpful, and reliable. There was always a very positive atmosphere, and we were warmly welcomed with a smile every single time. We had great conversations with the entire team and always felt comfortable and genuinely welcome. We were also assigned a personal service agent named Ryan, who went above and beyond in his role. He was always available to answer any questions and provided excellent advice. Messages and calls were responded to promptly at all times. Our requests were always taken seriously and fulfilled, which made our stay especially pleasant. The Balinese massage at the spa was by far the best we’ve ever experienced – incredibly professional and deeply relaxing. Special thanks to the masseuses Meika and Koming for their outstanding work! The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes – both traditional Balinese cuisine and international options. No need to worry about “Bali Belly,” as everything was spotlessly clean and only filtered drinking water was used in food preparation. The meals were of high quality and absolutely delicious. We also booked the romantic dinner for two and were absolutely thrilled. The setting was beautifully decorated with flowers, my fiancée received a lovely bouquet, we had a dedicated private server, and professional photos of the evening were taken and sent to us. (Many thanks to Artha!) Our room was spotless, well-equipped, luxurious, and offered a breathtaking view of the infinity pool and the ocean. Despite the high standard, the price was very fair for what was provided. We felt completely at ease and will definitely return. This was our second time staying at this beautiful hotel, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. We came back not only because the hotel itself is stunning, but also because the service was truly exceptional, just like the first time. We were warmly welcomed by Widia, which immediately made us feel at home. In our room, we found a lovely note, fresh flowers on the bed, and even a welcome cake, such thoughtful touches that really make a difference. Throughout our stay, we were taken great care of by Ayu, Wiyakni, Tasya, and Mira. They were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. Everything was simply perfect once again. Thank you for another unforgettable stay, We’re already dreaming of a third visit!

A stunningly beautiful property with an incredible view and beautiful infinity pool. Friendly helpful staff, immaculate rooms that were spacious and clean. The food was varied and excellent; especially the generous choice of breakfast and endless quality coffee included in the price. I had two Balinese massages here with Mieke- she was exceptional - and I’ve had a lot of massages in my lifetime. Super strong, talented and professional! She helped Make this stay very relaxing. A wonderful place to stay!!

The hotel is beautiful!! Perched on a cliff with beautiful gardens and the VIEW... WOW! We stayed 10 nights (most people stay 2-3 nights max, we're told) and we ate at the hotel everyday. The menu is extensive and the food was amazing! One of the best Mie Goreng we had in Bali and they have great Cocktail/Mocktail options! We opted for the afternoon tea package, just to see what it was about, not thinking much about it but we found ourselves looking forward to it everyday after our morning dives! There were a small family of monkeys hanging out in the trees behind the restaurant which we enjoyed watching everyday. The dive/snorkelling site right in front of the hotel, called Toya Pakeh (only accessible by boat) is one of the most beautiful, colourful and healthy reef I've seen in my 20+ yrs diving. I strongly recommend to ask the dive/boat operator to take you at slack tide because the current can be quite strong otherwise. We saw turtles, a big tuna, lots of macro life as well. We even saw a big pod of dolphins swim by from our room balcony one morning. We also tried the couples balinese massage, recommend 100%! The staff... we can't say enough about the staff! They were so kind, from the servers, the reception staff to the gardeners and the cleaning staff! Everybody just stopped doing whatever they're doing just to greet you and making sure you're having the best stay! Learning a few Indonesian/Balinese words before hand goes a long way and the staff seemed happy that we tried and thought us more too! Service with a smile, always :)

The bathroom floor gets very slippery and we kept tripping on the loose big pebbles between the concrete slabs. There were no closets in the rooms (there are closets in the big villas). But I guess if most people only stay 2-3 nights it wouldn't matter as much. We like quiet places so this hotel was perfect for us as it is far from the busy strip but it's quite the bumpy and narrow road to get to town. We were going to rent scooters like we did in Amed but changed our minds after seeing the road. Getting a ride to town can get pretty pricey if you want to go often.

No restaurant, had not been informed that the main restaurant had no roof so meals served in the bar area. Pool lack of sun beds/umbrellas for amount of guests. Smell of sewers often smelt at edge of infinity pool.

The views are breathtaking. Every single room will have a gorgeous view looking out across the ocean. The basic rooms are intimate, however these have great balconies to relax on if you prefer your privacy. The rooms were well kept and had a really relaxing coastal feel. The pool and restaurant/bar area is well set out, and also has fantastic views. The food was amazing and the pool views are breathtaking!!! The staff really made the stay perfect and were so helpful and friendly. We did the romantic dinner and the set up was beautiful and it is something we will remember forever. We would love to thank all the lovely staff for a truly special trip! Ayu, Arta, Ryan, Tasya, the staff that set up and hosted our romantic dinner and all the reception staff!!!!

The traffic to the property is quite extensive in peak hours. Make sure to communicate this with the staff, who helped us plan ahead to ensure we got to our destinations on time.

We stayed at Pramana for our honeymoon, the service was excellent, the staff are very considerate, they even know us by our names. We ate dinner at the restaurant for 3 nights and not get bored. The room was clean and spacious and romantic. The pool was very clean and there’s a jacuzzi in the room that wasn’t shown in the photo, which was a good surprise. It’s about 30mins drive from the harbour. We had the floating breakfast in the pool and couple massage and scrub at the on-site spa. It was divine. We can see the sunset from the room.

My stay at Pramana Natura Nusa Penida was absolutely amazing! The property is beautifully located, very well maintained, and offers stunning views. I especially want to highlight the outstanding service – Ms. Aiyu, Mr. Artha, Mr. Nanda and Ms. Arya were incredibly kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They made me feel so welcome and taken care of throughout my stay. Thanks to their dedication, this experience became truly unforgettable. I can highly recommend this place and would love to come back again! A highlight was that we repeatedly saw dolphins right from the pool and balcony.

Room was very clean and nicely decorated, bed was big and comfortable, amazing view of the Bali volcano, the sea and the surrounding islands, personal is meticulously doing their work and is dedicated to the customer 24h a day. Nice spa and tasty food.

Some stains in the bathtub as well as on the pillows in the relax area on the balcony. One poorly mounted light switch next to the bed (buttons were falling off and had to put them several times manually back). Renovation work during our stay - houses getting new hay roofs (extremely minimal noise disturbance) & restaurant being rebuilt (resulting in one small restaurant only available by the pool only but covered by free of extra charge room service and free of charge contents of the minibar & fruits). No wardrobe in the room. No entertainment in the complex - great for relaxation but can get monotonous after a couple of days.

The breakfast was plentiful and food was very tasty and well presented. Staff were fantastic and went the extra mile to help you. Location was amazing, just a little interesting to get too with the very bumpy windy road.
