Pramana Natura Nusa Penida

Words can’t even begin to explain how incredible our stay was here!! What started as a last minute booking after our original accomodation elsewhere fell through turned out to be the best part of our trip to nusa penida! The staff were so welcoming and accomodating! Learning our names within minutes and providing us 10/10 service at anytime of day or night. We felt like royalty. The restaurant food was of top quality and the included breakfast each morning meant we were set up for success for a day on the island. We were lucky enough to enjoy a 90 minute massage at the spa within the resort! Amazing

Nothing!! It is a little tricky to get to along the dirt roads, but we had our own motorbike so transport was easy! Just something to consider, it’s not an accomodation you can walk from the port to.

Everything except spa. We had facial and it has a load of room for improvement. The technique seems to be obsolete.

Everything was perfect there. Even we stayed for only one night, we experienced the most charming and peaceful night. 1. Services : since the transportation in Penida is not so good, I highly recommend the private car charter services. The excellent driver can take you to all the destinations you want. 2. SPA: one of the best I had during my 10 days stay in Bali 3. Restaurants: tasty and delicious, highly recommend to try the local cuisines. ( btw the live music made the vide more romantic and relaxing) 4. Staff: friendly , considerate ( people always matter the most ( I like Wiyakni and also the lady working at the reception )

the staff is very nice and helpful

we had two major issues during our stay. We had a mouse in the room and had to watch it being killed in front of us in middle of night. we moved rooms and then had no hot water in shower . overall poor management
