The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They booked my boat ticket from Bali, transport from the Harbour, my island tours and snorkeling trip. They knew guests by name and wet out if their way to ensure guests’ needs were met. The rooms spacious clean comfortable with amazing views. The pool restaurant and spa were very good.

Stunning views from the hotel room
Beware of the stairs - steep stairs down to the hotel rooms!

Wonderful sea views from the spacious rooms, helpful and friendly staff, accessibility to a dive centre
Bumpy ride to the property

Room, view, food, excellent service
-Too many stairs to reach even the lobby level.
-Very bad road to approach the hotel. In the morning the taxi drivers would try 3/4 times in order to ascend the road due to wet and slippery surface.
