It was absolutely dreamy especially with the ocean front villa with private pool and the whole location was too good, it should be a bucket list place. I liked Artana and Wina, they both were highly professional and helpful

The facilities, room view, pool view, everything about that is absolutely amazing and fantastic. One of the best places I ever stayed, just stunning and breathtaking sunrise behind the Mount Rinjani

I have mixed feelings, I said the facilities are the best, best room I ever stayed considering the beautiful view and pool. However, the restaurant is complicated, it's quite sad honestly, one of the worst foods I had in my whole stay around Bali for a week. You can still eat some food that is fine, but you have to choose wisely. I think they try to make westerners happy, providing all kind of food options, but they are in a remote area in an Island, the ingredients are not fresh at all, the menu is huge making it impossible to have fresh ingredients for all of that. I learned that ordering Indonesian food is the only safe option, but even that, I had better food in Warung restaurants around the area. Please, you have to make your menu simpler and have good ingredients. The butter in the pancakes for example was likely some low quality margarine, it tasted awful like old seed oil, we needed to brush of the dish to be able to eat the pancake. The croissant we couldn't eat, please do not offer that, better to have one single good bread than multiple options that are just bad industrialized packaged options. The ice cream I thought was a safe option, ordered coconut and surprisingly didn't taste like coconut at all, the flavor was like some artificial raspberry candy that made zero sense. Another improvement is to train the employees, most of them are good, they are nice, but sometimes you find people that are not on the same level. One day for example we had the Do Not Disturb sign in the room, and they called us to ask about the DND because the cleaner wanted to enter the room, it was like 10 in the morning, first time ever that someone called me to ask why I have a DND sign on.

Location is just amazing, maybe a bit remote. But it’s worth it, definitely. Absolutely wonderful days here, highly recommend. Villa with pool with full privacy. You should book snorkeling trip, to see turtles and mantas.

Quality of the food is what brings it down from a 10 to a 9 overall

The property is an amazing space, with amazing views of the ocean. We stayed in an ocean private pool room and it did not disappoint. The room was large, clean & spacious and the pool was large for a private pool, which was so good to spend time in. The staff were all so kind and attentive and were always smiling. You could tell they had all been so well trained and wanted to help whenever possible. Property is clean and well kept, this is perfect for a relaxing quiet stay.
