Quiet location, but close to everything. Great staff, always friendly and accommodating with anything you need. Rooms are very spacious and private. Close to restaurants and bars.

Matlock and his team of workers are exceptional!! The location is perfect across the road from white sand beach! A 7 minute walk to the Main Street where the restaurants and shops are! The rooms are always spotless! Beds are clean and comfy with quality linen! Staff are great!!! This is our 2 nd time at Onai! It is the only hotel that we will stay at on our regular trips to Nusa Lembogan The included breakfast is fabulous they even have Vegemite!!!! Thank you Madlock and your team of workers 🙏🏼🙏🏼 We will see you next trip

It wad very quiet, so we enjoy our sleep. The staff was very helpful. We asked for scooters and they organized three right to the hotel and the price was reasonable than on a steet. Really close to the beach. You can eat your breakfaston a beach restaurant which is 50 meters from the hotel.

Building work going on by the new pool at the time of our holiday. Quiet location with limited pavements to get around. Some issues with breakfast as server could not understand English and although we pointed to one of four set choices on the provided menu. Bungalows are clean, spacious and modern but would not stay again due to location and limited facilities.

Location.

The breakfasts were excellent, we tried all the various options and the food was tasty and well prepared, with decent portion sizes. Special kudos go to the omelette and mie goreng. The location is perfect for those who want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the main town, with beautiful views of the beach, sea and Mount Agung. It is also within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Maglok and his wife Made were our hosts and they were super friendly, very accommodating and lovely. They even arranged a special early breakfast on the days we went snorkelling.

The room was large and spacious, with a nice pool and by the beach with a wonderful view of Mount Agung. Air conditioner worked well.

Had to ask twice for the bathroom to be cleaned as it was not very clean on arrival or after first asking

Bathroom had an odd smell It was a little out of the way

The beds were comfortable and apart from the smell the main bedroom area was quite clean. The staff where lovely and very helpful with organizing taxis. It was in a good location for the beach and restaurants. The pool was very nice. The included breakfast was decent.

Cleaning seemed to be something that was only done between guests and even then it only seemed to be the beds and the floor in the bedroom. The bathroom was very dirty. We asked for it to be cleaned but it wasn’t. The smell got so bad towards the end that we couldn’t bear to be in the room anymore.

Nice rooms and very comfortable beds. I had the best night sleep in whole Bali at his place. The owner is very friendly. They have nice breakfast. You can watch the sea while eating. You can also rent motorbikes at his place.

Przemiła obsługa, zawatwili mi kierowcę który obwiózł mnie po wyspie. Nielimitowana woda do picia z dystrybutora. Duży pokój, pięknie urządzony. Duża łazienka, zamknięta- robaki nie miały jak wchodzić dzięki moskitierze w małym okienku. Czystość i pachnąca pościel i ręczniki:) śniadanie z karty, ale elastyczne i calłkiem duże. Cisza i spokój.

Plaża super i widok na górę Agung, ale jeśli chcecie się pokąpać to to nie jest dobra część wyspy bo woda cały czas jest po kostki i wszystko z jej dna wystaje. Poczytajcie o najlepszych plażach na wyspie i tam się ulokujcie jeśli chcecie popływać.

Le personnel très sympa, les chambres sont très spacieuses. Juste le lavabo de la salle de bain qui mérite d’être refixé comme il faut. Le petit déjeuner pas très varié mais très bon !

Le manque de variété du déjeuner mais en soi ce n’est pas grave du tout. Leurs pancake étaient excellents.

Heerlijke huisjes met fijne douche en fijne bedden. Ligging is super. Recht tegenover het strand. Mooi nieuw zwembad. Prima ontbijt. Personeel heeft wat moeite met de Engelse taal, maar ze willen graag alles voor je doen.

Habitaciones amplias. El personal muy atentos siempre dispuestos a ayudar aunque no hablar mucho ingles Tenían un lugar muy rico para comer y estar en la playa

La primera pieza, El baño: - La ducha tenia muy poca presión de agua por lo que demorabas en ducharte (siendo que el espacio era grande), costaba ajustarla salía muy caliente o muy fría. - La puerta para entrar y salir estaba muy trancada, para abrirla y cerrarla tenias que chocarla con todo tu cuerpo cada vez que entrabas al baño. - La ventana era un diseño abierto y no tenia malla para mosquitos (la segunda habitación si tenia), si dejabas la luz prendida o puerta abierta del baño se llenaba de mosquitos. Habitación: - Para entrar costaba un poco abrir y cerrar la puerta (eran dos ventanas que se juntan). - Los enchufes casi ninguno funcionaba, los que estaban al lado de la cama prácticamente ninguno, solo uno que costaba mucho que funcionara y se desconectaba. - Al ser muy grande la habitación, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien, estaba al limite de calor (con el aire prendido al máximo) La segunda habitación, todo funcionaba mejor excepto los enchufes, la ducha al principio no salia agua caliente pero había que hacer una maniobra que nadie nos dijo, por lo que nos duchamos dos días con agua fría. Ademas era la ultima del hotel, había que caminar mucho en zigzag por todas para llegar, no entiendo como no hacen un camino derecho por el lado. La piscina no la ocupamos, se veía bien pero deba hacia la calle (se ve desde ahi) y quedaba lejos de las piezas por lo que no era muy cómoda. Las reposeras para el sol no tenían nada acolchado como lo normal en todos lados. El desayuno: era regular de sabor y regular la porción, cumplía pero sin hacerse ilusiones. solo te daban a elegir una cosa entre varias y un bebestible. Por lo que quedabas con hambre, no era muy rico lo que probamos (en mi pan con palta y huevo me salieron muchas cascaras de huevo). Precio: caro para lo que es y los precios locales.
