Expansive beachfront property

Lovely pools and staff very helpful. Gardens and sunset views are gorgeous.

Not great for beach swims. Water full of sharp coral and tripping hazards Need protective footwear. Breakfast buffet pretty average

The staff were exceptional, the views sitting around the dining area & pool were really good.

On the initial booking it stated Beachside Rooms & the pictures appeared to show you walking out onto the beach from your room BUT this was not the case our room was on the 2nd floor with a beach VIEW. When I questioned them they said we have no rooms that are beach front. The booking.com advertisement is very deceptive as the photos unless blown up appear to show you a room that has beach side access which is the reason I booked that resort, I wanted accommodation where i could walk out of my room onto the beach, so that started My stay with disappointment.

Great location with many restaurants, cafes, and attractions within easy reach. Getting around was very convenient. The beach is beautiful, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. Breakfast was good, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which is impressive for an island destination. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

What I didn't particularly like was the check-in and check-out policy. Check-in starts at 2:00 PM, while check-out is at 10:00 AM, which makes the actual stay feel quite limited. There were also two disappointing aspects of my stay. First, I placed the "Make Up Room" sign on my door before leaving in the morning, but when I returned around 1:00 PM, the room had still not been serviced. Second, I had to request a shower gel refill three separate times before it was finally taken care of by a staff member. When I asked about the delay, I was told that they were short-staffed and struggling to keep up with the workload. While I understand that staffing challenges can happen, I don't believe this should affect the guest experience. Managing staffing levels and ensuring basic services are delivered is ultimately the hotel's responsibility. Overall, the hotel has many positive qualities, but improvements in housekeeping and guest services would make a significant difference.
