We had a village view, and I was worried about the street noise, and it was loud but actually the whole place is so relaxing it didn't bother me. We will definitely come back and book the pool view next time. The pool was fantastic. Not busy, easy to get a lounge, and great poolside service. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our room door had a half centimetre gap so you never felt completely private. Again, it is rustic accommodation and was easy to ignore these issues. Food matched the price we paid. No complaints.

Didnt realize the reef was right up to the beach ..difficult to swim in the ocean out the front.

Amazing spot, close to the beach and local restaurants. Pools were clean. Comfortable room, exceptionally clean. Hotel offers different themed nights for dinner. Breakfast had a large variety of food options. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Enjoy a coffee with breakfast which was a bit expensive.

Great location with many restaurants, cafes, and attractions within easy reach. Getting around was very convenient. The beach is beautiful, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. Breakfast was good, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which is impressive for an island destination. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.
What I didn't particularly like was the check-in and check-out policy. Check-in starts at 2:00 PM, while check-out is at 10:00 AM, which makes the actual stay feel quite limited.
There were also two disappointing aspects of my stay. First, I placed the "Make Up Room" sign on my door before leaving in the morning, but when I returned around 1:00 PM, the room had still not been serviced.
Second, I had to request a shower gel refill three separate times before it was finally taken care of by a staff member. When I asked about the delay, I was told that they were short-staffed and struggling to keep up with the workload. While I understand that staffing challenges can happen, I don't believe this should affect the guest experience. Managing staffing levels and ensuring basic services are delivered is ultimately the hotel's responsibility.
Overall, the hotel has many positive qualities, but improvements in housekeeping and guest services would make a significant difference.
