The view was very nice however, the hygiene and location let it down.

The view from the room and the pool area was stunning.

The door to our room was hard to lock and there was a gap between the door and the wall so you could hear it banging in the night due to heavy winds. Unfortunately, we saw a rat in our room and also found droppings. We reported this to the reception the following morning, but the response was very dismissive - we were simply told 'sorry' with no further concern, explanation, or action offered. The view was beautiful however, the road to the resort was very difficult to get too.

A Boutique Gem with Breathtaking Views

The Point Resort was an excellent choice for our trip with family and friends. We were very happy with the small, boutique-style accommodation, which felt cozy, personal, and well cared for. The highlight of the stay was definitely the stunning views — truly breathtaking and a major reason to choose this place. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay with amazing scenery.

Fabulous stay!

The views of the hotel are absolutely gorgeous, all the staff is super helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant is also good. We saw many dolphins and turtles from the pool, just magical!

Incredible experience supported by the loveliest staff

The location is incredible, the best view. My room was really clean, spacious and comfortable. I loved the breakfast on that stunning terrace on the ocean. A big shoutout to Komang, the manager, who helped me with everything from taxis to boat, transfers and recommendations. As a woman solo travel I couldn’t feel safer. All the staff was really kind and lovely and will come back for sure.

Beautiful view

When arriving at the brand new reception and restaurant, the view is simply breathtaking. A full 180° view on the sea. The pool and all the rooms offer a view on the ocean and we were even able to spot dolphins and turtles from the room.

The personel is nice but is not super reactive nor proactive. Some rooms have too much overlook between each other. We found a dead cockroach behind the bed... The view is beautiful but the place is completely separated from all the other restaurants and such. You will have to either rent a scooter (the roads are NOT in a good state, especially the one leading to the hotel...) or go by foot, which can get old pretty quick (no public lights, etc...)

Fabulous hotel with great staff. The view itself is 5*

View is incredible, staff are so lovely and can't do enough for you. They arranged scooter hire for us (they made sure we were able to ride the scooter, although didn't provide any helmets...), nothing was a problem to them though and very helpful. Our room was perfect for us, the air con was just nice and not too cold but very refreshing to come back to after being in the sun. Everything is so clean, the bedding and towels smell amazing, fresh water provided daily and was ice cold. Fresh juices and coffee is very good.

Breakfast is has very limited options and not very exciting. The roads to the hotel are terrible, this isn't a fault of the owners just something to make note of as getting a scooter round is not easy, roads are pitch black for walking at night too.

The best resort we have stayed in. Nusa Lembongan is a stunning location and we got lucky, finding this hidden gem. The resort is located up on a cliff, north facing so there is direct sunlight all day and then most beautiful sunsets. The staff are very attentive and so lovely, the resort has a great family vibe to it. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious and the pool and cliff side pool chairs feel like you are in Europe. You are missing out if you don’t consider a stay here, and we highly recommend to everyone!

Perfect place to relax and unwind

The location is incredible, such a beautiful and tranquil location away from the main tourist area but not far by scooter. Room is large and lovely with a great view straight out to flowers and the ocean - great to sit and read on the deck. Pool is awesome. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

Shower pressure in our room was really low. Mattress could be softer for my liking.

The views from all around this resort were absolutely stunning & would be hard to beat! Lovely quiet relaxed atmosphere, restaurant had great food with the most incredible views, there is a nice big sheltered area or you could sit out in the sun, just stunning! Not to far to walk to Mushroom Bay. Saw some dolphins on from the resort on one of our mornings. staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was a little disappointed with the rooms that we were given as I had booked a long time in advance and read reviews saying that they were only 4 rooms in total at the resort and we went off the photos of the 4 original rooms, however 4 more had been built by the time we had our holiday & we were put in 2 of the new ones which were not the same style as the ones we thought we were staying in. We were wanting to be in a room next to our teens but we were upstairs and they were downstairs which was a bit of a pain. I think that we were the first people to use our room as there were a few issues that hadn't been sorted, the toilet was a big one, it got sorted quickly but our room had an unpleasant smell for the rest of our stay, our rooms didn't have the nice outdoor furniture on the balconies like the original 4 rooms so we didn't feel like we could order our food to eat at our room. It felt like our room was finished in a bit of a rush to accommodate peak season, I'm sure all the issues would be sorted now as the staff were trying their best to fix things, it would have made us feel better if we were offered a discount or a free meal at the restaurant to make up for it.

Beautiful sunset venue

Loved that it’s such a small resort it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The infinity pool over the sea was fantastic and the ability to sit in your room and watch the sun set into the sea. Food was amazing and staff were super friendly

Peaceful and Idyillic

Had a lovely quiet boutique accomodation feel about it as not many rooms. The staff were very attentive and super helpful. Pool area was gorgeous, lovely spot to sit and drink cocktails and watch the dolphins swim by! They were updating all the rooms (ours was brand new) and new large restaurant area looking out to the sea, so that will make quite a difference. Meals were very good.

Not alot of amenities in the room (i.e. tea/coffee making facilities), however they do deliver drinks to your room if you request. Its a bit rough getting there, but worth it.

We had the best time at the Point Resort and by far the best accommodation on the whole island.

What didn't we like about this place? We loved everything about the Point Resort especially that it was a boutique hotel with only 4 rooms. The best sunset all around, pool, the room, outdoor shower, cleanliness was 5 star along with warm, super helpful staff. Komang was the best. The hotel restaurant was delicious. 5 star! Will definitely return and stay again. Thank you.

A paradise to return to over and over again.

The Point Lembongan is in a sublime location. Full ocean views looking back to the island of Bali. It’s a delightful boutique hotel with only a handful of rooms and a really peaceful vibe. The staff are attentive but relaxed and friendly. The in-house food and drink service is excellent. Simple food done well. Our reason for choosing The Point was to take advantage of their spectacular location for watching the sunset (and sun rise too, as it turned out). Nothing better than a Lembongan sunset from the pool, with a cocktail in hand.

Picturesque place for a quiet escape

Stunning location, could see dolphins every day and the pool was amazing. Rooms were really nice and the beds huge and comfy, outdoor bathroom was lovely.

Property is a bit hard to get to, need a scooter to get to most places and the road is really potholed. Outdoor bathroom is stunning but does me an everything gets wet if it rains so just to be aware. They were building a new bar and restaurant which looks like it will be amazing

Spectacular sunsets , best position on the island

The position is absolutely breathtaking, staff were more than helpful . ATM there is only 4 rooms and a greeting /lounge area giving it an “ exclusive “ feel . Adjoining the property is a new development that will increase accommodation marginally but include a restaurant and bar area which will make it a more welcoming

Roads in general on Lembongan are terrible, this resort whilst enjoying arguably the best sunset views on the island is a little isolated, currently the food and drinks menu is limited ( remember there’s only 4 rooms) . During the day “ mushroom beach” is only a 7 to 10 minute walk where there are numerous restaurants and bars and a beautiful protected beach , but bye night the walk down and back would and could be an “ ankle breaker “ due to the road ( read track) conditions. So the new restaurant/bar development will make evenings a more pleasurable experience… Note on our last night we were invited to a “ soft opening “ of the bar area ( 27/05/25) This area is truly spectacular and Randal the owner of the hospitality area has great plans . We wish him every success, this is genuinely the best position on the island Don’t let the roads / tracks deter you. !

This property did not disclose that they had active construction happening immediately next to our room! Surprise! And try to rectify by offering us twenty five percent off for our stay. We originally agreed because we thought it was just an eye sore but to our dismay it was active and ongoing the whole weekend. When I say all weekend I mean into the night, till 9pm to be exact. The only thing this property has going for itself is the view and that’s pretty much it. The loungers by the pool were stained. Broken bathroom faucet, dirty sofa, hairs all over the place, uncomfortable bed, the list can go on and on. Of course we checked out the next morning it felt like a horror movie honestly. There’s garbage on the island is the worst we saw in all Bali. The beaches we experienced were filled with flea infested dogs. Mushroom beach smells like boat fuel. I mean I wish I had something nice to say but it was truly a horrible experience. Thankfully it was an isolated situation and we had super pleasant stay in our other cities and villas.

Everything! There was very little to like. The roads on the island are treacherous, this location is on a remote part of the island with ongoing construction everywhere, there’s garbage everywhere, the worst we saw in all of Bali! The taxi rides are like a bad and painful amusement park ride. They would not stop the drilling and hammering well into the night, by far the worst stay we had during our entire trip. The owner from what we gathered from management was set on finishing his project and was extremely unsympathetic to our concerns.

Beautiful views, luxury accommodation and very friendly staff.

A lovely location away from the busy beaches but still in close proximity. The pool was amazing with beautiful views over the sea where we watched the dolphins every morning. Staff very friendly and accommodating. They organised scooters to hire for us which gave us the opportunity of popping down to Mushroom Beach and to also tour the rest of the Island. They also do meals so if you don't feel like going out to a restaurant you can eat in. They made us the most delicious fresh fish. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again when we go back.
