The Sweat Villa Warung and Spa

Very nice bungalows near the lively Mushroom Beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Mr. Komang moves heaven and earth to ensure everything runs smoothly, including transport to and from the island, excursions, and in our case, a visit to the doctor. The ease of communication is very handy. The bungalows are spacious and well-maintained; the outdoor bathroom is very nice. The swimming pool, an elongated shape, is delightful and very beautiful. We had breakfast every day, which was also delicious and well-prepared. There is an attached spa, where we enjoyed several invigorating Balinese massages. Definitely recommended as well. We are glad we stayed at the 'Sweat Villa'; it was certainly worth it. Highly recommended.

Beautifully decorated accommodation. Great staff, walking distance to the beautiful beach. We absolutely loved our stay here and wish we had booked for longer. Staff couldn’t do enough for you, always on hand to provide excellent customer service. The property only opened recently and I do hope they can get to a point where they are able to provide food / meals across the day, it’s so clean and well presented that it’s a shame they are missing some passing trade. I highly recommend the spa also, we had the most wonderful Balinese massage, as with the rest of the building, clean and beautifully decorated

Our family room was large and comfortable, with a double bed and two twins, as well as an indoor sitting area and a verandah with sofa. The pool was lovely and clean, the garden well tended and staff friendly and helpful. It is all very new as of summer 2026.

I mentioned to the staff that it would be nice to see re-usable bamboo or metal straws in their drinks, and butter and jams served in a small dish from a larger block (butter) or jar (jam). Bali (and its islands) has a massive waste problem and every place needs to do its bit to try to reduce waste, eg from single serve sachets of butter or jam etc.

Lovely family owed accommodation, great location, short walk to mushroom bay, devils tear and dream bay easy to get to if you take a taxi or rent a golf cart, staff were attentive and amazing.

Not a lot of sound proofing in the rooms expect a little bit of noise at night.
