The location was great, in a quieter area away from the main hustle and bustle. The welcome drink and then introduction to the island with a map by the awesome host was amazing. We never would have found the cliff top walk around to Coconut Bay by ourselves! Sitting on the deck in the afternoon looking out into the gardens was very peaceful.

Great location and the best staff, super helpful and friendly.
Bali beds at the pool could do with replacing or repairing - currently not useable. Sunbeds all fine though.

Everything! We were especially enamored with the staff, particularly Madi (sp?). Very friendly and genuine, and makes a mean banana pancake :) He set us up with some good recommendations of where to go and hooked us up with scooters, which he and another staff member (patiently) showed us how to use.
Location was beautiful too - a lot of time and care is put into keeping the gardens pristine, which we appreciated.
There was a bit of noise at night time, but we followed it and found some great music, and even a local volleyball tournament!
No complaints, wonderful!
