A little piece of paradise.

We had the best few days in Koji Gardens despite not having the best weather. The huts are amazing and the outdoor bathroom area is so beautiful. It’s a privilege to be able to shower outside! Lying in bed listening to the rain come down on the huts is so peaceful. The bed was super comfortable and equipped with a mosquito net. The A/C is really good. Free tea, coffee and water refills everyday. The room even has a fridge which is great for if you want to bring food/drink back to the room. Really nice breakfast made fresh to order included in the price! It’s only a 5 minute walk from Mushroom Bay and there a couple of cafes and restaurants nearby!The best thing about this place though is the people. Mani (I hope that how you spell his name) was the nicest host ever. We were greeted with a welcome juice and sat down to be shown a map of the island and he gave us amazing recommendations of what to see and where to go to eat. Every morning and anytime throughout the day you would be greeted with a smile and a wave and he was always up for a chat! We rented a scooter from them as well at great value. Honestly there’s nothing to fault with this place, if I ever come back to Lembongan I will stay here again.

Gorgeous bungalows in a lovely garden

The bungalow is absolutely gorgeous! Spacious, with a very comfy bed (with the softest sheets!) The lovely garden view The welcome drink and the friendly staff (Made) The pool (and additional pool towels)

Piece of Heaven

We had stayed at Koji Garden Huts back in 2018, we decided to pay them a visit again and we weren't dissapointed!👍😁 After a warm welcome back from the owner Kadek and his lovely family and a cold welcome drink... we felt at home!😁 We were looked after brilliantly by Made and Kadek (Junior) during our stay. Breakfast was basic but very tasty and included in the room cost, all in all great value! Room was as described and bed very comfortable. Pool was akways lovely and clean and very rereshing! While we were there, we found out that there was to be a local ceremony that was to take place in the nearby village centred around the Village Big Tree. Made kindly provided free of charge sarongs for my wife and I to wear to follow their custom and go and watch the ceremony. We had a wonderful evening, feeling really part of all the blessings and felt honoured to have experienced it! Thank you Made for letting us know of the event! There are a number of excellent Warungs within less than a hundred metres if you turn right asyou leave the accomodation. Shops, and the usual dive centres and other restaurants etc are left from the accomodation, with Mushroom Bay and all the more upmarket eateries less than 5 minute walk away! I heartily recommend Koji Garden Bungalows and we were sad to leave!

Wonderful staff who were very helpful with everything. Booking our snorkelling tour was seamless and had a wonderful private snorkelling boat experience, although the weather was testing. Lovely bedroom amenities and outdoor bathroom/shower. Great experience overall and amazing value. Would highly recommend.

Stayed 2 nights and found our towels and drinking cups weren’t replaced between days.

Perfect relaxing cosy resort

It was very well maintained and the pool was a hit with the kids. Made the caretaker was amazing either way our kids snd he even “looked after” them while they were in the pool and we rested 🤩 He was such a lovely natured man who never failed to help when he could and very honest.

We had the interconnecting rooms which were ok but the doors all didn’t really shut properly like all doors in Bali. And the floors were creaky so not great when my older girls ran around snd woke baby up..

The huts are very cosy and the breakfast was great. Also the hosts were super friendly. Great value for the price and the location was ideal between different beaches in walkable distance. We had a great time

Excellent location. In Mushroom Bay. If you want to be closer to the shopping and town centre you either need to stay at Jungutubatu or hire a scooter to get there. Koji is in a little back street tucked away in the heart of mushroom bay. Can walk everywhere around mushroom bay from here.

I loved the property. It’s not lux. It’s more relaxed and Bali vibe. Has all you need. It would be great if they had lunch and dinner. The breakfast was delicious but some people might think it was limited.

It felt like home.

This local family owned business was the best place I’ve stayed in Nusa Lembongan. The staff were like family, incredibly helpful and wonderful to talk to about their culture, Balinese food and activities. My room was beautiful, my bed decorated with frangipani flowers, with fresh mineral water, tea and coffee and a bar fridge. This place is family friendly and so close to mushroom beach and tamarind beach. I will definitely be coming back.

Great family run accommodation. Huts are very comfortable and relaxing. Gardens are beautiful and very well maintained . Breakfast is excellent with different options to choose from to please everyone. Close to Mushroom Bay which is great for swimming. Close to many great restaurants. Staff are just amazing and will go out of there way to help you.

We had a very relaxed time at Koji Garden Huts and loved the location and hospitality.

The bungalow was clean and comfortable, the pool was lovely and the dining area was a nice open space. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is only a short walk to mushroom beach and feels quieter than the places closer to the beach. It is also a short walk to many restaurants and marts. We really enjoyed Koji Garden Huts.

Tranquil bungalow in a beautiful garden setting only a short stroll to Mushroom Bay

10/10 stay for me. I had three wonderful nights at the Koji Garden Huts. My bungalow was really cute, good aircon, very comfy bed and fluffy towels including extra towels for the pool/beach. You get two bottles of water every day. Breakfast had three options to choose from plus juice and coffee. The pool was clean and refreshing - during my stay I was usually by myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet at night - noise from a nearby bar usually stopped around 9ish but really faint anyway. The bathroom is open air - a shower with a clear sky of stars is magical. There’s good water pressure and hot water. Very close to Tamarind and secret beach, short stroll to mushroom bay. About 15 minutes to Dream beach. I didn’t want to leave - perfect choice for a relaxed holiday. Highly recommended.

I was a bit disappointed I couldn’t use the happy hour special as the lady didn’t know how to make cocktails. Otherwise it was perfect.

Let down by the owner who did not care to make any effort to make sure we got the message

Internet was poor things were dirty The owner was difficult to communicate with We asked for a xtra night and he said we could extend one more night The next day we had a snorkeling trip When we got baack we were told there was no room for us and the owner had emailed us the night before telling us Unfortunately for us we are not checking our emails regularly why we are on our honeymoon We asked at 7.20pm for the extra night at 7.30pm we got a email saying we can not have a extra night The owner had our whatsapp number the there was still staff working he didn't take the time or care he could not have messaged us on whatsapp or call the staff to tell us The staff at the property were great the owner not at all

The best one!

This is probably the best accommodation you can choose at the island. The Mashroom beach (harbor) is near, shops, bars, restaurants. Also, it's the cleanest one we've been in so far. Big thanks to the staff, they are wonderful!

Such a beautiful little gem!

The bungalows were super clean, spacious, and set in gorgeous gardens. But the best part was the amazing staff. Huge thanks to Made for helping me out when I had to move from another hotel. Always so kind and helpful, with the loveliest smile. This place has such a warm vibe, run by a beautiful family. Felt really special staying here.

The sound insulation isn’t great, so you can hear your neighbours and occasionally the local pub. But honestly, it was pretty minimal and didn’t take away from the overall experience.

Great stay in an excellent location.

Great location, walking distance to famous Mushroom bay and Tamarind beach. Very nice staff, great breakfast, nice clean and comfortable room. They provided welcome drinks and arranged a scooter for rent which was really nice. The staff gave a detailed idea of places to visit and explore in this beautiful island.

A TV in the room would have made it a perfect TEN, I deducted one star for that reason

6 night to be close to mushroom bay.

The grounds are really well cared for , the huts are clean and exactly what we expected for the price. Nice to have a day bed / side seat in the hut to relax in. Good location: We loved the walk to mushroom bay and surrounding areas. 4-5 minutes max . Nice restaurants and spas in both directions. Clean pool. The staff were exceptional!! We cannot thank Made enough for making our stay so enjoyable- he was fantastic with our almost 3 year old toddler and always around to offer anything we might need. Simple but nice breakfast served with a smile daily. We would stay here again.

Minimal sound proofing- we did hear music from the local bar every night but stopped early and not loud enough to keep our toddler awake. We don't love outdoor bathrooms but understand why some places in Bali have them. At least This one was cleaned daily and functional. Unfortunately the rain didn't stop this June and because of that there were more mosquitoes around than usual.

Little paradise

Quiet family run accommodation, off main street. Cute individuals huts with outdoor bathroom. Large air conditioned room, the large bed was comfortable with Mosquito net. Two steps downstairs to large outdoor bathroom. Great looking up at palms trees while showering! Breakfast was delicious, adequate portion size, coffee or fresh juices. Staff arranged boat trips, scooter hire, ferry crossing and pick up. Highly recommend, great value and only short walk to mushroom beach.

Great value for money

We stayed 8 nights and loved it. The staff were incredibly helpful (booking transfers and activities) and went above and beyond to make it a really enjoyable stay. We were travelling with a 1 year old so it was nice to have the pool and a grass area for her to run around on. Mushroom Bay is a short stroll which is a great swimming beach with restaurants.

Kid friendly accomodation with great location and an easy walk to mushroom bay, Noosa Lembongan was awesome

Great hosts who were very kid friendly, outstanding banana pancake for breakfast (but you could also choose eggs or Balinese breakfast). We rented scooters and they had a kids helmet on offer which we appreciated. Walking distance to mushroom beach on a good road (pram friendly). We travelled as two adults and a toddler and it was perfect for us.

Cheap and cheerful

Perfect for the price. Pool cute, gardens nice. It’s an older property shows a bit of wear n tear and bathroom is outdoors with. Little roof overhang. Simple layout with bed, small shelves but it’s a great price. The young man running the place is amazing- sweet , super helpful, quick response and that’s why I rated so many stars.
