We had a fantastic stay at Le Nusa Beach Club. The location is perfect, right on the beach. The staff were all wonderful. Friendly, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Spend NYE there and the staff made it a really fun night. Willy looked after us and was the perfect mix of friendly and professional. Always greeting us with a smile and hello. The bungalow was simple but comfortable and beautifully designed… a real beachy vibe. Great value for money. Only negative was construction next door which was noisy at times. We will definitely be back!

Great Location and value for money

Staff and food were absolutely fantasic. Great pools and right on the beach. other restaurants and mini mart close by and a short walk to the "city centre". Food and drinks cheap, breakfast included was "chef's kiss" over all a nice place to stay. Will stay again ;)

The mosquitoes were absolutely horrendous. I'm from FNQ and I mean they were BAD. It's the first time i've had to use a net to sleep in all the years of going to the island. Staff do provide spray and clean daily to help, but it's full on. If you can get around that, the place is prefect!

Location was great.

Facility is very old and not maintained well. For extra bed that charged more money than what was confirmed on booking.com. Included breakfast is worst. What is on menu and the plate is completely different. Room and beds are very old.

Nice stay

Value for money. Room was pretty standard. The pool was great, beers were very cold. Great location to catch the boat back to mainland. It was quiet at night.

Service could have been more friendly. They also added on extra drinks which weren’t ours, slightly awkward at the end of our stay. The room had a mouldy smell to it.

We enjoyed our second stay there.

Have stayed here before and us returning is a sign we love it here. Great place for people with kids, with the two pools, restaurant and with the ocean right at the front, making it the perfect place for kids and parents to unwind and relax without much effort. The staff are really nice and particularly the kind manager.

Unfortunately, there is construction going on next door at the moment and our bungalows were facing the construction. The sounds from the construction made it less relaxing than last time but it wasn't too bad.

Beachy resort charm.

Awesome location right on the beach at Mushroom Bay. They organised the boat trip to Lembongan which drops you right at the beach near the hotel. The huts are appropriately tropical and recently repainted (I’ve stayed there many times before - the ‘rooms’ are smaller than the huts but also nicely done in a beachy feel. The staff are terrific and the food and drinks menu is good and available all day.

Great bungalow quite big inside and that hotel was right in the beach with 2 pools amazing views over Mushroom Bay. Short walk to everywhere many great restaurants. Staff so lovely food was good.

Location - absolutely fantastic. Staff - Kumang & Karan made the stay very comfortable for us.

The inability to be even a little flexible for food choices (especially since we are ovo-vegetarians) by some of the staff took some joy away from the whole experience.

Location location location, can’t beat it right on the beach. The views of the beautiful clean blue water from the pools and restaurant are breathtaking. Food & cocktails were great and well priced. Staff are just so friendly and nothing is trouble for them. Our 2nd stay and we will be back.

Nice comfortable stay at a quiet location, right on the beach!

The grounds of the resort are really nice & it overlooks the gorgeous Mushroom Bay beach. The pools are nice & the rooms are nice too. We did find there were a lot of mosquitoes due to the windows not fully closing, but we did have a mosquito net over the bed which helped.

The location is kinda far away from the main area. The breakfast really wasn’t great & the bathroom had a strange smell at times..

Amazing staff and an amazing veiw. The rooms were cleaned daily and I can’t complain

The breakfast included was amazing and the location of the restaurant and location of the property in general was amazing. Being able to wake up on the beach front and eat a comfortable complementary breakfast was amazing. The staff were beyond satisfactory and I got to know them and abit about their jobs and themselves. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Amazing and memorable

The location is right in front of where the fast boat drops/picks you. Mushroom bay is a swimmable bay despite many boats moored on the shore. You need a bike to get around. A few options to dine nearby.

The grounds around the bungalows could have been kept a bit better, more sand in the sandy area around the pool. These were just little things to mention. Def not deal breakers. Didn't like having a room tab, like paying as I go

Location, ambiance, rooms - everything was just right. Rooms were fresh, had mosquito nets, safe and fridge. Beds definitely on the very firm side. We had room with outside ensuite which I enjoyed, during storm vanity benchtop got very slightly damp. You would be showering in the rain. Staff were attentive but not annoying. After checking in with you the staff tended to leave you alone until you approached. Food was good, standard options. Beach in front was clean during our stay. Pool was good size, area dutiable for smaller kids.

Perfect location Beachfront. Close to lots of options for shopping and restaurants Pick up and drop off by boats Great to watch the sunset. Really good breakfast options.

Our room was old and would benefit from an update It did look like there were renovations going on while we were there Staff were friendly but very relaxed. We were there for 5 nights. Our room was serviced daily but the sheets and towels were not changed. They were happy to provide extra towels when requested

Lovely place but could be cleaner

Lovely little place. Breakfast really nice and facilities lovely. Liked that you have the choice of two pools and one oversees the ocean.

Bathroom not very clean, stains on walls and on sideboards. Location also not great unless you rent a bike everything is a far walk away.

What a view!!

The location is simply perfect. If you want a 5 star hotel with all the luxuries then this isn't for you. If you want great service with a smile with a brilliant view of mushroom bay then this is for you. No doubt I will come back.

Great location on this beautiful beach. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I was lucky it wasn’t too busy but in the peak season it would be frustrating that day trippers use the pools and sun beds
