Fabulous resort and location for fun, rest and Nusa Lembongan adventures!

Wonderful resort with amazing friendly, helpful, happy staff with big smiles! Fantastic location right on the beach with incredible sunsets. Fabulous room with a big comfortable bed, good quality bedding, lovely big sliding doors to an outside patio, great air conditioning, good bathroom facilities and good room servicing. Delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner and drink options and excellent service. Good swimming pools and bar service.

The continuous rubbish washed up on the beach and floating in the water. The wonderful staff at O'hanas were there every morning cleaning it up outside of the resort. It is just so sad to see that is has become a way of life for Nusa Lembongan and mainland Bali in general.

An excellent place to chill out in a very comfortable way!

The staff were excellent, without exception. They were so friendly, engaged and attentive. The rooms were also excellent and the food was great! The location, right on the beach, was amazing with views to the mountains of Bali, and stunning sunsets. In short, it was a perfect place to unwind and enjoy! To top it off, my kids and I were upgraded to 2 large junior suites.

Nothing, except the choice of sunset music which was a bit too ‘house/dance’ for me. Being a grumpy old man I would have preferred something a bit more chilled…but that’s an easy fix and didn’t really affect my overall enjoyment.

Good vibes

Nice beachfront location. Upper floor (steep stairs) room was quite nice and relaxing. Drinking water was provided. Wifi was ok. Resort staff was attentive. The beachclub was nice with different types of seating all at your disposal as a guest at the resort. A la carte breakfast was fine. All staff that we interacted with were friendly and service-minded.

Since it was low season, we were almost the only guests. However, nearly every time during our four-day stay that we passed the beachclub, we were greeted as if we were new guests. Not a big deal, but slightly annoying.

Amazing staff and location.

I really liked the vibe at Ohana's, all of the staff members were so friendly, welcoming and professional. I think that is the biggest plus to this hotel. The location is perfect too. I really liked the hand cutted patatoes at the restaurant.

What I didn't really like was the smell and feeling of mold in my room. Even though Ohana's is doing their best to fight against the mold it is just a little unpleasant. Also I appreciate that they mark the foods which are vegan, but some were not vegan but were marked as such for example drinks that contained honey. It could also have a little more vegan options for foods.

Exceptional stay! Highly recommend the extra price.

We were excited to stay in this beach front location and it didn’t disappoint. Great room, accommodated our family of 3 comfortably. Views and location are second to none, food and drinks were outstanding. Asta and Steven made our stay even better knowing what we enjoyed and organised our snorkeling trip from right out front. All staff great.

The restaurant is separate for the hotel so you cannot charge back to room which is annoying to carrying around your credit card when in the pool etc.

Great location. Ohanas has a fun, lively, and vibrant atmosphere. The staff are well trained and happy.

Non-guests walking through the resort. Our group had trouble with some of the teenaged bangle hawkers. Very rude and aggressive. I'm sure it wasn't just us. They need to be watched.

Luxe beach club experience at small scale

The location is fantastic. The breakfast is really good. It is small and surprisingly quiet at night.

It is a little expensive but is one of the best places in Lembongan so you get what you pay for.

Great relaxing holiday on the beach in a convenient location.

The suite room on the pool was perfect for us as a couple with a teenage daughter that needed her own separate space. Beachfront location was excellent and the reception staff were excellent and went above and beyond to help us with anything and deserve to be credited for their friendly professional service with a smile going above and beyond to help. The pool bar staff and restaurant staff were fabulous too

Both pools were a bit dirty and guests had to walk to the front beach club to get a pool towel. I would have thought it should be provided at the guest pool for paying guests. Food and drink prices are pretty steep especially with 15% tax on top.

We absolutely our 5 nights here and would have loved to have stayed for longer,

The rooms were very spacious and beautiful, the location is excellent and the facilities are great, we had all our meals here and they were all delicious!

The only negative I would say is the children that would jump into the pool and use balls while we were trying to enjoy a drink at the swim up bar, not the ideal place to enjoy a drink with children jumping into the pool

Enjoyable but probably not worth the expense

The resort is great and really well located on the beach and easy walk to restaurants

That all the premium sunbeds are taken by people staying at lesser resorts and just come and set up for the day at Ohanas. Very frustrating. Next time we will just book somewhere much less expensive with decent rooms and just go to Ohanas to use the facilities. Basically you end up eating for free when you take into account the accommodation savings.

Great location

We did not enjoy our stay here. The staff seemed very absent and we had to continually get their attention and ask for things. The service around the pool area was terrible, they should get a QR code ordering system if they're not going to have enough staff to take orders. The beds were uncomfortable. And not having an exhaust fan in the bathroom is a regretful design choice. One of our aircon systems didn't work, for the price, this sort of thing should be getting checked. The pool had way too much chlorine, again for the price I feel they should have someone properly balancing the pool ph levels. We had to sign a form saying we would pay for any and all damage to the rooms which seemed to include general wear and tear. This was not a nice start to our stay.

Relaxing and great vibes . Beautiful and memorable family holiday . Magical place

location , the ambiance and decor . comfortable beds and space in the room for family. Good combination of party vibes and quiet spaces . Liked that the little dogs and cats were allowed to wander through and find shade. Would’ve liked if hotel was affiliated with ‘paws of lembongan rescue’ . I think they would get a lot of donations.

would’ve liked more vegan/ vegetarian options on the menu in hotel. Would’ve been great if the minibar was topped up after use so we didn’t have to go to shops for drinks and snacks each day .
