Not safe. Rats inside the room, wall is crushing

Pretty much nothing we liked about our stay. No good road leads to the place, RATS INSIDE THE ROOM, the piece of wall crashed in the rooms, it is dirty, the manager hasn't replied to any of our requests, the staff onsite was trying to call to the manager in front of us, and he didn't reply. There is still no reply from them. Please avoid this place as much as you can, i cant recommend it at all

Would not recommend this place at all!! wish we didn’t waste our money!!

The location was awful, on a back street that was awful and cracked. the staff were very rude and did not care when we left early. there was mould on the pillows, a DISGUSTING brown stain on the mosquito net on the bed, mould all throughout the bathroom and bedroom. the bathroom is not fully closed so bugs can come in and out as they please. the power and water was out for 4 hours whilst we were there with no explanation and it took 3 times asking to get it turned back on. the next morning when we woke up we felt sick from the mould. the kitchen/ restaurant also smelt.

That location. The shower has low pressure and warm water. It was a cabin, so there was mosquitoes the size of small birds everywhere, so you had to sleek with a mosquito net.

This place had a great homely feel, the staffs warm and welcoming presence was defiantly a highlight to the stay.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. It was right on the water so some amazing views.

Only thing I have to fault is that it was a bit far from everything but we hired bikes from the hotel and that made it much easier and cheaper to get places.

For the price and location it was probably as expected. Despite the cleanliness it was a pleasant stay.

Beautiful location, and we had Seaview rooms from which the view was gorgeous. The bed linen was clean.

The room overall wasn’t clean and the standards were low in all respects. There were brown marks on the netting above the bed, as though there was splatter of some kind and it was also torn. There were holes in the bath mat.

Neck pain

What I did like is that the place was very quiet and peaceful, which made it a good spot to rest for a night.

What I didn’t like about the place was mainly the service. The staff weren’t really friendly, when we asked for towels, they handed them to us quite reluctantly. We also asked if they could change the pillows because they were extremely high and uncomfortable, and they said they didn’t have any others available. The room was quite dark and poorly lit. The restaurant area looked almost abandoned, and the breakfast wasn’t good at all, honestly, the coffee was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Getting to the hotel was also complicated, since the roads leading there are in very bad condition. The beach nearby wasn’t really suitable for swimming either, as it was full of boats.

Dreamy and peaceful resort feel for a fraction of the price!

By far the best spot we stayed on our trip - we couldn't believe how beautiful this place is! The huts were private, comfortable and clean, and the staff outdid themselves with the service we received. The menu was simple but delicious, and I booked an in-house massage which was the best massage I have ever had. We loved the pool and all the little areas to read a book in or soak up the sun, and it's a short walk along the beach to a shop and close to amazing restaurants! It felt like a hidden paradise and being right on the beach (and near the surf breaks) was a real treat at such affordable prices. We ended up extending our stay here because we loved it so much. Fantastic value for money and I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

the PRICE INCREASE of 21% on everything- if they price was added to the menu or the board, people would be happy to pay, but to sneakily put it in with a sticker on the bottom of the meu isnt something I think to be a trustworthy place AND NO MINI FRIDGE IN THE ROOM WAS A KILL JOY. everyone should be able to store their bottled water in their rooms.

Beach House cosy, a genuine summer cottage feeling.

The silent maritime cosy, proximity to sea, short walkies to Tamarind Beach where we satyed our last visit to Nusa Lembongan...and further to Jungutbatu, even if we had a scooter all days. Central location without buzz and noise. Air condition.I loved the beach house style accomodation, really cosy and Id love to have stayed for some weeks more. we didnt eat other meals than breakfast, which was really good, sitiing aand watching over the bay and Bali Strait, opposite to Mt Agung. smiling, helpful staf and beautiful garden, good pool and nice plunge into the sea beneath, just meters away. Good value for money spent. We met nice people and had really good time at Paus Putih. Thank you!

Well, the road leading through forest to Paus Putih was in bad shape. Rooms could maybe have a refrigerator? >WARNING for sea currents which can be perilous since the close-to-shore reefs have been removed<

Wonderful stay

The pool was lovely with a great view. Nice views of the sea and bay surrounding. Location was excellent as only 10 mins walk to the busy Mushroom bay. Many local warungs(restaurants) even closer than a 10 mins walk.

Pillows in one of our rooms were lumpy. One of the showers was not very warm. Could have had a better range of food on offer.

The swimming pool was a good size and had a good view. Location was also good.

The facilities such as bathroom was not good. Toilet was not cleaned properly as there were stain marks and hot water was constantly turning off. Not too mention the wifi was soooo bad !!! In the breakfast area, tables had the same coffee stains over several days, something that made us feel uncomfortable in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. 21% service tax was comparably high...

Nice pool, very friendly staff and well maintained conjoining family rooms. If you are renting a scooter you will be fine otherwise location is slightly off and with no direct access to mushroom beach. So calling a transport will be needed to go anywhere. The staffs will be more than happy to help you with that. Small issue as transport is relatively inexpensive and you can get free pickup/ drop off from lgood grill and bar which a pretty cool place with a band.

Poor internet everywhere in resort. Unable to contact others. Staff constantly on their phone and did not know much about location and what was around the resort. Consequently the bar and restaurant were under used and not inviting. Poor internet was important due to resort being quite remote.

Beautiful location but need to be willing to walk or scooter.

Very pretty and quiet boutique resort with stunning views of traditional fishing boats, surf breaks and volcanoes on Bali mainland. We loved exploring the local area which we did on foot. 5 mins to Tamarind beach on back roads, 10 mins to Hidden Beach and mushroom beach, 15 to Lago and 30 mins to main town. Not only did you get to see a bit of Bali life but also beautiful birds and butterflies, stunning Clifton views and lots of bars cafes on way to try. We also spotted turtles right in front of the property.

The beach was only accessible at low tide. The quilt on double bed was tiny. Limited choice for food and didn’t often have basic things such as water and bananas.

I loved the tranquility of the property. The design and the room were spacious and comfortable.

I didn't like that the kitchen closed after breakfast and didn't re-open until 1pm. The hotel is very isolated and there are no other eating options close by so I had to wait until 1pm until I could order food.

We had the family room which was great for us, 2 adults and a 6 and 4 year old.

Overall loved our stay here. Cute little villa's, with a nice basic pool overlooking the ocean and beach. Nice basic breakfast in the morning.

The beds were a bit too firm for me, and I would have appreciated a thinner pillow, they were all quite large and high, not good for tummy sleepers! Our fly net had some holes in it which didn't bother us, we just put a towel or something over the gap. A little more attention to detail with this kind of thing to make a bit more comfortable would have made a perfect stay :) But for the price I'm not upset about it!

Bliss in paradise

We love Paus Putih and Nusa Lembogan, which is why we keep coming back and will return in the future. Love the beautiful and thoughtful deco, gracious staff, wonderful warrangs nearby and swims in the ocean at high tide.
