I will be back!

This was an unforgettable stay! Spent 4 nights at the Shacks and was sad to leave. Comfortable bed, incredible staff (really!), big breakfast, fast internet. Having the beach club just next door is another highlight with good drinks and food. Also, thank you for the bday surprise, team! I recommend and will be back!

Noise from the street can easily be heard depending of your unit. The pool deserves an upgrade.

One of the best places in Nusa Lembongan!

The location was perfect, we had been travelling as a family for 10 days around Bali (5 different regions) & this was are final destination for a chill end to our travels. We spent 5 days here, the vibe & the staff were amazing, nothing whatsoever was a bother, from organising transport, washing of cloths, & having coffee delivered to areShack every morning. The breakfast were great & the beds & linen were so comfy, the best we had slept in since arriving in Bali. We used the spa for treatment, again all very professional. I do need to put a shout out to The Sandy Bay attached to the hotel, the food was marvellous, we loved lounging around the pool & the sunsets incredible, again the staff were very attentive!

The only downside was the beach at The Sandy Bay were you really couldn’t go into the sea, very rocky and the where it is a cove, the current was very strong .

Paradise heaven

Amazing stay! Staff were so friendly and helpful, booked our day trips, taxis and tuktuk for us with no problems. Breakfast was delicious and good portions. Beds were super comfy. 10/10 will be coming back!!

Absolutely perfect stay overall, but had a small issue with mosquitos on the last night, maybe a citronella candle would help!

Beautiful bungalow near Sandy Bay

Beautiful architecture and interior design. The bungalow was spacious and very clean, super cosy bed with nice duvet and soft sheets. The staff was very friendly and competent. They served a very good breakfast with nice views. Only two minutes walk away you can enjoy the fantastic food and sunset at the restaurant Sandy Bay Beach Club.

Mice running around our room which wasn’t a major problem just a little unsettling. They were eating through black rope above bathroom door in the shacks.

Perfect place for family with teenagers to unplug, recharge and reconnect.

Perfect place to switch off and recharge. Accom was beautiful- clean and spacious. Highlight was incredible breakfast. Loved being able to stroll 1 min to beach club. Felt safe and secure. Small convenience store across the road.

Beautiful, tranquil place for a getaway

We loved our stay at The Shacks. The staff were so lovely and helpful and the grounds were well kept. We loved the daily breakfasts that were bought to our balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Lembongan perfection

Everything was perfect. Check in staff super friendly and helpful, they helped us get a transfer from the harbour and helped rent a scooter too. We stayed in the shacks which were so cute. Breakfast was insanely good and we had it in the cute veranda with sea views. The pool at the shacks was quiet and peaceful. It’s a 3 min walk down the road to the Sandy Bay beach club which is set on a gorgeous and quiet beach with no boats on it. The pool and food here was gorgeous. I had the best beef rendang of our entire trip! A must try!! Staff were attentive and helpful throughout as my partner had a nut allergy - they made her feel at ease. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

The place for slowing down and warm hospitality

The breakfast is delicious and will leave you full for a while. The staff are one of the best things about this place - the warmth and hospitality really shine through. It is a bit tucked away on Nusa Lembongan and a great stay if you’re looking for slow and quiet.

The latch to the outdoor bathroom was a little too high for a 4’11 human but there’s a handy stool in the room to facilitate this

Lovely shacks, the pool by the sea is great. Big breakfast included, lots of fresh fruit and pastries

Lovely place to stay.

The shacks were in a really good location and the staff and food were lovely.

There are quite a lot of mosquitos and lizards in the room itself. It would be nice to be provided with a mosquito net, we did bring our own however. The rooms are also very light as there are no curtains.

Pretty shack in a safe spot and lovely staff

The shack was a nice change from a hotel room with a sheltered private outdoor shower and toilet . The staff were very friendly and attentive .

Tranquil and beautiful

Beautiful accommodation in an amazing location!

Big spacious room, large clean outdoor bathroom with everything you need. Location was great, only a few mins walk to the Beach Club and beach. Very close to Devil’s Tears and other attractions. Staff were very friendly and super helpful with organising us scooter rentals and taxi hires when needed. Would recommend!

Luxurious getaway in beautiful Lembongan

We stayed in the one bedroom pool villa for 3 nights. It was beautifully decorated & wonderful to have our own pool. Great location close to the Devil’s Tears and a number of restaurants. Nice & quiet at night & a comfy bed.

Can’t recommend enough for anyone looking for a true boutique experience, amazing hotel, spa and restaurant.

Beautiful and well appointed room, with a very large and comfy bed. The staff was super nice and helpful, they helped us book a brilliant private snorkeling experience, gave us recommendations of boats and everything else. I also booked a massage with Ria, that turned out to be the best massage I ever had! The hotel also has two pools, one in the main area, and a second one in their restaurant by the pool (few steps down the road). Food there is also great!

Sandy Bay

A great location one minute from the beach club which is great for food, drinks and watching the waves. Lovely staff and a generous breakfast. The bed was comfortable.

The property is looking a bit tired and just needs some upgrades and a few new things repaired or replaced like towels. The price did not match as compared to other places we stayed.

This property is surrounded by wedding villas and a beach club, making it one of the loudest spots on the island. Our night was completely ruined by noise, and no one from the staff stepped in to help when it actually mattered. Even though the music from the venue next door stopped at 11 PM, the wedding guests kept partying and shouting well into the night. To make things worse, the rooms have absolutely no soundproofing. You can hear everything from the rooms around you — people talking, moving around, even vomiting. A few guests were sick during our stay and we could hear it all through the walls. It was honestly disturbing. The staff only acknowledged the issue the next day with an offer of free drinks — too little, too late. If you don’t act in the moment, the guest experience is already lost. I won’t be staying here again.

Chic ‘shacks’

Gorgeous well appointed shacks with beautiful breakfast each morning. Fabulous beach club just down the road.

The location is a little out of the way so be prepared for walking or hiring a scooter. My shack backed into the road which was annoying at night right scooter traffic.

Bit overpriced

The staff and service is exeptional. They treated us so nice, they are really 10/10. I give an 8 because of them. :) Breakfast was really great. Location is good, close to the beach. Bed was comfy.

There is no mosquito net, and there are a lot of insects. There was no hot water and after a while water pressure just disappeared. It has an open bathroom that was a bit uncomfortable during the night because of lack of hot water and insects. It was quite overpriced, the cabana was not exceptional at all, it is just like any other on the island.

Relaxing stay

The staff were lovely, very accomodating. I felt bad ordering room service one evening because after I orders, it began to rain heavily, the staff who delivered the food was soaking wet but still had a friendly smile. Room is cute, clean. Outdoor bathroom is good, you will literally be having a shower in the rain but it was fun. The only suggestion for improvement is minor, the key ring attached to the room key is big..something smaller would be more practical. The location is in the quiet side of the island but the beach club is 2 minutes walk away & it is really nice sitting there looking out at the ocean. You can’t swim at the beach because the waves are rough but the pool is right there.

Georgeous place that feels like a happy place

We had a pleasant stay and we loved that place. Staff is extremely friendly, breakfast was lovely and the rooms are clean. It is a 2 minutes walk to the beach, where you can watch beautiful sunsets .
