Nice spot on the beach.

Lovely spot on the beach and good location. Although, the pool was green and unable to swim , the two rooms upstairs have no aircon. Any longer than our 2 nights stay without aircon would have been too uncomfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Truly exceptional Villa in a most splendid location with the most amazing Villa Manager named Dewa.

Location and traditional style building are exceptional. The staff, especially Dewa, are most responsive and catered to all of our needs. Dewa organised golf buggy and motorbikes for ease of travel around the Island. Dewa organised in house massages for the family and a most fantastic private snorkelling trip for us. On our last day one of our children became unwell and Dewa stayed with us for most of the day, escorting us to the hospital and helping us navigate the medical system and language barrier. Dewa is the ultimate professional and a true gentleman. We are so very lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in such a wonderful Villa, location second to none, with the best staff on the Island. Many many thanks to the Kainalu Beach House Villa team. I have stayed at several locations in Lembongan and Kainalu is by far the best of them all, my family will most definitely return . Michelle

Beautiful and relaxing

The location and view was amazing. The house felt very spacious. The pool was very clean and well maintained. The house and rooms were very well cleaned everyday. The staff were all so kind and went above and beyond to make our time in Nusa Lembongan very special.

A couple of the nights it felt a little hot in the bedrooms without air conditioning.

Great location right on the beachfront near surf breaks and restaurants.

The upstairs open rooms get a lot of noise and some smoke in them, and are also open to mosquitos. Fine if you’re a surf group looking for somewhere casual to stay but probably not best option for a family

Surfer's beach house paradise

This is definitelly a BEACH house providing absolute comfort at good weather conditions. It's spacious, with 4 double bedrooms facing sea entrance and 1 with backyard entrance. Nice, comfortable and clean bedrooms but don't expect special pampering here.Although manager Putu is ready to meet any of your expectations. We had a great time with kids and friends here, very much enjoying open common areas of house, which are great. Picture perfect sunsets just on spot. Great view :) Nice spot to start surfing, many schools around and good surf point just about 1,000m in front of the house. Two paddle like boards available in house that have saved our kids from beach boredom ... In overall, we had a great time here, and given that price was reduced during our stay, we were very content with our stay.

This is surfer's place. Its picture perfect but not good for swimming. In front of the house there are very shallow waters maintained by local farmers. If you want to swim, you have to rent a boat...

Great location. Rustic feel. Great for family or group trip.

Location was perfect! Along with having beach access, it was close to many nice cafes and restaurants. Check-in was easy and the staff were very attentive. My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Kainalu Villa.

Only 2 of the 5 rooms have air-conditioning. The other rooms have fans, but it can be bit uncomfortable at night. I guess I missed this piece of information when I was completing the booking.

Needs a little work

It’s a spectacular location. Beautiful sunsets just on your doorstep and plenty of dining options close by.

The property is a little run down. The fifth bedroom seems like a converted laundry (dark and dingy) and we had a bit of a situation with an electrical fault. Our friend received an electric shock trying to move a portable fan. We were incredibly lucky it wasn’t one of the kids. I generally avoided the kitchen as it was a bit on the nose (fridge had been unplugged and it had half defrosted). We also had issues with water pressure - showers running out etc. All in all it wasn’t great value for money. I would consider this budget accommodation in a great location but that wasn’t really reflected in the price we paid.

One toilet didn’t flush, one shower virtually no pressure, WiFi weak, kitchen facilities poor, upstairs floor leaked flooding downstairs bed, not spotlessly clean. Fifth bedroom at back of house. Only 2 rooms have aircon and average

Die Lage ist ein Traum. Am schönsten Teil des Jungbutbatu gelegen und am Strand den schönsten Baum als Schattenspender für die Liegen! Der nette Housekeeper hat immer kühle Getränke bereit gestellt und super freundlichen täglichen roomservice erledigt. Fuad betreute uns herzlichst und gab hervorragende Tipps für Ausflüge. Organisation per WhatsApp innerhalb Minuten!

Es hat alles gepasst! Man muss es rustikal mögen!
