Un hotel genial para disfrutar de él, la piscina es un gusto y el masaje es obligatorio, tanto por el personal como por el lugar emblemático en el que te lo dan. El cuarto y baño perfectos, la cama muy cómoda. Nos gustó también el servicio de transfer gratuito al Yellow bridge para poder coger el fast boat. Hotel boutique perfecto para una escapada y descansar.

Entendimos lo que la gente decía en los comentarios de "no apto para cardíacos", la carretera está en obras y llegar es un poco show. Está un poco perdido del resto de la isla para ir a cenar o visitar otras partes.

Clean and good views. The staff is very polite and apologetic for even positive feedback. WhatsApp communication once checked-in means a record of the placed request(s) is available in case of clarifications. However, the flip side to that means constant monitoring the phone for messages, minor inconvenience imo.

The location is surely not the best. Very inaccessible and dependent on what’s provided by the establishment as per standard times tables. Alternatively a renting scooters do help, but can get challenging due broken roads and in darkness, prone to accidental falls. Due to its remote location, access to food options are very limited and the in-house restaurant has very limited menu options. Also, communication issues due language barriers are to be expected with some of the staff members still seemingly new. Some sharp edges on the wooden cot did cause some bruises on the legs. The laundry, though expensive is pretty average with some stains still remaining on delivery. And feedback towards the quality of the wash was casually dismissed and viewed by them as an excuse for a discount, which surely was not the case.

Really good food, amazing service and such beautiful location.

It is quiet. It is secluded. Mayan was lovely and provided good service.

The drive up the mountain to get to the hotel is horrendous. Two up on a motor scooter was just dangerous. Only a couple of the staff speak a little English, the other staff are polite however very difficult to communicate with. Whilst there are some nice dishes on the menu the menu for all meals is very limited.
