Pramana Nusa Ceningan

Het personeel was fantastisch (luri, wayan-dinda en alle anderen). De kamer was sfeervol, ruim en schoon. Klein verandaatje voor het huis met buitenstopcontact zodat je buiten kunt laptoppen. Je kunt het hotel (in ieder geval het dicht bijzijnde haventje) met de boot bereiken. Het hotel verzorgd de volledig gratis transfer van het haventje naar het hotel...maar ook de transfer naar een ander hotel in Nusa Lembongan. De pick up service was geweldig, we hoeven maar te bellen en we werden opgehaald.

De locatie - het is een beetje in de jungle met niet veel te beleven. Maar: dit werd ruimschoots gecompenseerd door de beschikbaarheid van de shuttle service van het hotel. Het water op de kamer werd in herbruikbare flessen geschonken. Daarvoor heb ik dus bedankt - je weet immers nooit wat je voorganger met die flessen heeft uitgespookt. Dat zal wel in het kader van duurzaamheid zijn geweest - maar duurzaam en vliegvakanties gaan sowieso niet samen. Ook de hotelslippers waren gewone slippers - en dus gebruikt door vorige gasten.

Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Auch das Essen war wirklich gut und immer frisch. Das Personal vom Houskeeping war auch sehr süß und freundlich

Very beautiful property, pool is gorgeous and scenic views. Staff are so friendly and accommodating :) room is very cosy and was cleaned everyday! It’s a handy location if you want to go nusa penida as the shuttle brings you to yellow bridge and you can get a fast boat to nusa penida from there! Food at the restaurant is pretty good. Breakfast is a bit expensive ( for Bali standards) but decent breakfast and handy. We got a shoulder and neck massage on the property which was very nice! Overall staff are so friendly and helpful ⭐️🫶🏼

Location is a bit far - however there are organised shuttles to drop you to yellow bridge and then you can take taxi to lembongan. Do note that shuttles are at set times so need to plan. Since you are kind of far from shops it would be nice if they offered more water bottles. Also a suggestion would be for better shuttle times - the shuttles were great and handy - however some of the afternoon and evening times are a bit awkward - it would be nice if you could try organise shuttles with other hotel guests for when suits everyone ( like if more than 4 guests need a shuttle at a certain time).
