Amazing location and host

The location was amazing, right on the beach, the room was big and modern, great breakfast included daily and Leslie the host could not be more friendly and accommodating. She provided so many suggestions for tours, restaurants, beaches etc. I will not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel at top location

Nice hotel at top location. Leslie and her team do a great job. They help with organizing everything. The room is big and clean. The breakfast is delicious, in particular, the fruit salad.

Once it was strongly raining and water leaked through the ceiling to our room. Moreover, the sink of the shower was a bit blocked, so that the bath was flooded from time to time. Okay, this can happen. We had to change the room, and I think they fixed the problem. In the second room, there was no problem with the shower.

Good and simple stay by the beach, but beware of water issues during the stay

Really good location right by the beach, with plenty of nice restaurants and beach clubs nearby which is helpful as Lembongan doesn’t have grab/any other transport options other than renting your scooter and pick up trucks.

There were issues with water on the second day as we came back from the dive with no water at all in the bathrooms to shower. This was inconvenient, but they did fix it in 1-2 hours. Later upon returning, the entire room flooded with water, and we were moved to another room for the night. The water issues could have been better handled perhaps moving forward.

Exceptionally clean, beautiful decor right at the beach doorstep. Staff were very friendly and responsive. Small hotel, lovely chatting to people from other countries. Breakfast was lovely. Staff organised scooters for us delivered to door. The elegance and French chic are a credit to the owners.

Relaxing, great location and beautiful staff

We loved staying at United Colours Nusa Lembongan. The staff are beautiful people and go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and relaxed. The breakfast was delicious. Great location and we enjoyed the pool area as it is really quiet and relaxing. The rooms are really big and beautifully decorated. We most certainly will come back and stay again.

This boutique accommodation delivers on location, cleanliness, comfortable bed. The aircon AND pedestal fan made the room very comfortable. The decor is gorgeous and embodies all that beautiful about Bali. The breakfast is yummy with a lot of options to suit most. Leslie and the team are very kind and helpful and made my stay simply wonderful ❤️🙏❤️

Truly memorable stay

Excellent location for both the beach that joined the property and the main road with all restaurants and bars. However the location was very quiet as well as convenient. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, bed large and immaculately clean. Breakfast was both good quality and variety. The staff and particularly Lesley (manageress) can only be described as simply exceptional in every aspect from tours, taxis, scooter hire, ferry transfers, beach and restaurant recommendations. Thank you and most highly recommend.

The location is excellent- literally on the beach & a short walk up a laneway to the main road full of shops/cafes/restaurants. Rooms cleaned daily. Small complex. Friendly staff. Leslie helped me source a yoga mat for the room & assisted me by contacting g the company & changing the date on my ferry ticket - we wanted to stay an extra night it was that good!

Great location, needs some improvement

Amazing location, couldn’t be any better. The rooms were very spacious & nice having free water refills every day. Air con is great.

Bed is extremely hard & not comfortable. The drainage in the bathroom was terrible, after a 10 min shower the whole bathroom floor would be soaked for the remainder of the day. Was quite noisy, you can hear people outside the room very easily in the night & morning.

My stay was perfect. The hotel’s location is truly strategic, right in front of the beach and close to one of the island’s main streets with restaurants, beach clubs, and shops. I traveled alone and felt perfectly comfortable and safe. A special thank you to Leslie, the hotel manager, who helped me organize excursions and was always attentive and available, and to Yves, the owner, who suggested some must-see spots.

Home away from home! Solid 10/10

Everything! Felt right at home. My parents in law have a stunning villa in Soller, Mallorca and the design is very similar with Bali influence. Made me feel right at home so much, I extended my stay by a day! Also - Leslie (the manager of the property) is amazing! She will take care of you 10000%. If I ever build a similar business in the near future, I’d totally try to poach her - though I’m sure the owners would never let her go! The place is like on the beach. Such a great location.

Memorable

We had a most loveable stay at United Colors of Lembongan. Never had a more heartfelt welcome with refreshing towel, drink and the manager who over the days gave us so many useful advice and provided transportation, scooters and everything. The location is like 5 meters from beautiful beach and several restaurants and beach clubs. The rooms are uniquely designed and were very clean. The overall vibe of the hotel (as well as lembongan itself) is "all you can chill". So relaxing. Breakfast was handmade and delicious everyday. I highly recommend the blue room for it has a wonderful view over the sea. Many thanks to all staff at United Colors. You made this memorable.

The place is super lovely. The best thing about it is that it is almost inside the beach that close! Like 20 meters 🥹❤️ It’s location is really good. Right next to it there are really nice beach restaurants with live music so you can have all you need in the 100 meters radius

The breakfast was okay.. The portion size and the taste needs a bit of an improvement. For a guy it is not very satisfying. My girlfriend was okay with it though

A Charming Small Hotel on the Beach, managed by the wonderful Lesley

United Colors is a very small hotel located on the beach & a short walk from the lively High Street that has lots of cafes, restaurants, shops etc. The room was not particularly large and lacked storage for clothes but it was styled in a chic way (appearance over practical). The manager Lesley is absolutely wonderful, efficient, organised, charming, helpful, a huge asset to United Colors of Lembongan. The breakfast menu was varied & the food always delicious and beautifully presented.

Lesley did warn us but due to repairs to the water system, the water was completely turned off for some hours. There really wasn't enough storage room for clothes etc & while I loved the style of the hotel, I didn't enjoy living out of a suitcase for a week.

Fabulous place to stay with friendly staff and great location.

The property was in a quiet spot but only steps away from the beach and restaurants and shops. The friendly staff were always helpful and answered requests promptly and with a smile. The grounds and room were always perfectly clean and maintained.

Our bed could do with the mattress being replaced, was too soft as the springs seem to have worn out.

I loved my stay 🌺❤️

I absolutely loved my stay here, I was travelling on my own, I felt safe, Leslie and the staff made me feel so welcome and looked after. I also meet some other lovely travellers and we had dinner together at a beautiful spot at Leslie’s recommendation, Leslie helped me organise a bike tour, she had great recommendations of places to go on the island, a wealth of knowledge. Omg this place is so gorgeous- I loved the colours - the rooms were airy and light and clean, beautiful glasses and cups - a lot of thought has gone into the small details. I had a differ ent breakfast every morning and the portion size was just right. I love that they do not provide plastic water bottles, glass bottles are provided that you can refill for a small cost, but they are also refilled everyday for free. Only a few feet to the beach, convenient and easy location close to everything.

I loved United colors. As a travel agent, I’m always on the hunt for a place that has a balance of location, cleanliness, homely atmosphere, and this place ticked all the boxes. Lovely service, adequate breakfast, excellent location. The pink villa was very spacious, and with all the basics one needs for a short stay.

A really lovely stay!

A lovely little place with a relaxed atmosphere. There a just a few rooms so it feels very homely. Communication was good before my stay. Upon arrival, Theresia greeted me warmly and was very helpful. She provided very good restaurant recommendations and things to in the area. Welcome drink was delicious! I had seen some negative reviews before arriving about bad smells, not enough plug sockets & no drinking water given. But there was no smell in my room (Orange), an extension lead is provided & two large bottles of drinking water were replenished every day. Location is excellent. Very quiet but only steps to the beach. Centrally located & not far from anything. I stayed 4 nights & walked everywhere. The area felt very safe which is really important as a solo female traveller. The place is very clean and housekeeping did a great job every day. It was nice to have a fridge in the room. A/C & WiFi worked well. Small touches like the flowers everywhere & umbrellas provided are lovely. Pool area is nice and clean and was lovely to have the option of a dip in the little pool if you don’t fancy getting sandy on the beach! Only four sun loungers but it was never busy. Ulian Spa next door was excellent. Super standard of treatment for a really reasonable price!

When booking, it said that my Double Room would have a balcony and sea view. But as it was on the ground floor, it had neither. The room was still nice but I think it should be made clear that a balcony and sea view are not guaranteed when you book a Double Room.

Place is a little tired especially the bathroom area - it needs a freshen up. Mold on the curtains in the bedroom also. Shower was cold sometimes lukewarm.

Fabulous Exceeded Expectations

I loved this boutique accommodation right in the middle of Jungutbatu Beach area, 2 minutes from the main street and right on the beach. Gorgeously decorated rooms, each room is in a different colour theme. They are clean and tidy and have all the mod cons you need. Breakfast is included and was very nice with plenty of variety. There are pool towels, sun lounges and umbrellas around the pool. I have already booked again for December. So happy I stayed here, the staff are wonderful they really made my stay so good. I could not have asked for anything more. Highly recommend. A++

THESE ARE NOT THINGS I DIDN'T LIKE, just things to note: - There is not a full restaurant, only breakfast is served, but there are warungs and restaurants left, right and centre, you will not be disappointed in the choices and they are all so close. - There is no TV, but you don't spend much time in your room as it is so beautiful exploring the island.

Perfect location right on the beach. A lovely setting for breakfast, and a super relaxing, comfortable pool area. Rooms were clean, and well-maintained - spacious and careful. Staff pay a lot of attention to details - putting out flowers every day. Provide towels for the pool and sarongs for the beach.

Felt a little overpriced for what you get, though you are paying for a prime location. Don't provide much assistance to get you to the accommodation from your boat landing which quite a few places do, and the taxis you can catch are expensive for the short distance, and can't take you down the road/alley to United Colors. Not entirely the accommodation's fault, but worth considering for when you arrive.
