Central but quiet location 200 metres from beach and close to restaurants, shops, bars.Absolutely wonderful staff led by Yuni, they genuinely could not do enough for you, and I’m sure if I’d asked to fly to the moon the following day Yuni would have sorted it out for me. Nice pool area and everything very clean.

One of the best boutique hotel experiences i‘ve had!

To sum up my stay here: paradise! I can honestly recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in Lembongan. The location is amazing, only 1 min away from my dive center and 2 min away from the beach. All the restaurants and shops are close by as well. Everyone was so nice at the hotel, they all remembered my name and were always so helpful when I needed anything. Yuni and Inaa were amazing, and since this is a boutique hotel, you really get the best service. Inaa even gave me a motorbike tour around the island!

Falls short of boutique

Great location between the shops and the beach. Staff were nice. The bed was comfortable and clean.

The bathroom smelt very damp. 1 of the 3 sliding doors to the balcony didn't lock. The wardrobe drawer was broken. Some of the fresh towels were dirty.

The staff was amazing and very kind, the pool was perfect to spend the day, the location was great, and the rooms were comfortable.

The shower wasn’t very comfortable, the water pressure was low, there wasn’t much space to place things, and it didn’t feel very clean.

Absolutely amazing!! I would choose to stay here 100000 more times!!! I can’t wait to go back

I wasn’t too sure about this hotel as it was the cheapest place we stayed at while in Bali but everything was amazing! Room cleaned whenever we requested. Beers and filtered water provided at the hotel so no need to go to mini marts. Location was great! Super close to everywhere you’d want to go! And the best part was the staff! Uni the hotel manager and the other staff took amazing care of me and my partner on our stay. Uni was like our Balinese mum taking great care of us! She Spoke amazing English and had great advice and recommendations for activities and restaurants, cafes around the island! I would absolutely recommend staying here and will be choosing to stay here ever-time I go to Lembongan. I can’t wait to go back! Thank you staff for an amazing experience at su casa xx

Great relaxing stay

Very cute boutique apartment, rooms are cosy with big, comfortable beds, bathroom was small, but clean. Lying by the pool was very relaxing and pool was clean and well looked after. I highly recommend this place, Yuni and the staff were amazing and always around to help.

Perfect location, beautiful room and pool and amazing staff.

The hotel is new, clean and a lovely pool. Location is perfect - walk is two minutes to the beach and next to some lovely cafes and restaurants. Yuni and team were absolutely amazing - so helpful, available at all times and sorted scooters for hire for us. We loved our stay!

Great place to stay

Lots to mention. Unlimited cold water refills, nice and quiet location, room is modern with great A/C and toiletries. Free towels to use at the beach. Staff are very friendly and helped with all our requests for booking boats, renting motorbikes and laundry for a great price. But the star of the show is Ina. She remembers everyone's name and is always on hand to greet you with a big smile. She goes above and beyond!! Thank you Ina for making our stay so wonderful!

Room wasn't cleaned during our stay and the pool seemed like it could do with a clean. WiFi was also a bit weak.

We had the most amazing time at Su Casa Boutique. The staff were amazing and the location excellent!

They organised us scooters and taxi's and were so accommodating. We were 10 family members and could come together around the pool and access to places to eat and the beach were quick and easy. We can't recommend this place enough. Thank you for having us Yuni and staff.

Good location, close to the beach, helpful staff if needed.

Small rooms. Communication could be improved- had to ask for towels and room cleaning a couple times, no information when we checked in, no one there when we checked out. A smell from bathroom that wasn’t the best.

The service was above and beyond. They made sure we had a great experience. Great location and super clean, that is what I always look for in a hotel. Yuni, Anna, Ani, Gede and Sam, super well done guys.

Lovely weekend trip to Nusa Lembongan

The property is beautiful, even more beautiful than the pictures. The daybeds by the pool were very nice. So were the beds in the bedroom. I loved sitting on the balcony after a beach day to unwind some more. The staff is amazing. They are the kindest, most helpful. They are always there for a nice quick chat, they care a lot about if you are having a good time and your stay is up to par.

We had some trouble with the shower water working. But the staff was very helpful and came and fixed it right away. The room also smelled a bit weird when you turned on the bathroom light and the airfilter turned on. But that would go away when you turned it off. We talked to the staff and these are just some things they are fixing and figuring out, as the place is quite new.

Забронировали данный отель ориентируясь на отзывы и нисколько не пожалели! Расположение: отличное, близко к порту, близко к морю (2 мин), близко к центральной улице с кафе. Номер: все как на фото, мы жили и на 1 этаже и на 2 этаже, на 2 эт нам пришлось больше по душе, в номере есть все необходимое: сейф, тв, кондиционер, холодильник, уютный компактный номер, есть балкон. Брали также в пользование утюг. Чисто и уютно. Персонал: Юни благодарим тебя за гостеприимство, за твою заботу, ты и твоя команда делает все возможное, чтобы пребывание каждого гостя было комфортным и это очень ценно. Услуги: брали байк от отеля ( мы были в разных районах Бали) только здесь позаботились о полном байке и выдали чистые шлемы. Так же Юни помогла с бронированием обратных билетов на лодку. Уборка: ежедневная, вода внизу была всегда в неограниченном количестве, полотенца регулярно менялись как пляжные, так и банные. Рекомендую на 100%! Жили на Лембонгане в других отелях, есть с чем сравнить. И в целом за длительное путешествие по Бали это место вспоминаем с особым теплом! Обязательно вернемся!

A quelques pas de la plage, restos et coucher de soleil. 50 m de la rue principale; stationnement de taxi , patisserie française, resto vege, cour yoga,boutique vêtements ,de fruits et magasin genera,location de moto,achat de tours …Nusa Penida etc.

Wunderschön! War alles vorhanden was man braucht, sehr schön eingerichtet. Gratis Wasserautomat gab es auch. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und begrüsste und immer und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

Manchmal roch es im Bad oder beim Pool ein bisschen speziell aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts und es total aushaltbar.

O lugar perfeito para uma estadia em Lembongan, recomendo muito!

É um alojamento muito central e, só por isso, foi logo a escolha certa. O lugar é muito tranquilo, limpo e confortável. O espaço exterior é bonito e ótimo para relaxar e aproveitar o bom tempo da ilha. O quarto é cómodo e tem acesso direto à piscina, sendo muito agradável para se estar. Tive uma estadia impecável aqui, sempre suportada pelos funcionários, cuja simpatia e acolhimento são sem dúvida um dos pontos positivos a salientar. Ainda sugeriram uma tour à ilha Nusa Penida que foi a melhor recomendação de sempre porque valeu muito a pena. Fiquei feliz com a escolha que fiz, voltaria certamente e recomendo sem hesitar.

Incroyable le meilleur de Lemboghan

Tout était parfait, on avait prévu de séjourner que quelques jours au final on c’est tellement bien senti (comme à la maison) que nous avons fait une semaine. L’hôtel est très propre, avec un bel espace piscine les chambres sont lumineuses et confortable. Sans parler du personnel incroyablement gentils, chaleureux, accueillant. Merci à l’ensemble de l’équipe et Yuni pour avoir fait de notre séjour une merveille.

Nettes kleines Hotel in zentraler Lage

Schönes kleines Hotel in Fähr-, Restaurant- und Strandnähe. Zimmer unten zum Pool haben leider keinen ‚privaten‘ Bereich - oben ist ein Balkon. Die Betten sind hervorragend und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Direkt nebenan kann man sehr gut frühstücken und zur Tauchschule waren es dann auch nur 5 Minuten Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unten gibt es keine eigene Terasse und man hat dann die anderen Gäste direkt ‚vor‘ der Tür liegen.

Ótima localização e custo benefício!

A localização é ótima, ao lado da praia e também próximo ao local de partida do barco para Sanur. Tudo no quarto parece ser novo, as camas são confortáveis e a limpeza estava sempre adequada. Yuni é maravilhosa, nos recebeu super bem, indicou restaurantes e lugares onde ir, ajudou a reservar o barco de volta e ainda indicou o motorista para nos buscar em Sanur.

Os banheiros precisavam de um box ou algo que impedisse a água do chuveiro molhar o restante. Pedimos um tapete para o banheiro a fim de evitar molhar o resto do quarto, mas não foi suficiente para mantê-lo seco e limpo.

Die Unterkunft überzeugt durch ihre sehr gute Lage. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das überaus nette und freundliche Personal. Zudem lädt der schöne Pool zum Entspannen ein und rundet das positive Gesamtbild ab.

Einziger Kritikpunkt war das WLAN. Gegen Abend wurde die Verbindung wiederholt sehr langsam, was die Nutzung erschwert hat.

Heerlijk nieuw hotel op een perfecte locatie

Heerlijk hotel op een perfecte locatie voor ons, 3 min lopen van Jungutbatu beach en 1 min van de hoofdstraat met eettentjes (schuin tegenover Kawans Inn & Cafe voor ontbijt of andere maaltijd en 15 min lopen van beachclub Ohana's). Kamer was nieuw, schoon en comfortabel. Een goed bed, een airco die goed in te stellen was en een lekkere douche. Complimenten voor de medewerkers Juny, Ani, Ina, Sem en Dede. Heel vriendelijk, zo relax (extra handdoeken, handdoeken voor zwembad, strand of mee te nemen naar Ohana's, geen probleem) en scooters te huren bij het hotel. Ook pro-actief. Mijn man hing zijn handdoek over de deur, omdat het haakje al bezet was. Meteen dezelfde dag na de schoonmaak hingen er meer haakjes. Wij hebben genoten! Een absolute aanrader!

Er kwam een zurige lucht uit de afvoer (vandaar het cijfer 9 i.p.v. 10). Maar ze gaven zelf al aan dat ze bezig waren met een filter om deze geur tegen te gaan.

Supertof kleinschalig boutique hotel

Mooi nieuwkleinschalig boutique hotel. Waren een van de eerste gasten. Mooie en schone kamer. Heerlijk zwembad. Personeel doet er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken. Gelegen net achter de drukke hoofdstraat, waar je totaal geen last van hebt overigens, en op 2 minuten van het strand. In de omgeving heel veel leuke restaurants.Hotel is echt een aanrader.

Super verblijf gehad in nieuw, schoon hotel!

Nieuw, schoon hotel met enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De locatie was top, aan de leukste straat van Lembongan waar alle eettentjes en winkeltjes zitten. Hier merk je in het hotel zelf niks van, het is er rustig!
