Was a great location and nice and quiet. We had moved from one beachfront hut to here as it got noisy at 8am and this place was lovely and quiet. Shower has hot water (not for too long) but ample! Bed super comfy! Wifi strong! And its all super clean!!

A TV would be great! But the wifi was good so was able to watch Netflix (on my sick day) Otherwise cannot fault this place!!

The affordable rate, simplicity of the accommodation and the location which was quite central and near to Jungutbatu beach. 3 mins walk to our dive center

This hotel is in a very convenient central location with a lovely pool and the sea nearby.

Good value accommodation in central position, some more minor issues but worth considering .

The AC was great, and black out curtains were very effective too. Shower was large and WiFi good . Bed super comfy. Breakfast suited me . Hosts arranged a Nsu Penida day out for me which was brilliant . Nice balcony area to sit in . Swimming pool area looked very nice and clean. Easy to locate on google maps.

The bathroom was not cleaned within my 5 night stay or towels changed ( they were good quality towels though ) Toiletries advertised but not in room, no central light working in bedroom.. just one lamp. Walls all dirty marks however for the money this place is very adequate.

Great Stay at Nusa Bagus!

The property was in a great location. They had scooter available to rent everyday which was great for getting around the island. There was also a shop at the front of the homes stay where we could get water/snacks etc. was very reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They arranged pickup and boat to Nusa Penida for us for only $10. The pool area was nice. Also the property was very clean.

Relaxing stay

Staff very friendly, on a busy main road so a bit noisy at times. Pool small but was ideal for our family to relax in. We hired motorbikes from Made and he also organized snorkeling for our group

Very friendly and helpful family business. The room is spacious, has a fridge and coffee. Breakfast was also good and there are different options. Pool was clean and big enough. Close to good, local restaurants in the street and close to the beach for nice sunsets (if not to clouded 😋). Definitely recommended!

The family was very nice. They help you with everything: renting a scooter, booking a ferry, booking tours... They even drove us to the ferry terminal by scooter. The bathroom was nice with a seperate shower. Place was very clean, they come to clean the rooms every day. Good location close to the beach and restaurants.

Enjoyed my Stay

The Location was excellent, The WiFi was very good. Simple Breakfast with choices & was delicious. The family is very nice and helpful. AC was cold. Nice Porch with Chairs and side table Clean Room and Sheets . good Towels. Shower had a divide so other part didn't get wet. Had a Kettle, tea Coffee and cups. They have a convenience store too with what you may need for your stay. Pool was clean and a nice addition

The room was cleaned very well each day. It was lovely to have a fridge, balcony and a separate toilet to shower as for our budget we haven’t seen that much. The location was also very good. A short walk from a lot of bars and restaurants. It was also nice to rent a motorbike from our accommodation.

Excellent value, helpful staff

Staff/owners were very helpful. They organised our boat back to Bali and a scooter for good prices and even rode us to the boat terminal which was super kind. There's a convenience store attached to the reception so you can get supplies easily.

We had a very comfortable stay at Nusa Bagus Homestay. The place is kept spotlessly clean and rooms were refreshed each day. The shower was hot and had good pressure. A nice breakfast was served each morning. The host family were always warm and friendly and they helped us to arrange a day trip to Nusa Penida. The property is located close to the beach and the port and there were lots of lovely restaurants close by.

The bed was a little hard but we still had comfortable nights sleep!

Nice and sweet homestay with a friendly and helpful host. Very good price for a clean room with towels, water, soap and own fridge. 4 Choices of breakfast, although the pancake could be a little bigger :D Located at the main street, easy to go everywhere but still calm. Definitely recommended for travellers on a small budget! I would come again :)

Wayan and his wife were so friendly and helpful! Rented a scooter with them and extended my stay there. All so easy and have a little shop in the front with a small fee for water refill. Plus tea and coffee in the rooms.

Great budget stay with kind and helpful staff

Great budget stay, for those looking for a base to explore the island rather than anything fancy. The property was smaller than the pictures but it was clean and staff were super helpful and kind. They booked us on great tours including snorkelling (which we’d highly recommend) and a day trip to Nusa Penida. They also went out of their way to take me to the pharmacy when we needed and also made us breakfast early and dropped us off at the harbour when we were leaving on an early boat.

The walls are very thin and we’re close the the main drag, so you may struggle a little if you’re a light sleeper.
