This is a family owned business and all the staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is really good, walkable to all the shops and restaurants. Room is clean and nice pool. They also have a convenient store right below the unit and it’s super convenient and good price. The only downside is the WiFi didn’t really work and the bed can be nicer, otherwise everything else is great, will recommend it!

We had a very nice stay at the Chill house. Our daughter enjoyed the pool, we the quiet atmosphere and the cleanliness of the place. The host family was always there to help with tips and other things and we rented a motorbike for a very good price. Really recommended!

Chillhouse is at a very good location in Lembongan and the rooms are very nice! What stood out was the service and Gede is an extremely professional and good host. Would recommend to everyone!

Well the previous reviews were right, Gede (the owner) and his family provided amazing service. From check in, booking island tour, hiring a scooter, arranging a fast boat for us to get back to Bali was all so easy, great prices. (Was cheaper getting the fast boat back then there) Whilst the pool was small, it was prefect only a small hotel so never full with people when the place only had 1 room left. Would recommend.

Wow, we received such a warm welcome throughout our stay. They are super friendly and nice people running this place. Clean rooms with everything as described: warm water shower, kettle, coffee packets, fridge,bottled water, and nice balcony . The pool.looked inviting. Great convience store in front that is also run by same people; super good prices,! Definitely recommend hotel.

Nice little spot. Small and simple outside but very spacious inside. Well stocked shop with reasonable prices out the front was a nice bonus. Walking distance to the beach and many good restos. Everyone in the family was very nice.

Nice room and good location, but we couldn't use the bathroom because of a strong sulfure smell. Unfortunately, there also was some miscommunication with the manager.

Such a great stay, I will gladly stay here next time in Lembongan. The owners are so kind and friendly. We rented our scooters directly from the guesthouse and they made everything so incredibly easy. Our ferry terminal was only a 4 minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient. For everything else, the location was great. Bars and restaurants were simply steps outside your door and there were some wonderful options for whatever your taste and budget required. Rooms were very clean, the AC worked great, everything felt safe and comfy, the wifi worked well. Hot water included with daily cleaning. There's a market in the front that's attached to the guesthouse, so getting water, Bintang, or some late night Oreos was a breeze. Only positives here, thank you, Chillhouse!

We loved our stay at Chillhouse so much!! Gede and his family are so friendly and helpful! Whatever we needed they helped us with, including taxis, snorkelling trips, and our boat ride back to Bali. They really are the perfect hosts! Location is perfect close to restaurants and shops, and a 5 minute walk from the beach. The shop attached to Chillhouse also have everything you might need, and there’s always someone around to help. We were only supposed to stay for 2 nights but extended to 4 nights (no problem) because we didn’t want to leave. Would recommend to everyone and 100% would love to come back!

The staff at Chillhouse are very friendly and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble - and they were very thoughtful in every thing they did. This is my second stay, and was just as good as my first. They made me feel very welcome. The location is an easy walk to the beach and to quite a number of very good restaurants and bars.

We loved our stayed for two nights at the Chillhouse and it couldn't be better. Gede and his family were friendly and easily approachable. Even though we only saw them a couple of times when we needed them for example buying things from their shop or renting a scooter for the day Gede remembered our names which was a really nice touch! Our room was perfect for what we needed. Very comfortable and spotless! The pool was the perfect size for how many guests they have staying there and it was only us in there the majority of the time whenever we needed to use it to cool off. Thank you for having us we will definitely be visiting again :)

Situated close to the ferries and to a number of varied restaurants. Good, clean swimming pool. Discrete yet very friendly staff that were more than happy to assist in any way The best hotel I have stayed in on several trips to Bali. I will definitely be coming back, again and again.

Myself and my partner stayed here for 5 days and loved it. The room was very spacious and clean. The pool was exceptionally clean and well kept too. They have a shop attached which is incredibly helpful. The hotel itself is located in a great area of the island with amazing restaurants and cafes on the same road. It is also only a short walk from the beach. What stood out to us most of all was the incredible family running it. They were all warm, welcoming and were always willing to help us with anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here!!

This place was amazing! Best value for your money. Very clean and comfortable. Hot shower. AC. The family that owns and run the place are the sweetest most helpful people you'll ever meet. In the front they have a convenient store with everything you need...they will even do your laundry for around $1.5 us. They rent scooters and arrange tours too. One stop shop for everything you'll need on the island! Across the street at tigerlilly's you'll find the best coffee on the island. There's plenty of restaurants walking distance. The beach is a short walk as well. We wouldn't stay anywhere else on lembongan!

Gede and his family are really nice and took good care of us during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, they even arranged a tour for us and we hired a scooter from them. They have a one stop shop on site as well. I would definitely recommend Chill House.

Came back and stayed here again because I liked it so much. On checkout day, I forgot my swimsuit and Gede kindly went to the port the next morning and sent it over on the boat. This is the kind of excellent host you will have if you stay at Chillhouse. <3

Chillhouse Lembongan was excellent and I would definitely stay there again. The owners are excellent hosts. The room was clean and comfortable and extremely cheap. Location was also very convenient. The hosts also run a small mart on the ground floor so you can easily pick up any supplies you might need.

I would highly recommend this family run hotel. They were extremely welcoming, kind & friendly. They were always more than happy to help with anything. They offered tourist information, scooter hire and tour bookings. They also leave a book in the room which is packed with useful information of things to do on the island which is a really nice touch. Room - the room we stayed in was clean, spacious and we had complimentary water on arrival. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard. Bathroom has soap & shampoo dispenser. Pool - pool area was small but always clean, it is a small hotel so doesn’t really need a big area anyways. Location - good location, small island so everywhere is easy to get to either by walking, scooter or taxi. Price - good price for a nice clean room in a good location. Other - onsite shop which sells everything at reasonable prices, Nusa Lembongan is slightly more expensive than Bali anyway but thought the prices were fair. Big thank you to Gede & his family. We hope to see you all again soon.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Super clean and friend staff. For the price, I would say that this is the best place to stay in Lembongan. There is a market onsite, laundry across the street,and numerous dining choices all around. Will definitely stay here if we make it back to Lembongan.
