Perfect..!!!!!

The property is in a good location and you could walk to just about anywhere…the pool was nice a deep and big enough for all of us,5 in total…the rooms were cleaned every…the air conditioning was nice and cold…nice big beds…hot water in the showers…Made,the owner was super friendly and helpful and made us feel at home…he takes pride in his accommodation and it shows…the rooms had mini fridges and kettles with cups ,coffee,tea and sugar… The property was just off the main little street and was in a quiet area… I would recommend the property without any hesitation and will stay there again on our next holiday to Nusa Lembongan…ps:we stayed there for 10 days…. There is also a video on YouTube about the property that a YouTuber made,go check it out,you won’t be disappointed…

Fabulous place to stay, highly recommend to a small group and a solo traveler.

Clean, Convenient, and Full of Quirks

🧼 Cleanliness & Maintenance • Reasonably clean throughout, including the pool and room. • Room was cleaned after the first day and the bed was made up — a thoughtful touch. 🚿 Amenities & Comfort • Shower pressure was good. • Air conditioning worked well. • One bottle of water was provided on the first day. 📍 Location & Connectivity • Great location — just off the main road and close to shops and the beach. • Very good WiFi, reliable and fast. 💰 Value & Service • Reasonably priced, offering good value for money. • Friendly and welcoming owner.

🚿 Amenities & Comfort • Only shower gel and shampoo provided — no hand soap at the basin. • Only one bath towel given; no hand towel, flannel, or beach towel. • Makeshift wooden safe in the wardrobe felt insecure. 🏚️ Room Condition & Structural Issues • Room and bathroom were old and outdated — in need of a refresh. • Gap in the ceiling and hole in the bathroom vent allowed mosquitoes to enter. • Heard what sounded like a rodent or marsupial in the roof at night. • Smoke from neighboring guests entered the room through gaps in the front doors and ceiling. 📍 Location & Connectivity • Construction next door caused daytime noise. 💰 Value & Service • Payment required in cash — no card option available.

Clean, Simple, Relaxing, and Cheap

Outstanding value for the price. The accomodation is near all of the eateries/shops/bars, as well as the beach. You can walk everywhere easily. The room was simple, but well kept. This was arguably the cleanest accomodation I have stayed at(this was my 3rd trip to Bali and 2nd time in Nusa Lembongan) in Bali...even more so than fancier, more expensive villas. I enjoyed the pool(which is cleaned and maintained continuously). I was often the only person in it, so it felt private. With only 5 rooms at D'Tegal it felt very relaxed. This place is perfect if you do not want to be surrounded by people. It was nice to have a simple no frills accomodation that offered a clean ,chill environment. The owner is a very kind man who was very willing to provide assistance. He was very easy to communicate with. If you don't book this place you are missing out on a bargain.

The Best Room in Lembongan

The location was great, the staff were accommodating, friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, the shower was great. In the morning it was so peaceful before 8 sitting outside listening to the birds. Short walk to the main strip, lots of restaurants, bars and massage places. The beach is a 5 minute walk, and the beach was awesome. We walked down every arvo for a bingtang to watch the sunset.

D’Tegal House is a property I look forward to returning to In the future.

D’Tegal House was perfect for my 5 night stay in Nusa Lembongan. It was walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. The room and pool were spotless and the owner was very accomodating when I asked to move to a ground floor room. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe and secure.

disappointing

Location

The room was fairly small, basic amenities only. Water kettle is full of calcium deposits at the bottom, which made me doubted that if the cleaning work is being done properly. In addition, we have informed the owner to request additional one hour to check out during booking, and owner was agreed. However, on the actual day he was very reluctant and advise to check out in the early morning if we couldn't return to the room for check-out before 12pm. The owner's action was misaligned with what he was agreed, I will rather go for other places which provides more flexibility and better room condition. I do not understand how this room can get such high rating.

Great budget choice for Nusa Lembongan

This is a great budget stay on Nusa Lembongan. Location is fantastic, right in the heart of Jungut Batu village but set off the main road so it is quiet at night. Rooms were lovely and clean with terraces and the pool was very nice, great to have a refreshing dip at the end of a hot day. It was a great stay for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers). Thank you!

Only a suggestion as we didn't mind that much - the lighting is a little dim in the rooms at night, needs brighter light for reading

The location is perfect. Very close to all the restaurants and dive centres. I walked to and fro to all the places and it was. very convenient. They clean the rooms everyday and it is perfect. A great stay

We loved staying here and would have stayed longer if we could. The owner was so friendly and organised a snorkelling trip for us and made things so easy, he made a call and we were collected the following day! Room was clean, pool was clean, the air con was the best we had during our 3 weeks in Bali/Nusa Islands - so powerful! We would definetly recommend and stay again. Close to the port about 5 minute walk, close to beaches and restaurants, all within walking distance

perfect place to stay

the property is situated right on the main road of where all the shops and restaurants are. It is only about a 5 min walk from the port. Room is spotless and spacious with hot water. Fridge in the room makes all the difference. AC lovely and cold. High ceilings in the room. Pool and sun loungers are clean. This place is too good value that we actually came back for a second stay! you can’t beat it for the price

The room is basic but includes everything that we needed. Small pool right outside our door that is great when you need a quick cool down. Good location and very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their coffee shop down the road serves the best cappuccino that we had on our whole trip, topped off with some beautiful coffee art.

The room was clean and modern and staff were friendly and helpful and even helped get our lost property back to us after we had left the island. It’s perfectly located to walk to the dive shops and bars and restaurants.

Very good

Clean, simple, as advertised and for the price you really can't expect more. Stayed at a lot of places on the island that were significantly higher priced and I'd pick this over them. Nice to find no mould in the bathrooms, clean shower tiles, a shattaf (toilet hose) and powerful AC.

The shower head isn't really a shower so it's a stream but the pressure is good and has hot and cold.
