If you’re not very mobile, like myself, the stairs up to the first floor are very steep.. young and fit it is OK. Mattress in the bedrooms for a little bit hard would be better with a mattress topper

Nice relaxing spot

Simple clean rooms, love the beanbags on the beach, it’s beautiful and great location on the island with plenty to do just a few steps away. They can organise tours, taxis, scooters if you need which is great but you need to ask them as they don’t communicate this much.

Small things: Bed was really hard, there was also some really loud noises in the middle of the night (sounded like construction) that just lasted less than a minute almost every night we were there but we fall back asleep easily so it didn’t bother us. I would say they could be a bit more accommodating and communicate to let you know what they have available in terms of organising scooters, taxi pick up etc and the restaurant service could improve by just checking in a bit more as we had to keep calling them over for things but overall I would stay here again.

Great stay right on beach front

We really enjoyed our short stay at Beach Huts Lembongan. The rooms have been freshly renovated in a lovely beachy style — clean, bright, and comfortable. We stayed in Room 4 downstairs, which had a great little verandah to relax on and enjoy the sea breeze. The air-conditioning worked well, and the room included a fridge, safe, and tea and coffee-making facilities. The mattress was on the firm side but still comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. The property is right on the beachfront, so you can step out and be on the sand in seconds — a definite highlight. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There’s no TV in the rooms, which wasn’t a problem for us, but worth knowing. Also, rooms aren’t serviced daily, so we had to ask for fresh towels — again, not a big deal, just something to be aware of. Overall, a great little spot for a relaxing island getaway — clean, comfortable, and perfectly located by the beach.

Loved it here. Stepped straight out of my room onto the beach. Beautiful sunset directly in front of me. Wayan (the host) was so helpful. Bed was comfy too

Amazing staff and location

Late notice booking when our ferry was cancelled. Beach front location, close to ferry point. Let us check in as soon as our room was clean, and then changed our room so we could be away from renovations as soon as another room was available without even requesting. Fantastic staff.

Even though a cheap price, be aware of the extras that you book through them

Location of property was perfectly located on the beach front, food and drinks were really good

Even though the rooms were good, we were not informed that there was construction going on for the duration of our stay, which went on all day in the room above us. We hired a scooter from the Beach Huts, the cost per day of $10 including fuel (yes expensive, but let's support locals) which was confirmed prior to delivery however when we checked out, we were told there was no fuel in the scooter and the cost would now be $14 per day. To top all this off, on arrival we were told check out was 12pm (same as booking confirmation) however at 11.30am we were asked when we were leaving. When we said we would check out just before 12pm they then changed the checkout time to 11.30am. This was a very disappointing end to our stay.

Value for money, great location

We recently booked two units and had a wonderful experience! The rooms were pleasant and comfortable, with great air conditioning and cozy beds. For the price, these basic rooms offered fantastic value for money. The hosts were incredibly attentive, helping us organize scooters and a private snorkeling trip to Manta Bay, Crystal Bay, and the Mangrove Reef—all at a fair price. Unlike the big tour groups, we felt like we got a better deal and a more local experience, which added to our family adventure. Everything is within easy walking distance, and with the scooters, we were able to explore the small island easily. In just a 20-minute trip, you can reach pretty much anywhere you want to go. Highly recommend!

Just a heads-up for fellow parents: while we had a great time, the lack of a TV was a bit of a bummer for the kids. And the coffee? Let's just say it's not winning any awards. We ended up searching for a better caffeine fix—definitely a challenge on an island where nothing opens before 7 or 7:30 AM. Talk about a struggle for us early risers who need that morning brew! First-world problems. On the bright side, the pool was a nice spot to cool off, but it could probably use a little more TLC when it comes to cleanliness. Overall, we had a solid experience, just a few quirks to keep in mind.

Amazing location literally seconds from the ocean’s edge in the central part of Nusa Lembongan. Stunning views. Lovely, friendly and hardworking staff.

The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. Felt like being on the floor it was so hard. Sheets and pillows were grey and old. Bean bags on the beach incredibly old and uncomfortable and sun-beds on the balcony were broken.

Location is right at the beach, you can hear the waves before going to bed and when waking up Staffs are happy to help with anything

Room is rather basic and functional, nothing fanciful. Mattress is firm but not hard. Just a matter of personal preference.

Nice clean comfortable room with good size balcony. Location was perfect on a lovely bit of beach with a few beach bars and eateries.

We were there four nights and there is no housekeeping l. It would be nice to get the rubbish taken, clean towels and bed made but we had to ask for toilet paper even!

Excellent value for money and we would all go back there.

The location was perfect. We were a grandmother, daughter and two granddaughters (in 2 rooms) so found the position perfectly relaxing for us to enjoy our time together. The best thing was the restaurant downstairs which was really good. Food was great. Drinks were available. Service was continually given with a smile and efficiency. It was all very clean.

The taps and hot water were a bit iffy in my room and I would have liked my sheets changed but that didn’t take away from enjoying our time there.

The staff and owners are amazing – so friendly and helpful. There’s a warm and positive atmosphere. The location is fantastic, right by the beach. I could hear the waves as I fell asleep and when I woke up. The restaurant downstairs serves really delicious food. Everything is clean and fresh. I’ll definitely come back here. If you want to book tours or transport, I highly recommend doing it through the hotel. The location is perfect – a nice, laid-back area with cozy restaurants and friendly people.

Dream location accommodation at a great price

The room size, decor and layout was excellent. Clean and comfortable. Best shower! Location, right on the beach and easy to walk around as a lane way next to the hotel. View was amazing from the restaurant, food fresh and delicious.

No room service and one small bottle of water on arrival only for two people. Not about the hotel, but if you go across with Rocky, include driver in your booking. We didn't and it was a 10 min drive across the island from where the Rocky jetty is.
