The staff we so nice unfortunately the property was not so great

The rooms were very average I ended up with 3 bed bug bites

The location

Please read everything! - Our bed sheets were dirty, and there was no cover for the sheets. We only received covers after reminding the staff three times. - It wasn’t possible to close the bathroom door. - The towels provided were small hand-sized towels. - Ants everywhere, even inside our food. - The bin was never emptied, which is a real problem in Indonesia where toilet paper goes into the bin. - The toilet was clogged at one point. - There was no drinkable water provided, so we had to buy our own. - Every time we used the pool, our eyes were burning badly. This happened every day during our three-night stay, which suggests the chemicals were not well balanced. - Very bad breakfast experience: It was extremely limited. You can only choose one small dish and one drink. The portions are so small that you will definitely need to eat again very soon. When we asked for a small plate of fruit, the staff seemed confused and it became an unnecessary drama. We eventually received it (just 4 small pieces of fruit), but the next day the hotel refused to give us breakfast at all, claiming that we had “already received something extra” the day before. Nobody informed us about this beforehand, and the reaction was completely unreasonable. We have traveled a lot and have never experienced something like this. - The manager communicated only through the staff. One of the staff members was a very young man who had just started the job – he was always polite and calm, and none of this was his fault. Still, using him as a messenger instead of addressing the situation personally felt disrespectful and unprofessional. After we asked five times that we want to speak to the manager we got a number, in the end it was a very disrespectful and emotional call. A few of our group have experience in that business and would have never treated their guests like that.

Triple room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful!

Staff was very helpful, our first room was very hot cause the sun came in midday and the AC didn’t work well so they were happy to give us a different room. Rooms were clean, breakfast was fine and the location was walkable to the beach and restaurants and shops.

AC wasn’t very strong

The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool area was great for relaxing. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Good location very helpful staff can book excursions at much at affordable prices at reception . Also didn’t know we had breakfast included so that was a plus

Pool could’ve been a bit cleaner but it wasn’t bad

The pool was OK.

The room was often dirty. We had to ask the staff to spray the room against insects. When it was done, we found all sorts of bugs and a cockroach on the floor. We often had to ask staff to service our room. The air conditioner leaked. There were no plugs in the bathroom. The staff were friendly but didn't appear to be well trained in their jobs. The manager or owner spoke poor English and was often grumpy.
