Views over the bay, greenery, bright clean rooms. Massage/spa was lovely.
Hotel a little remote and needed a taxi to get anywhere (hotel taxi was relatively expensive). Staff didn't always follow-up on requests, several options on the menu not available.

The gym could be improved it was very limited and crowded and under maintained The restaurant was disappointing - food was below expectations and when compared with other Indonesian offerings in other islands this really didn’t meet the cut - very basic and some dishes weren’t good at all incl the açai and the frittata
