The gym could be improved it was very limited and crowded and under maintained The restaurant was disappointing - food was below expectations and when compared with other Indonesian offerings in other islands this really didn’t meet the cut - very basic and some dishes weren’t good at all incl the açai and the frittata

The room was unbelievable! Everything was perfect, the private pool was really amazing so was the view. We also loved the main pool and restaurant! Breakfast was too good. Staff were so friendly and helpful also.. highly recommend! Would stay again every time.

Nothing to do when raining. It poured down 3 days, and there wasn’t anything to do at the hotel nor nearby. On the island itself only thing is temple and Spa during rain. (Keep that in mind) The location is far away from town. The roads to get to the hotel is by far the worst I’ve driven on. The service was good in general, but a bit sloppy at the restaurant. A lot of orders were they forgot what we ordered, or didn’t come by to check if we wanted more even they were 3-4 standing there. This was during nights when the restaurant were under half full. Price for a Bintang is expensive and more than a main course (a bit absurd) Wear and tear in the rooms, aging.
