Crystal Bay Bungalows

The property is very beautiful and well maintained. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The linen was soft and very clean. The bed (mattress) was very comfortable which is a major plus for me. The staff were very helpful & friendly. I can’t imagine why anyone could ever give them anything that wasn’t 10 out of 10. Absolutely a must stay and I would stay here again. The location is also very close to the beach. Crystal Bay is soooo beautiful and raw and wild with the backdrop of the jungle. But please if you stay, clean up your rubbish on the beach, don’t think someone else will do it, don’t drop your cigarette butts, and be kind to the locals. This is their home and their beautiful slice of paradise they are letting us visit. Enjoy your stay.

Really beautiful accommodation with a relaxing vibe. The pool was clean, and the room was comfortable. The location is outside the center but only a 10-minute walk to Crystal Bay Beach, which is perfect. It was a bit hard to find at first, but totally fine once you know the way. Breakfast could be chosen from a menu and was even brought to the room on request. I only stayed one night, but I would definitely come back!

It was good customer services

The cleaners didn't change the bed sheets only the towels. Car taxi was expensive and it is far from everywhere.
