The place is quiet, the staff is very friendly and you can also rent a scooter there. The scooter and the room is not expensive and they also include a good breakfast (it's not too big, but enough)

They don't have hot water (the water is not too cold, but for example, my gf needs the hot water to have a shower and for her the water was cold).

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The highlight of my stay was without a doubt the landlord lady—she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. In this price the room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable—perfect for both leisure and if you need to get some work done. The location was convenient—close enough to access nearby attractions and dining options, yet peaceful enough to relax after a day out. And I absolutely loved the garden in front of the property! It was such a serene and beautiful space to enjoy my morning coffee or just unwind in the evening.

My only suggestion would be to reconsider the 10 AM checkout time. For travelers who arrive early or just need a little extra rest, a slightly later checkout (even by an hour or two) would make a big difference.
