Good location for the beach, 15min scooter to the port. Clean and really good breakfast. No hot water in the shower. Bed is really comfortable

The owners are a lovely couple. They are very kind, and the place is great. Breakfast is also good, and one of the days that we went diving really early, they even packed it for us. The place is away from all the noise which we really liked, like 15 min scooter drive from the main street. It is a lovely drive and the road is good. They rent motorbikes too. We will come back!

Like most of the places in jungly areas, the humidity is high, but with the air conditioning you can combat it.

We booked a budget place as there didn't seem to be anything else available. We're not usually budget travellers but for £15 per night we got what we expected. So we can't really complain about it. Positives - The owner was very kind to help us organise a taxi to the port and we also rented a moped scooter from him for £100k per day.

The rooms look exactly like the pics but they are very run down but to be fair it is a budget place so we didn't really care about that. The thing that we were unhappy with was the prayer music that the owner played on full blast from 5:30am until 9:45am on repeat right outside our room. We understand that prayer is a big thing in Indonesia but it usually only lasts 10 minutes! It was impossible to sleep and this really impacted our stay. If we'd have known this we absolutely would have chosen somewhere else to stay
