Bintang Penida Resort

Our stay at Bin Tang Penida Resort was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect from the beginning until the end. The staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, smiling, and always attentive. They constantly checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and always made us feel comfortable and cared for. A special mention to the driver as well — always on time, very patient, professional, and super friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were extremely clean and very well maintained. You can really tell they care about hygiene and guest comfort. And the food… honestly, a huge thank you to the woman cooking there. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and made with care. You could really taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nusa Penida. Thank you again for such a beautiful experience — we will definitely come back!

Staff were very nice. Facilities were cleaned very thoroughly and rooms were comfy.

There was a lot of sound transference from outside, other rooms, and from the lobby. The Internet wasn’t working for a few days.

Cosy and familiar hotel, 10 independent rooms/huts and great pool and restaurant. 5 minutes from Crystal Bay beach (by Bike/car) Nice and helpful staff

You can hear the whole nature around but also the neighbors and locals. Some nights there was a bit of noise but understandable.

Nice updated facilities with clean bathroom. Room was cleaned every day. Water provided daily, with fridge. Efficient laundry services provided. Plenty of outlets in room to charge phone. Good customer service.

Barking dogs at night, every night!!! One will not get any sleep in this resort due to the barking dogs, poorly insulated rooms allow neighbor noise to invade your privacy, and roosting chickens in the early (3-4am) morning ruined my stay for three nights. could not sleep at all! resort proximity is too close to road where dogs bark at the shadows of passing motorists. A/C is not strong enough to last throughout the day due to poor room insulation.
