The Acala Shri Sedana

Our room had its own plunge pool which was awesome if you wanted to be away from people. However, the main pool was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view and never too busy. The staff were lovely and always helpful. The massages at the day spa were fantastic also.

The resort was in a nice quiet location with beautiful views, but the trade off for that was having to travel if you wanted to go out for dinnners etc. I think that would be the only negative we could find.

Nothing , I would only state that there is quite a lot of steps as it is built on a hillside, just to let people know that may not be able to do a lot of steps, if this is the case ask for a room close to the reception or restaurant

The staff were super friendly and helpful with booking the activities that we wanted to try. The view was lovely, the food in the restaurant was above expectation, and the room was comfortable. Beds were cozy, fridge was cold, AC was strong, private pool was well cleaned. Quite quiet property, nice to be tucked away from the main busy areas on Lembongan.

We had a not nice experience one night while sitting out beside the pool playing some board games. without any prior notice, the staff began walking around HEAVILY spraying chemical bug repellant out of a small windblower. It was incredibly strong, and smelly and coated the whole outdoors in a thick plume (literally couldn't see the ground, thick clouds of chemical). They casually said, yeah, mosquito spray. That's great to do, but would've been very appreciated to not be gassed unexpectedly. Also worth noting, the only road in to the property was very bumpy, even by island standards.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is good, the pool is a nice addition and there’s a free shuttle service which comes handy given the state of the road and the location of the hotel

Sleeping past 6am was very hard because there’s a CONSTRUCTION SITE 10 meters from the room which I feel like a heads up about would’ve been nice, constant noise from 6 am to 6pm isn’t really something you would miss when you promise calm and quietness… The hotel is far from everything with terrible roads so you’re a bit isolated and the restaurant food is unnecessarily expensive. It was also hard to communicate with the staff. For the price I wouldn’t recommend it.
