It was nice enough, our room and outdoor area need maintenance. The breakfast was good, although some of menu wasnt available. It was low season, so gather they had stripped back some things.
No pool towels available, our bathroom was very run down, our pool pump didnt work, wasnt worth the money. Photos werent current.

Absolutely nothing. This place is disgusting, unhygienic, unhealthy and unsafe and no one should stay here!
BEWARE - This place is a neglected, delapidated dump! DO NOT BOOK!
Do not trust old pictures.
It is run down, falling down, mouldy, grimy, putrid, not serviced well. The resort posts outdated photos and I suspect fake reviews, you need to read more recent (low) reviews and look at recent posted reviewer photos!
The first sign something was up was the dated, musty lobby area with old, stained, chipped furniture and empty shelving (having walked through puddles and past rubbish to get to reception from the street).
- We asked for 2 key passes (for 2 guests in same room) and were told “no”, it’s a 1 key per room policy as they don’t have enough key passes. We later found (when being told there is minimal breakfast due to low guest numbers) that there are only 10 guests booked, for 50 rooms?!
- Rooms are filthy, including showers that haven’t been cleaned in ages (soap scum, grime, mould thick in shower and basin. The mirror and tap are covered in soap scum).
- Food at dinner was served cold, stale after a long wait.
- Breakfast menu is very limited due to “low guest numbers”. Bread and pastries are stale. Coffee is cheap and nasty.
- Housekeeping don’t mop or sweep floors or clean anything (only make bed). They seemed to use a dirty, dry mop and just waved it over the floor. Outside pool area is not swept so is covered in wet, slippery foliage. Towels in the room are not replaced and are old and ripped. Used face cloths are just placed on the sink again by staff to be re-used. Dirty floor mats are also left and not replaced.
- The beach is NOTHING like the online pics. It is eroded and is barely accessible due to the steep drop and broken concrete. Walls along beach have crumbled and concrete is spread along the beach! Also there is rubbish everywhere. Beach chairs are dirty and covered in mould. Showers at beach are also mouldy and filthy.
- There are large pieces of the ceiling missing in the main lobby area, concrete seems to be failing.

A private, quiet and comfortable stay in a great location, made even better by awesome staff. Large well appointed rooms with excellent air con and great bed. Would definitely stay here again!
The main entry and foyer would benefit from more life and atmosphere. While the resort does need some love, it represents good value for money.

I had an incredible stay at d'Nusa Beach Club and honestly cannot recommend it highly enough.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and genuinely accommodating. We mentioned in passing that we had just gotten engaged, and without us asking or expecting anything, the team went out of their way to organise a beautiful surprise for us. It was incredibly thoughtful and made an already special time even more memorable.
The restaurant was fantastic. The food was consistently great, well presented, fresh, and enjoyable every time. Combined with the oceanfront setting, it made meals feel like a real highlight of the stay rather than just something convenient.
Our room was spotless. Everything felt clean, pristine, and well maintained, with clear attention to detail throughout. It was comfortable, relaxing, and exactly what you want when staying somewhere tropical.
Overall, the experience felt personal, relaxed, and genuinely special. The service alone sets this place apart, and when combined with great food, beautiful surroundings, and immaculate rooms, it made for an unforgettable stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nusa Lembongan.
Nothing. It was perfect.

My Partner and I has the most wonderful stay at d'Nusa Resort. The location is perfect, right by the beach with spectacular views. We especially loved the complimentary breakfast and the beach club area. The team went above and beyond to make sure we has a great time. We will definitely return!

Our Villa was very private and having the private pool was perfect. Location was convenient and quiet.
The shower could have been descaled due to soap stain buildup.

We stayed in the one bedroom villas with private pool - loved it ….. had a bath under the stars, the bed was really comfy, having your own private pool was a bonus especially when the main pool was busy! The staff were very lovely and accommodating, the only thing was the breakfast, if there were more variety it would be perfect!

The location and presentation of the hotel is great. There's a bit of mould in the bathroom which is a bit yuck. Rooms need more places to hang things-hooks, hooks, hooks! Back of doors, bathroom walls, outside the Lagoon rooms on the walls by the pool please. There wasn't enough places to hang wet towels, wet swimming costumes etc
The beds we super comfortable, the restaurant space was really nice and the pool/ grassed area and beach access was beautiful.
Would definately go back.
I booked for 6 people through Booking.com. It was very clear we were travelling with 4 children, yet when we arrived there were only enough beds for 4 people. We were offered a room upgrade, which was appreciated, however we still had to pay extra for 2 extra beds, which really should have been communicated and charged when the original booking was made.

We stayed in a villa which was very beautiful. However the only negative was our villa was right where they where doing works and we could hear it early in the morning and the workers could also see into out Villa
I wouldn’t say I didn’t like the buffet breakfast but it was limited. Had the essentials however.
5.0 / 10.0
The villa was quite pleasant, roomy and comfortable. The private pool was clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and the beach access direct from the hotel was a bonus.
The hotel itself is quit tired and although clean we felt it could use a bit of TLC. Breakfast was included but was basic compared to other places we had stayed.

buffet breakfast was average, staff where nice but needed some more training/experience.

Great place in a well located spot for restaurants and bars. Beach is lovley to sit on but a fair bit of coral underfoot once your in the water.

2.0 / 10.0
The only good thing about this place was the strong water pressure and hot water in the shower.
Everything else was disappointing. The price doesn’t justify even a quarter of what you get. The rooms are old, dirty, and full of mold in every joint — they desperately need renovation. Towels are old and worn out. The driver who was supposed to pick us up from the port arrived 40 minutes late, and then it took another 20 minutes before we could finally get into the room, which turned out to be a huge disappointment. The room was extremely dark and unpleasant.

We had a beautiful villa with private pool. We enjoyer the resort and beach during the day, and relaxed by our private pool late afternoon.
Comfortable room with semi-outdoor shower and stone bath was a bonus.
Loved the free minibar and free gift on our bed.
Small gym but was enough for a good workout.
Highly recommended.

Very musty and moldy rooms

Location was great, the lounge / chill area outside was lovely. Couldn’t fault the staff.
Not super clean, rooms had lots of little flies, towels and bedding had stains on. Value for money very poor! I didn’t eat at breakfast as it didn’t feel clean enough. However bonzer across the road is amazing and there are loads of wonderful places to eat along the street. Once again staff were amazing, just way too expensive for what it is.

The location was perfect, at the quieter end of the main strip in the "surfy" area of Nusa Lembogan and very close to the awesome beach bars and some shops. Pool was refreshing and plenty of loungers. Amazing views of the sunset. A great beach, just a bit of coral in the shallow waters but that didn't bother us. Breakfast had a good selection.
We have travelled so much in Asia and this is the first time we are having to give a negative review
Where to start - firstly our travelling companions had no issues at all, unfortunately we had many. This could easily have been a 8/9 out of 10 because it was a wonderful place. It just seemed they paid attention to the wrong things. They would sweep the floor every hour but not collect used beach towels as an example.
Started with when we booked a "queen" room and after taking our money we were told we had "twin" rooms. We explained it was our 20th anniversary, the staff really didn't care and just said Booking.com is subject to availability. They said they would move us as soon as a Queen bed became available - it didn't for our 4 night stay. There was no offer to make up for it.
First night we had no hot water, so I told reception in the morning and I was told to let the water run for 5-10 minutes. Eventually they sent a man and sure enough it was broken. and he fixed it quickly.
Pool was amazing but there were little issues constantly. For example, two days they had no towels before 10am, some days they ran out and it was not busy poolside (15 people max). You may have a beer in the pool, if you have a "holder", but several times ran out because they were not collecting empties by the pool.
Their big sunset BBQ night we had food issues, wine order issues and seating issues.
Breakfast had lots of options but some of the hot food, such as hash browns was cold and cold food like cheese was warm. At the end of the trip we skipped the breakfast and went to a local beach cafe instead.
Twice they forgot to take off the "happy hour discount" and once gave my wife a free wine she didnt want rather than a credit for another night.
And to end the trip, when checking out they said we had to pay our restaurant and bar tab in cash ($1,5M IDR which was good value).

Location, large rooms, beautiful gardens
Breakfast, no table service, broken sun lounges. Staff on their phones all the time.

The location and the beach
The room looked out into an industrial dump building site and was noisy at times . I got Noro virus while u was there . I can’t say for sure it was the hotel but I mainly ate there .
8.0 / 10.0
Lovely newish accommodation. Rooms were a good size, with a comfy bed. The pool area was very relaxing. Sunset on the lounges overlooking the beach was beautiful! Tucked away near the end of the main beach gave some privacy for guests.
The breakfast was disappointing- very few choices. We ordered omelets the first morning and they never arrived, even after we checked 30 mins later that they were coming. staff were friendly enough but we had to find them to order anything. At times there was rubbish, dirty glasses & plates around the pool area and staff were chatting at the bar area - just a few little changes could really make this an amazing experience!

Location was great
Rooms and resort was very run down. Breakfast was average. Overpriced for its standard
5.0 / 10.0
Staff, location, pool, bedroom.
I booked a room that included a crib, but upon check-in, I was told none was available and had to rent one at my own expense. Additionally, the property advertised free pick-up and drop-off at the harbor, yet no transfer was provided for my departure, resulting in another unexpected cost.
Housekeeping did not replace towels, the pool lacked enough towels for guests, and breakfast was repetitive with clear signs of reused food. Moreover, rooms do not offer ocean views as advertised, only views of the hotel’s interior.
These issues led to two extra charges and a disappointing experience overall. I kindly request a review of my case and appropriate compensation.

We loved that the hotel was on the beach, the pool area was relaxing. The room was large and good air con, comfortable beds.
The breakfast buffet was limited and we pretty much only ate papaya every morning. (But we are vegan and we found no other options for us except fruit). Not many staff on early in the morning around breakfast time and I’m guessing the food was cooked a while before it opened as the kitchen seemed to have closed when bfast opened. The doors to our balcony didn’t shut all the way and thankfully there were curtains to help keep any mozzies out. The restaurant across the road played loud music every night until 10pm, but I had earplugs as I’m a light sleeper. The water pressure of the shower was almost non existent

Great pool for kids, great location - close to the Eastern side which was a lot quieter!
Expensive to eat in!
7.0 / 10.0
The beach front location was amazing and it allowed my kids to swim in the pool and at the beach with ease. My daughters loved watching the sunset while collecting amazing shells along the beach and then racing back to the pool. The buffet breakfast was a good addition to the price and probably would bring me back. The rooms were comfortable, but the views were a lot to be desired.
I got a very good deal on booking.com, if I would have paid the real price I think I may have been a little disappointed. The beach club was extremely expensive which didn’t entice us to eat from there for any of our meals. The buffet breakfast was often out of the food that my children wanted to eat, however the staff tried to be as accommodating as possible. It was a little run down in certain areas like the pool area and pool bathroom.

Cleanliness was a huge issue. Plates were left outside rooms for at least two days. Property is totally overpriced and overrated.
Breakfast was poor, facilities were poor in the hotel and plates were left in corridors for days.
7.0 / 10.0
Pool is great, Staff were welcoming and fantastic and really responsive to issues. Beds are great and very clean villas. Night entertainment/singers were great and inclusive.
Breakfast was cold, not fresh and disappointing. Food from restaurant is also disappointing. Beach not really swimmable all day depending on tides - would have liked to know this before we arrived.
