Location , beach and pool .
Maintenance is not being kept up to scratch . We had to sleep in our room the first night with no working toilet . I had to kick up a fuss to get a new room the next day . No compensation or complementary voucher was offered .
I was told to cancel the booking even though I had already paid which did nothing but confuse the whole situation.
Tea coffee etc was woeful in the rooms .No shampoo or conditioner offered I had to ask .
The external door did not lock easily to balcony and we couldn’t find any switch to turn off outside light which shone into the room .
The beds are hard and most of pillows the same .
