Service from the staff was exceptional and friendly.
Easy access to other food and entertainment on Lembongan.

The location was great and the staff extremely nice and welcoming
The room
Maintenance was poor. They did not replenish the tea tray everyday , I had to ask. They did not replace the towels so I used the swimming pool towels. They did not clean the tea cups on the veranda, they stayed there for the whole 4 days bringing ants. Quality control if the room cleaning service was non-existing.
